산채(산나물)에 대한 소비자 의향 및 수요 분석: 소비자 의향 조사와 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 통하여 (An Analysis of Consumer Preference and Demand for Wild Vegetables: Through a Consumer Preference Survey and Social Big Data Analysis)

  • 최근 5년간 단기소득임산물 생산량 및 생산액은 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 그 중에서도 산채(산나물) 생산액은 2017년 기준 약 4천억 원으로 전체의 14 %를 차지하고 있다. 산채 중에서도 특히 고사리, 취나물, 곤드레 등의 생산량 및 생산액은 꾸준히 증가하고 있지만, 산나물의 특성상 값 싼 수입산과의 가격경쟁이 심하고, 소비패턴의 변화가 거의 없는 점들로 인해 국내산 산채류 가격에 악영향을 미치고 이는 결국 산채 소비시장의 전반적인 소비 위축 현상을 불러일으킬 위험이 있다. 하지만 최근 소득수준의 향상과 건강에 대한 소비자들의 관심도가 증가함에 따라 건강에 좋은 웰빙 식품 선호 현상이 나타나고 있어, 지금이 산채 소비시장에서는 매우 중요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 산채 소비활성화를 위한 다양한 전략 및 정책 수립에 도움이 되기 위하여 소비자조사를 통한 산채에 대한 소비자들의 구매행태 및 소비행태를 분석하였고, 이와 더불어 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 통하여 산채에 대한 소비자 인식 및 의향을 파악하였다. 기존 연구들과는 달리 설문조사뿐만 아니라 SNS 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 통한 소비자 인식 및 의향 조사도 실시했다는 점에서 차별성이 있으며, 본 연구 결과가 향후 산채 소비 증진을 위한 전략 및 정책 마련에 있어 우선순위를 정하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

온실에서의 꽈리고추 소비수량 (Water Consumption of Twisted Sweet Pepper in Greenhouse)

  • This study was performed to figure out water consumption of the twisted sweet pepper in a greenhouse. Obtained results are as follows; 1. The ambient temperature was nearly same as the normal year, while the average air temperature and the relative humidity in the green house were little bit higher than those of the outside condition. The transparency of the greenhouse roof was approximately 50%. The total amount of rainfall during the irrigation period was 1,040㎜ which is 350㎜ higher than 1997 during the same period. 2. In case of pot cultivation, as the saturation ratio was increased, the aeaf area and plant height and yield were also increased. The yield from the field cultivation was higher than the average yield from the pot cultivations which are treated by three levels of saturation ratio. 3. The variation of daily consumptive use of the twisted sweet pepper was very large in it's range. In case of the pot cultivation, as the saturation was increased, the daily and the total consumptive use were increased. 4. The daily consumptive use was strongly correlated with the ambient temperature, while it was weakly correlated with the relative humidity and solar radiation. 5. There were close correlation between plant environment; leaf area, plant height and yield, and consumptive use. As the saturation ratio was increased, the correlation between those plant factors and consumptive use was getting stronger.

성인 남녀의 식사성 발열효과 및 식후 영양소 산화율 (Thermic Effect of Food and Macronutrient Oxidation Rate in Men and Women after Consumption of a Mixed Meal)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of gender on the thermic effect of food and substrate oxidation rate during 5 hours after a mixed meal. Twenty healthy college students (10 males and 10 females) aged 20-26 years participated in this study. The energy contents of the experimental diets were 775 kcal and 627 kcal for males and females respectively, which were 30% of individual energy requirements and were composed of 65/15/20% as the proportion of carbohydrate/protein/fat. Resting and postprandial energy expenditure and substrate oxidation rates were measured with indirect calorimetry in the fasting state and every 30 min for 5 hours after meal consumption. Thermic effects of food expressed as ${\Delta}AUC$ and TEF% were not significantly different between males and females. However, TEF% adjusted for body weight and fat-free mass in males (0.095% and 0.120%) were significantly lower than those in females (0.152% and 0.213%)(p < 0.05). The total amount of carbohydrate oxidized was significantly lower in males than that in females (58.6 vs. 86.6 mg/kcal energy intake/5 h, p < 0.05). In contrast, the total amount of fat oxidized was significantly higher in males than that in females after the meal (32.9 vs. 17.2 mg/kcal energy intake/5 h, p < 0.01). These results indicate that gender affects the thermic effects of food and the substrate oxidation rate after a meal. The results show that males use relatively less carbohydrate and more fat as an energy source after a meal than that of females.

