To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.

This paper presents the parallel-type inventory structure using an order-up-to level inventory control system for analyzing the approximation of the expected units backordered and the measure of service. The rate of total expected backorders which is the measure of disservise, is given by dividing the improved units of total expected backorder into the total demand during an order cycle. the average annual total cost in system is obtained by considering the results. Total backorder model for the system without redistribution and the system with redistribution is described.

This problem in this paper concerns the determination of safety stock for multi-echelon invenetory system. In this model the criterion is to minimize system safety stock subject to a service level constraint and expected annual total cost. Then, safety stock is determined by minimizing expected annual total cost and satisfying given service level. This expected annual total cost is obtained by expected total inventory holding cost plus the expected total stockout cost. Numerical example is given in a three-echelon inventory system. The results obtained by the use of the Hill Algorithm.

TPM(Total Productive Management) that is enforcing introducing more than $80\%$ in domestic manufacturing industry is using total plant efficiency by the evaluation index, and as a result, can see a lot of examples that plant productivity is increased. This study's purpose centers total productive management activities that is management system for total plant efficiency's maximization, plant information system that total productive management activities factor that is enforcing in manufacturing industry can develop evaluation model that can evaluate qualitative activities by quantitative activities in process that maximize total plant efficiency wishes to do design.

The total pollution load management system of watershed has been implemented upon Special Law pertaining to the Han River Watershed Water Quality Improvement and Residents Support, Special Law pertaining to the Nakdong River Watershed Water Management and Residents Support, Special Law pertaining to the Youngsan River Watershed Water Management and Residents Support, and Special Law pertaining to the Seomjin River Watershed Water Management and Residents Support in Korea since 2002. But many other similar systems with total pollution load management system of watershed are being operated separately or independently, even though its purpose is nearly same with those of the total maximum pollutants load management in Law on Water Quality Environmental Protection, environmental impact assessment(EIA) in Law of Impact Assessment on Environment, Transportation and Disaster and Pre-environmental assessment of Environmental Policy Act. Therefore the contents of total pollution load management system of watershed and many other related systems could be overlapped and at some times have inconsistency among them. This study suggests first the integrated operation of total pollution load management system of watershed, EIA, pre-environmental assessment, urban planning, and sewage planning and secondly EIA system development by integration of EIA and pre-environmental assessment and strategic environmental assessment(SEA).

전자기술의 비약적인 발전은 측량분야에 있어 GPS나 TotalStation과 같은 침단장비의 발전을 가져왔다. CPS에 의한 측량은 수신장비의 고가로 인해 아직까지는 실무전반에 걸쳐 활용되지는 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실무분야에서 일반적으로 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 토탈스테이션과 팜탑방식의 System 2000을 결합하여 지형측량을 수행하고, 팜탑에서 기본적으로 제공하는 소프트웨어와 AutoCad상에서 수치지도를 직접제작 하고 정확도 분석을 통해 토탈스테이션과 System 2000을 이용한 수치지도 제작의 타당성 및 제작된 수치지도의 활용가능성 제시를 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to construct a total design & manufacturing system for the Space-Truss structure. In this study, we choose the transmission tower as the study model to show the possibility of a Total System for another space truss structure. We are confident that this total system should provide more convenience, accuracy and should help to save time from the design stage to construct stage of the transmission tower.

In these days of world-wide business environment, the characteristics of quality management are variety, specialty, decentralization, totality, etc. Thus nowadays quality management is demanded to incorporate these new concepts. We propose a web-bused distributed expert system for this purpose. The system consists of four expert systems for design of experiment, acceptance inspection, statistical process control and reliability management corresponding to design quality, incoming-material quality, manufacturing quality and usability quality, respectively, throughout the total product life cycle. Each distributed expert system at the horizontal level in the hierarchy carries out its own quality jobs independently. At the lower level in the hierarchy there is an expert system for measurement analysis to provide reliable data, and at the upper level, an expert system for total quality management to coordinate, integrate and make final decisions. A prototype has been developed and its application is presented.

This research and project is going on the Korean government. The objective of project is that developing total energy management solution. So, this paper is going to introduce a proposal that energy total operating system development using spatial information visualization and energy monitoring. It could efficiently operate the building energy wirelessly controling cooling/heating, lighting, air-conditioning and geothermal system. The metering data is collected to total database. The data is linked to BAS gateway, which is connected the device by the standard protocol.

A one-upper level warehouse n-Iower level retailer inventory distribution model is discussed. We find that the total expected backorder units in system can substitute the expected back orders in the last two periods for the expected back orders in total periods. The rate of total expected back orders which is the measure of disservice, is given by dividing the improved units of total expected backorder into the total demand during an order cycle. The average annual total cost in system is obtained by considering the results, but from the viewpoint of this study the cost analysis is not described.
