인상채득 후 시간경과와 반복주입에 따른 부가중합형 실리콘 인상재의 체적변화 (Evaluation of the Time and Pouring Frequency Dependent Dimensional Stability of Additional Silicone Impression Materials.)

  • The accuracy and dimensional stability of rubber impression materials are very important for the fitness of the final restoration. The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the effects of the storage time and pouring frequency of the additional silicone materials on dimensional stability. Total 30 impressions were made of tooth prepared single crown. The dies had 1 buccolingual, 1 mesiodistal and 1 occlusogingival lines. Two additional silicone materials(examixfine, aquasil) were included. 15 specimens were made of each impression material and poured by type IV stone over times(1hour, 24hours, 72hours) after mixing. 5 impressions poured after 1 hour were used for second pouring after 24hours and third pouring after 72hours. The same examiner measured each specimen 3 times after lazer scanning. All statistical tests were performed with the level of significance set at 0.05. The results indicated that significant difference at any measuring point of stone dies except the buccolingual and mesiodistal lines of the specimen made at 1hour after mixing with examixfine when measurements at 1hour, 24hours and 72hours were campared. There were significant difference between two impression materials and at every measuring point of stone dies made at second and third pouring. The length of measuring point increased significantly as time passed by and increase of the pouring frequency. However, this results are clinically acceptable except the dies of the third pouring. Under the conditions of this study, the shrinkage rate of the additional silicone rubber impression materials significantly increased as time passed by and increase of the pouring frequency.

  • Statement of Problem : The accuracy and dimensional stability of elastomeric impression materials have been the subject of numerous investigation. Few studies have addressed the effect of changes in time on the dimensional stability of impression materials. Purpose: The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the effects of elastomeric impression materials and storage time on dimensional stability. Materials and methods: A total of 75 impressions were made of epoxy resin dies mimicked prepared 3-unit fixed partial denture. The dies had 1 buccolingual, 1 mesiodistal and 1 occlusogingival lines and interpreped dot. Impression materials investigated included two polyether impression materials and three polyvinylsiloxane impression material. 15 specimens were made of each impression material and poured by type IV stone over times (30 minutes, 24 hours, 72 hours) after mixing; the same examiner measured each specimen 3 times at a magnification of 3.5$\times$. All statistical tests were performed with the level of significance set at .05. Results : The results indicated that significant difference at any measuring point of stone dies of the polyether impression materials and when measurements at 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 72 hours were compared ; the length of measuring point increased significantly as time passed by. However this result is not significant clinically. Analysis also showed significant differences at any measuring point when polyvinylsiloxane and polyether impression materials were compared and significant differences clinically. Conclusion: Under the conditions of this study, the shrinkage rate of the polyvinylsiloxane and polyether impression materials significantly increased as time passed by. The polyether impression materials showed higher shrinkage significantly, while the shrinkage rate of all five materials showed a significant time-dependent increase.

  • 사면의 변위는 산사태의 위험성을 예측할 수 있는 매우 중요한 인자이다. 따라서 사면의 변위는 지속적인 관측과 높은 정밀도의 관측이 요구된다. 최근에는 사면관측을 위해서 광섬유센서, GPS, Total Station, 계측기 등의 첨단장비가 활용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 관측 장비는 경제성, 환경성, 편리성과 유지관리 측면에서 장비의 제약으로 인해 실제 현장적용이 부진한 상태이다. 그러므로 다양한 사면관측과 현장적용을 위해서는 실질적인 관측기술개발이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 지상라이다의 사면 모니터링에 대한 적용 가능성을 분석하고자 하였으며, 사면조사와 사면유지관리를 위한 정보획득 기술로 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 지상라이다의 모니터링 정확도를 평가하였으며, 변위 발생 지역의 육안판독을 위한 그리드 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 사면 모니터링을 위한 방법론을 제시하였다.