한국 노인의 영양섭취 패턴과 건강 (Associations between Dietary Intake and Health Status in Korean Elderly Population)

  • As the elderly population has increased in recent years in Korea chronic degenerative diseases prevalent in the aged have garnered attention in relation to food behavior. In general, dietary intakes of elderly Koreans were inadequate in quality as well as in quantity. Especially, intakes of Ca, vitamin A, and riboflavin along with total energy were insufficient. They tended to consume high carbohydrate and low fat energy rates which may be resulted from long standing vegetable-based flood patterns. Relationships between dietary intakes and indices of cardiovascular diseases revealed that blood pressures and serum lipids patterns tended to be poor in individuals having high abdominal fat accumulations which seemed to be related with dietary consumption of high carbohydrate and insufficient intake of many nutrients. These results suggested that a nutritionally balanced diet including animal sources floods is needed in order to prevent an abdominal obesity and cardiovascular diseases. The bone health status of the Korean elderly appeared poor. It was more serious in women recording a higher prevalence rate of osteopenia and osteoporosis than in men. There were strong associations between dietary factors and bone health status. Bone mineral density was found to be higher with higher intakes of protein energy rate, the total amount of feeds, and many nutrients including Ca and p, indicating that a good quality diet is essential in maintaining healthy bone status in later life. mental health condition of the elderly as measured by cognitive function and the degree of depression was also inadequate and had strong association with dietary consumption. The positive results were obtained in individuals having an adequate dict. Therefore, it could be summarized that the physical as well as mental health in elderly Koreans are highly related with their dietary patterns. Thus, the older adults need te consume nutritionally well balanced diet in sufficient amount, which contains various flood items including significant amounts of animal source floods in a daily diet in order to maintain healthy condition.

Amounts served and consumed of school lunch differed by gender in Japanese elementary schools

  • School lunches serve to improve nutritional status and to promote the health of children. The purpose of this study was to investigate the portion sizes of school lunches served and consumed in Japanese elementary schools. In addition, gender difference in servings and consumption were also studied. A cross-sectional study was undertaken between October 2007 and February 2008 in schools located in Tokyo and Okayama, Japan. A total of 192 fifth-grade children attending four elementary schools participated in this study. Weighed plate waste methods and observation were used to collect dietary data for two non-consecutive days. The proportion of children who chose staple foods along with main dishes and/or side dishes for at least one day was higher in boys than in girls (respectively, for staple food: 42.1% vs. 9.3%, for main dish and/or side dish: 68.4% vs. 44.3%, P < 0.001). The ratio of initial amount served to amount offered was $0.88{\pm}0.11$ for boys and $0.84{\pm}0.10$ for girls (P < 0.05). The ratio of amount consumed to amount offered was $1.04{\pm}0.19$ for boys and $0.88{\pm}0.12$ for girls (P < 0.001). Weight was related to amount consumed both in boys (r = 0.222, P < 0.05) and in girls (r = 0.201, P < 0.05). These findings suggest that the nutritional standards of school lunch programs should take into account gender differences. Clearly, boys were more likely to consume more than the initial amounts served due to their higher propensity to take second helpings. Boys feel few reservations about taking second helpings to adjust their total intake. However, school lunch plans should take into consideration girls' reluctance to do so, by serving appropriate initial portion sizes.

블루투스의 스캐터넷과 임베디드 시스템을 이용한 텔레메트리 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of Telemetry System using Scatternet in Bluetooth Technology)

  • 본 논문에서는 각 가정이나 사무실에 설치된 전기, 수도, 가스 등 계량기의 사용량을 종합하여 검침원 호변방문 없이 외부에서 검침할 수 있도록 블루투스와 임베디드 시스템을 이용하여 원격 검침시스템을 구현하였다. 블루투스란 2.4GHz 대의 무선 주파수를 사용하는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로서 저전력 특성과 고속의 주파수 호핑 방식에 따른 높은 신뢰성 및 자체 에러 정정 기술을 지니고 있다. 이는 기존의 무선 모뎀보다 데이터 전송에 있어서 높은 신뢰성을 얻을 수 있게 해준다. 그리고 자체 네트워크망을 형성하므로 손쉽게 다른 기기와의 통신을 가능케 한다. 또한 무선 모뎀은 무선 단말기 소형화에 따른 제약을 받고 있으나 블루투스를 사용함으로써 저전력 특성과 더불어 휴대용으로의 기능에 부합시킬 수 있으며, 모듈의 원칩화가 진행됨에 따라 작은 크기로의 가능성이 제시된다. 또한 임베디드 시스템의 이동성을 이용하여 검침원이 외부에서 이동을 하면서 검침이 가능하며 시스템을 저전력의 ARM 프로세서를 이용함으로서 오랜 시간 장비의 효율적 사용이 가능 할 것이다.

