트랜섬 파이프 간격이 동력대차-견인전동기간 강체 모드 공진응답에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The influence of transom pipe gap on the resonance response in motorized bogie and traction motor system)

  • 본 논문은 동력차에서 견인전동기 기진 주파수와 견인전동기 강체 모드 공진 문제로 인해 발생할 수 있는 현상에 대해 소개하고, 이를 제어하는데 효과적인 설계인자를 해석적으로 검토해보았다. 회전 속도가 변하는 회전기기의 경우, 공진 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 공진주파수 대역을 상용 운전 범위 바깥으로 이동시키거나 동강성을 크게 하는 등의 방법을 통하여 공진 응답이 낮아지도록 하는 방안이 있다. 견인전동기의 운전 범위는 일반적으로 0 r/min ~ 4800 r/min으로 대차모드가 이 운전 영역대를 벗어나게 설계하는 것은 현실적으로 불가능 하다. 따라서 공진 응답에 영향을 주는 설계 인자를 찾아 이를 적절하게 조정하여야 한다. 유한요소 해석 검토 결과, 견인전동기 강체모드 공진 응답에 영향을 주는 설계인자는 트랜섬파이프 간격으로 간격이 지나치게 넓게 설계될 경우 견인전동기 기진력과 강체 모드 간 공진 시 과도한 진동이 발생될 수 있음을 파악하였다.

  • In the electric railway systems, it is very important that we should design the system configuration, location and power capacity of substation. This paper presents the results of system configuration and system design of the DC traction power supply for the test line of Light Rail Vehicle. The voltage fluctuation of train and the power capacity of substation are calculated by computer simulation using the nodal equation, K.C.L/K.V.L, Ohm's law and superposition theory.

  • This paper presents a balanced 3/1 supply scheme for electric railway. By employing an active filter, the current of the three-phrase delivery system is balanced while the load is single phrase, which makes it possible for the traction system to behave like a pure-resistance load, with unity power factor and no harmonics. Simulation results are present to verify the scheme's topology and control strategies.

  • This paper describes the development of integrated simulator for traction power supply system with GUI (Graphic User Interface). This simulator consists of a lot of calculation modules such as TPS, time table, line constant, and power supply system analysis. Each module has input and output structure respectively. The proposed simulator is tested on both high speed railway line and metropolitan subway line. The test has confirmed the function of the developed simulator.

  • In this paper, the IGBT VVVF inverter for 1C4M propulsion system of railway traction is studied. The inverter is consisted of IGBT stacks, a DB unit, and a control unit. The test results of the combined system is given, which shows an excellent performance of the overall system.

  • An intelligent integrated control system is designed for the active steering and the left/right traction force distribution control of electric vehicles, where input-output linearization is employed. Also, a fuzzy-rule-based cornering force estimator is suggested to avoid using an uncertain highly nonlinear expression, and a neural network compensator is additively utilized for the estimator to correctly find cornering forece. With these techniques, the proposed control system is shown by simulation results to be robust against drastic change of the external environments such as road conditions.

  • This paper proposes an experimental study on the traction system of rubber tired AGT (Automated Guideway Transit). IGBT VVVF inverter is developed for 1C2M propulsion system of AGT, and it consists of inverter stack, gate control unit, control unit, and interface unit. The combination test was carried out to prove the performance of inverter, and test results show that the developed inverter is excellent.

Double deck trains operated in other countries were also considered.   • Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of combining "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" on acute peripheral facial paralysis. Methods : Clinical studies were done 36 patients who were treated acute peripheral facial paralysis to Dept. of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, of Oriental Medicine Hospital Dongeui University from July 10, 2009 to September 15, 2010. subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups. : Complex oriental medical treatment without "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" treated group (Group A, n=18), Complex oriental medical treatment with "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" treated group (Group B, n=18). All process of treatment were performed by double blinding method. To compare the effectiveness of treatment applied for two groups, we used Yanagihara's unweighed grading system at before treatment, after 1week and 2weeks of treatment. Results: The Yanagihara's Scores of Group B and Improvement Indexes of Group B were higher than those of Group A, and showed significant difference statistically. "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" can be available for relieving symptoms related with Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis. And there were significant differences statistically between Complex oriental medical treatment without "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" and Complex oriental medical treatment with "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" on Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis. Conclusions: These results suggested that "Danmuji Anchu Traction technique" effected for Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis.