생체 신호를 이용한 스마트 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Smart Healthcare Monitoring System Using Bio-Signals)

  • 인간의 건강에 대한 관심 증가에 맞춘 상시적인 질병 관리를 위해 다수 개의 측정센서를 이용하여 측정된 생체 신호를 융합한 임계값을 분석하여 개개인의 맞춤형 진단을 위한 모니터링 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 성능평가 결과 생체 신호의 분석을 위한 SVM 알고리즘은 평균 2%의 오차율이 나타났으며, 윈도우의 크기를 5000으로 분할했을 때 저장 공간의 최대 19.2%를 축소함으로써 효과적임을 보였다. 분류의 정확도는 윈도우 크기를 5000으로 분할했을 때 97.2%로 가장 높은 정확도를 보였다. 또한 총 5000개의 생체 신호 집합의 분석 결과 중 84개의 결과가 다르게 나왔으나 시스템으로부터의 결과가 전문가의 진단 결과보다 더 낮은 경우는 발생하지 않았으며, 약 98%의 정확도를 보였다.

도로교통소음에 관한 기존 예측식 평가 및 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation and Verification of an existing Prediction Model on the Road Traffic Noise)

  • In general, the verification to prediction formula in a national road and the main street of a town has been used recklessly in Korea. Therefore we investigated the validity of an existing prediction formula (NIER(87, 99), TR-Noise, KLC(2002)) with correction relationship which was based on both the prediction formular from apartment complex in the field and height 1.5m from the surface level. On the results of measuring the noise level form an isolated distance, the noise level showed that it was 4.5~5.5dB(A) by reason of becoming 2 folder far from a source. From the distribution of noise level measured by the apartment floors, the measurement point (1st floor) was 58.7~71.4dB(A) at its lowest level and the middle floors (3, 5, 7 and 10) were the highest distribution of noise level. From the analysis results on the application validity to an existing prediction formular (NIER(87, 99), TR-Noise, KLC(2002)) in the height 1.5m, the correction coefficients were 0.95~0.96 and the measured values were reasonably close to the predicted values, indicating the validity and adequacy of the predicted models. KLC(2002) model was found accurate within 3dB(A) with 36 data out of the total 42 data, showing the most accuracy among the predict models. However, the developed models have to improve the accuracy with a various of factors.

근적외 분광분석법에 의한 건조고추의 품질측정 (Rapid Quality Evaluation of Dried Red Pepper by Near-infrared Spectroscopy)

  • 관능검사에 의존하여 오던 종래의 고추 품질평가법을 탈피하여 매운맛 성분인 capsaicin, 적색색소인 capsanthin, total sugar 및 수분함량을 근적외 분광분석법으로 화학약품을 사용하지 않고 신속, 정확하게, 동시에 측정 할 수 있는 방법을 조사하였다. 기존의 화학분석 방법에 의해 측정한 상기 성분들의 함량치와 근적외 스펙트럼 데이타간에 중회귀분석을 행하여 각각의 성분측정을 위한 검량식을 작성하였다. 이들 검량식을 미지의 고추시료에 적용시켜 구한 분석치와 기존 분석법으로 구한 분석치를 비교한 결과, capsanthin과 total sugar는 근적외 분광분석법에 의해 정량적으로 측정할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

DLT와 부가변수에 의한 광속조정법을 활용한 근접사진측량의 3차원 위치정확도 분석 (Accuracy Analysis of 3D Position of Close-range Photogrammetry Using Direct Linear Transformation and Self-calibration Bundle Adjustment with Additional Parameters)

  • 본 연구에서는 근접사진측량의 DLT와 부가변수에 의한 광속조정법을 활용하여 타겟에 대한 3차원 위치좌표를 산출하고, 결과의 정확도에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 다수의 타겟이 부착된 실험환경을 구성하고, 토탈스테이션을 활용한 기준점측량을 수행하여 각 영상에 대한 카메라 캘리브레이션과 표정결과를 산출하였다. 정확도 분석을 위하여 스테레오 영상에서 동일하게 선점된 타겟에 대한 3차원 위치좌표 성과를 산출하고, 그 결과를 토탈스테이션으로 측정된 기준좌표와 비교하였다. 스테레오 영상에 대한 사진좌표 측정 시, 원형타겟에 대한 중심점을 측정하기 위한 타원 fitting 과정을 수행하고, 그 결과를 타겟에 대한 사진좌표로 활용하였다. 연구의 결과, 스테레오 영상 기반의 근접사진측량 방법으로 계산된 위치좌표는 약 1cm 미만의 최대 오차범위 내에서 평균 4mm 미만의 편차로 산출됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 정밀한 정확도가 요구되는 다양한 근접사진측량 분야에 본 연구의 결과를 활용할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

