We propose effective several marketing strategies. A total of 457 questionnaires were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA in SPSS. The results are as follows: First, environment-friendly fashion products were segmented into four groups, environment-friendly materials, environment-friendly production, environment-friendly management, and recycling/ disuse of products. Second, the promotion of environment-friendly fashion products were highly ranked, followed by materials used, distribution methods, and production management. Purpose: This study analyzed the research published in KCI-registered journals related to healthcare marketing for the last 27 years from 1995 to 2022 to identify academic research trends, the specificity of the healthcare field and to suggest future research directions. Methodology: A total of 213 articles were selected for this study, and a descriptive analysis of the period and journals was conducted, as well as the analysis of research topics and keywords from the perspective of marketing strategy factors and performance factors. Findings: A total of 213 articles related to healthcare marketing have been published in the last 27 years. The descriptive analysis showed a steady quantitative increase, but the STP field showed a decreasing trend, and many papers were mainly published in the Korean Journal of Hospital Management. According to the analysis of research topics and keywords, STP field will be hard to become an active research topic in the future, and even in the 7P field, only Product, People, and Process can be researched according to medical law regulations, and other factors such as PX & WOM, CRM, and the Internet fields are expected to be research topics. Implications: Through the analysis of research trends over the past 27 years, we were able to identify the specificity of the healthcare marketing field in Korea and suggest future research directions based on this.

This study is to analyze the structure of the networks of tourism marketing on Twitter, identifying the most prominent users, the flow of information about tourism marketing, and the interaction between the users posting tweets. This study employs NodeXL pro as a visualization software package for social network analysis. The number of vertices or nodes is 171, and the number of the unique edges or links is 128, but there are 101 edges with duplicates, so the total links are 229, which means that there are fewer Twitter accounts in the social network on tourism marketing, but they have a few close relationships by sharing information. The research can map the social network of communicators of tourism marketing using Twitter data. The network has a complicated pattern, including one independent network and some connected networks. Some mediators connect each network and can control the information flow of tourism marketing. More communicators are getting the information than the ones providing it, which means that there is likely to be the dependence of information among communicators that can cause an obstacle and distortion of the information flow system, especially in the independent network.
