The Injection molding is used more than 70% of total production in plastic products. The injection molding process has 4 processes such as filling, packing, cooling and ejecting. It spends most of times in the cooling process. Therefore, it is important to control the mold temperature in producing plastic products. The cooling system and time affect the product's quality and productivity. Especially, cooling time has about 60% of total injection cycle time. Therefore, we can improve a productivity by shortening cooling time. In this study, the rapid cooling system was developed and performed a efficiency test. This system could refrigerate coolant to $1^{\circ}C$ and had to need 10 minutes for normal operating. However, if response time of temperature controller and sensor will be increased, the performance of this system will increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum conditions of solvent extraction type and solvent concentration (60, 70, 80%, v/v), extraction time (30, 80, 130 mins) and extraction temperature (10, 15, $20^{\circ}C$) in order to increase the antioxidant activity of the chia seed. The total polyphenol content and DPPH radical scavenging activity was measured by using response surface methodology (RSM) to establish the optimal conditions. Using ethanol and methanol extractions at extraction concentrations of 60%, and time and temperature of 130 mins and $20^{\circ}C$, the maximum total polyphenol content was 871.00 mg% ($R^2=0.9507$) and 557.70 mg% ($R^2=0.9784$) for ethanol and methanol extraction respectively. Using the same extraction conditions, the maximum level of DPPH radical scavenging activity was 72.14% ($R^2=0.9675$) and 52.79% ($R^2=0.9524$) for ethanol and methanol extraction respectively. The results indicate that ethanol extracts showed a higher antioxidant activity than methanol extracts. The ethanol extraction conditions of response surface analysis (RSA) were affected more by ethanol concentration than by extraction time or temperature. In contrast, the methanol extraction conditions of response surface analysis (RSA) were affected more by extraction time. Based on the RSM, the optimum ethanol extraction conditions were the following: extraction concentration, 63%: time, 100 mins: and temperature, $18^{\circ}C$. The optimum methanol extraction conditions were the following: extraction concentration, 65%; time, 120 mins; and temperature, $16^{\circ}C$.
A central composite design was used to optimize extraction of propolis materials using ethanol. The independent variables in extraction experiments were ethanol concentration (50, 60, 70, 80, 90%, v/v) and extraction time (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 h). Higher ethanol concentration and shorter extraction time increased total polyphenol content, but total polyphenol concentration began to decrease when ethanol concentration was higher than 80% (v/v). Ethanol concentration was more important than extraction time in optimization of total polyphenol content in propolis extracts. Electron-donating ability increased with ethanol concentration and shorter extraction time, with ethanol concentration being of greater significance. Antioxidant ability in extracts was optimal at an ethanol concentration of 65 - 75% and with an extraction time of 2.2 - 3.6 h. Nitrite-scavenging ability was increased with use of higher ethanol concentration and shorter extraction time. Total flavonoid content was maximized with an ethanol concentration of 68 - 82% and an extraction time of 2.4 - 3.7 h. Total flavonoid content was affected by both ethanol concentration and extraction time. By superimposition of contour plots, an ethanol concentration of 72 - 82% and an extraction time of 2.2 - 3.3 h were optimal for preparation of propolis extracts.
Harmonic analysis, based on finite element method, is popularly used to predict a response of shadow mask to the external excitation from speakers. Since vibration wave travels from speakers to the shadow mask, a finite element model must include all mechanical parts between the speakers and the shadow mask, which increases total time needed in finite element modeling and computation. In this paper, we perform the harmonic analysis on a MF assembly to obtain frequency response function of a shadow mask, and compare the solutions with experimental results.