Allometric equation for estimating aboveground biomass of Acacia-Commiphora forest, southern Ethiopia

  • Background: Most of the biomass equations were developed using sample trees collected mainly from pan-tropical and tropical regions that may over- or underestimate biomass. Site-specific models would improve the accuracy of the biomass estimates and enhance the country's measurement, reporting, and verification activities. The aim of the study is to develop site-specific biomass estimation models and validate and evaluate the existing generic models developed for pan-tropical forest and newly developed allometric models. Total of 140 trees was harvested from each diameter class biomass model development. Data was analyzed using SAS procedures. All relevant statistical tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) were performed. Data was transformed to logarithmic functions and multiple linear regression techniques were used to develop model to estimate aboveground biomass (AGB). The root mean square error (RMSE) was used for measuring model bias, precision, and accuracy. The coefficient of determination (R2 and adjusted [adj]-R2), the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and the Schwarz Bayesian information Criterion was employed to select most appropriate models. Results: For the general total AGB models, adj-R2 ranged from 0.71 to 0.85, and model 9 with diameter at stump height at 10 cm (DSH10), ρ and crown width (CW) as predictor variables, performed best according to RMSE and AIC. For the merchantable stem models, adj-R2 varied from 0.73 to 0.82, and model 8) with combination of ρ, diameter at breast height and height (H), CW and DSH10 as predictor variables, was best in terms of RMSE and AIC. The results showed that a best-fit model for above-ground biomass of tree components was developed. Quality Assessment of Beef Using Computer Vision Technology

  • Imaging technique or computer vision (CV) technology has received huge attention as a rapid and non-destructive technique throughout the world for measuring quality attributes of agricultural products including meat and meat products. This study was conducted to test the ability of CV technology to predict the quality attributes of beef. Images were captured from longissimus dorsi muscle in beef at 24 h post-mortem. Traits evaluated were color value (L*, a*, b*), pH, drip loss, cooking loss, dry matter, moisture, crude protein, fat, ash, thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS), peroxide value (POV), free fatty acid (FFA), total coliform count (TCC), total viable count (TVC) and total yeast-mould count (TYMC). Images were analyzed using the Matlab software (R2015a). Different reference values were determined by physicochemical, proximate, biochemical and microbiological test. All determination were done in triplicate and the mean value was reported. Data analysis was carried out using the programme Statgraphics Centurion XVI. Calibration and validation model were fitted using the software Unscrambler X version 9.7. A higher correlation found in a* (r=0.65) and moisture (r=0.56) with 'a*' value obtained from image analysis and the highest calibration and prediction accuracy was found in lightness (r2c=0.73, r2p=0.69) in beef. Results of this work show that CV technology may be a useful tool for predicting meat quality traits in the laboratory and meat processing industries.

근육형 남성의 하반신 체형분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on Somatotype Classification of Muscular Men's Lower Body)

  • The purpose of this research is to understand the physiological characteristics of muscular men between the ages of 20 and 34 years who are distinct from the general population due to their muscular development, and to categorize them according to upper body somatotypes. This research was conducted in order to provide basic data necessary for developing clothing products for muscular men. The research method and results were as follows: 1. The study carried out factor analysis with the body measuring value of 168 muscular men according to the body classification method of Sheldon and Heath-Carter. The study materialized muscular men's lower body types statistically by carrying out cluster analysis, regarding scores of each factor extracted from the factor analysis as an independent variable. The study also carried out discriminant analysis with the results of cluster analysis classified so that morphological characters of each type were remarkably distinguished. 2. As the results of factor analysis, the study set up number of factors as three. Factor 1 occupied 38.149% of the total variables as a size factor of the lower body. Factor 2 occupied 20.417% of the total variables as a height and length factor of the lower body. Factor 3 occupied 8.466% of the total variables as a length factor of the hip. 3. The study classified the lower body type into three types and the characteristics by each type were as follows. Type 1 was a group with the best developed muscle in the lower of the body, considering that a size of their lower bodies was the largest. Type 2 was well-balanced muscular males though a size of the lower body was smaller than other types. This type didn't have fatness of the abdomen and large hips. Type 3 was a body type that the length from the waist to the hip was long. 4. As the results of carrying out discriminant analysis to distinguish muscular men's lower body types, the discriminant accuracy was 86.3% over all in the lower bodies.