자동차 전용도로에서 경사가 연비에 미치는 영향 (Effect on the Fuel Economy by Gradient in Automobile Driveway)

  • 최근의 차량 연비는 고가의 연료 가격과 환경 규제 등으로 인하여 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 전기, 전자, 기계 등의 기술 발달에 힘입어 연비는 많이 개선되었으나 현재도 연비 측정은 주어진 모드(LA-4, FTP-75 등)에서 컴퓨터 모의시험 및 다이나모에서 수행한다. 이러한 연비는 실제 도로 주행 연비와 차이가 발생한다. 그 주요 원인중의 하나는 도로의 경사를 고려하지 않았기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 경사가 포함된 고속도로에서 경사가 연비에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 경사가 포함된 영동고속도로를 주행하여 연료 소모량을 측정하고 연비를 계산한다. 또한 같은 도로를 경사가 없다고 가정하여 주행한 연비와 비교 분석한다. 이때 두 경우의 연료 소모량 차이에 의해 발생된 총 발생 에너지를 계산하고, 모의실험에서 타이어 구동력으로 부터 발생한 엔진 토크와 파워 데이터로부터 구동력에 소모된 에너지를 계산한다. 이제 도로의 경사 때문에 소모된 연료에 의해 발생된 총 발생에너지와 구동력에 사용된 에너지와의 관계를 검증한다. 또한 결론에서는 경사를 갖는 자동차 전용도로에서 경사에도 불구하고 연비를 향상할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

농촌 그린빌리지 계획을 위한 풍력에너지 자원분석 (Assessment of Wind Power Resources for Rural Green-village Planning)

  • Wind energy, which is one of renewable energy, would be useful resources that can be applied to making energy recycling villages without using fossil fuels. This study analyzed energy potential on wind power considering weather condition in three rural villages and compared with energy consumption surveyed. A wind turbine system in the 5kW class can generate 26.1%, 73.9% and 39.5% of the yearly mean consumption of electric power per house in Makhyun, Boojang and Soso respectively. A 750kW wind turbine system can generate 1.7%, 30.3% and 22.1% of the total amount of electric power consumption in three study villages respectively. Wind power energy density was too low in Makhyun and Soso, so it is determined that the application of wind turbine system is almost impossible. Wind energy potential was generally low in Boojang either, but it is evaluated that there is a little possibility of wind power generation relatively. For practical application of renewable energy to rural green-village planning, assessment of energy potential for the local area should be preceded.

소비데이터를 활용한 경기변동 민감사업 대응 전략 (Strategies of Business Sensitive to Economic Fluctuations Utilizing Consumption Data)

  • 본 연구는 경기 변동에 따라 대중들의 소비가 민감한 사업군을 도출해내고, 서울시 열린데이터 광장의 소비데이터를 분석하여 해당 기업의 경영 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 2023년 물가지수(CPI)는 8월 3.4%, 9월 3.7%, 10월 3.8%로 유례없는 상승 추이를 보이고 있다. 또한, KDI(한국개발연구원)는 2024년 소비는 고물가 기조로 인하여 상품소비의 부진이 지속되어 기업 매출이 전년(1.9%)과 유사하게 1.8% 증가하는데 그칠 전망이라고 예측하였다. 이렇게 대중들의 소비가 줄어들고 있는 경기 상황에서 기업이 손실을 막기 위해 취할 수 있는 대응 전략을 수립하는데 이 연구가 도움이 되리라고 사료된다.

직업관련 특성이 여성의 음주소비에 미친 영향 (Effects of Job-related Characteristics on Alcohol Consumption among Female Workers in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job-related characteristics on alcohol consumption among female workers. The Data was collected from a sample of 1,000 female workers by a stratified proportional quota sampling method derived from those who were working in Seoul. Drinking behavior pattern includes total amount of pure alcohol consumed during the last month (AC) measured by graduated quantity-frequency. Job-related characteristics (JRC) were measured by job-related stress, work characteristics, and organizational structure including length of working hours, number of times dining out together with workers per year, number of staff to supervise, employment status, occupational category, and proportion of female workers to male counterpart. Confounding variables include sociodemogrphic and socio-cultural attitudes toward alcohol expectancy, subjective norm of drinking, and gender-role attitude. Hierarchical multiple regression models show that the variability of AC was accounted for by some JRC including number of times dining together and employment status, with confounding variables held constant. However, the relationship between AC and JRC varied across occupational categories. Some implications were discussed in terms of health policy for female workers and further study for female drinking behavior.