Triplicate groups of fed and starved olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus (body weight: $119.8{\pm}17.46$ g), were examined over 42 days for physiological changes using hematological, biochemical, and non-specific immune parameters. No significant differences in concentrations of blood hemoglobin and hematocrit and plasma levels of total cholesterol, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, glucose, and cortisol were detected between fed and starved groups at any sampling time throughout the experiment. In contrast, plasma total protein concentrations were significantly lower in starved fish than in fed fish from day 7 onwards. Moreover, plasma lysozyme concentrations were significantly higher in starved flounder from day 21 onwards. This result confirms that the response of olive flounder to short-term (less than about 1.5 months) starvation consists of a readjustment of metabolism rather than the activation of an alarm-stress response. The present results indicate that starvation does not significantly compromise the health status of fish despite food limitation.
To invstigate the available dosage and effects of xylazine as preanesthetics on the propofol anesthesia in the dog, the experimental animals were randomly divided into 3 groups (xylazine 0.55 mg/kg (group 1), 1 mg/kg (group 2) and 2 mg/kg (group 3) were premedicated) and, monitored analgesic and anesthetic effect, body temperature, respiratory rate (breaths/minute), heart rate (beats/minutes). Also, hematological and serum chemical changes were monitored. In all experimental groups, the animals were recumbent just after propofol injection and time difference was not detected. Except vomitting after xylazine injection and insignificant ataxia during recovery, no significant side effects were observed. In group 2, loss of toe-web needle prick response time was slightly longer than group 1 but the response in group 2 and group 3 were similar, In group 2 and 3, the duration of anesthesia was longer than group 1 (2 folds) but there was no difference between group 2 and 3. Recovery time was prolonged in proportion to administration dosage of xylazine. In all experimental groups, the body temperature of animals was decresed gradually according to experimental time but no significant changes were monitored. The heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly (p<0.01, p<0.05) decreased after propofol injection Hematologically, no significant changes were monitored in total leukocye numbers, total erythrocye numbers, MCV, MCH, MCHC, serum GOT and GPT values Significant changes in all groups were not observed except significant increase in BUN, total-protein and abumin values of group 3. On the basis of these result, premedication of xylazine can be helpful in decresing some side effects and the dosage of propofol. 1 mg/kg of xylazine as preanesthetics on the propofol anesthesia in the dog is considered to be available.

Nonlinear Response Optimization using Equivalent Static Loads (NROESL) method/algorithm is proposed to perform optimization of non-linear response structures. It is more expensive to carry out nonlinear response optimization than linear response optimization. The conventional method spends most of the total design time on nonlinear analysis. Thus, the NROESL algorithm makes the equivalent static load cases for each response and repeatedly performs linear response optimization and uses them as multiple loading conditions. The equivalent static loads are defined as the loads in the linear analysis, which generates the same response field as those in non-linear analysis. The algorithm is validated for the convergence and the optimality. The function satisfies the descent condition at each cycle and the NROESL algorithm converges. It is mathematically validated that the solution of the algorithm satisfies the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker necessary condition of the original nonlinear response optimization problem. The NROESL algorithm is applied to two structural problems. Conventional optimization with sensitivity analysis using the finite difference method is also applied to the same examples. The results of the optimizations are compared. The proposed method is very efficient and derives good solutions.

Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize alcohol fermentation of concentrated grape juice. Sugar concentration ($X_1$), agitation rate ($X_2$) and fermentation time ($X_3$) were chosen as the independent variables of the central composite design (CCD). Dependent variables were alcohol content ($Y_1$) and total acidity ($Y_2$). To optimize two dependent variables, desirability function was defined as $Y_1$=10.0% and $Y_2$=minimum. The optimum conditions for alcohol fermentation were $19.98^{\circ}Bx$ (sugar concentration), 104.1 rpm (agitation rate) and 89.67 hr (fermentation time). The predicted responses were 10.0% in alcohol content and 0.86% in total acidity. The coefficients of determination ($R^2$) were 0.948 and 0.958, which indicate that the model fit was highly significant (p<0.001). The experimental values were 10.1% for alcohol content and 0.88% for total acidity. These values were similar to the predicted values from RSM.
This paper proposes an extended time uncertainty analysis approach in Level 2 human reliability analysis (HRA) considering severe accident management (SAM) strategies. The method is a time-based model that classifies two time distribution functions-time required and time available-to calculate human failure probabilities from delayed action when implementing SAM strategies. The time required function can be obtained by the combination of four time factors: 1) time for diagnosis and decision by the technical support center (TSC) for a given strategy, 2) time for strategy implementation mainly by the local emergency response organization (ERO), 3) time to verify the effectiveness of the strategy and 4) time for portable equipment transport and installation. This function can vary depending on the given scenario and includes a summation of lognormal distributions and a choice regarding shifting the distribution. The time available function can be obtained via thermal-hydraulic code simulation (MAAP 5.03). The proposed approach was applied to assess SAM strategies that use portable equipment and safety depressurization system valves in a total loss of component cooling water event that could cause reactor vessel failure. The results from the proposed method are more realistic (i.e., not conservative) than other existing methods in evaluating SAM strategies involving the use of portable equipment.
