재귀 구조에 기반한 FIR 디지털 필터의 설계 (Design of a Recursive Structure-based FIR Digital Filter)

  • 본 논문은 Top-Down 설계방식에서 동작 레블과 로직 레블에서 동일한 구조를 가지는 새로운 FIR 디지털 필터의 설계 방법론을 제안한다. 제안되는 설계 방법론은 승산이 컨벌루션-carrying의 형태로 표현되어지며, 이것은 결과적으로 로직 레블의 승산을 동작 레벨의 컨벌루션과 같은 구조로 구현할 수 있다는 연구에 기반한 것이다. 재귀 구조에 기반한 FIR 디지털 필터의 예를 보이기 위해 본 논문에서는 L 개의 탭을 가지는 전치형과 시스톨릭 FIR 필터의 구현에 대해 기술한다. 제안된 FIR 디지털 필터는 하나의 컨벌루션 구조의 재귀적 사용과 2개의 1-비트 입/출력 포트만으로 구성될 수 있으므로 매우 규칙적이고 간결한 구조를 가진다.

  • Tight integration of product design and process planning in the early design stage would make bigger impact as wider spectrum of design and manufacturing alternatives can be pursued and evaluated. Thus the development of systematic computer-based support for this integration is desirable. For this integration and process planning in the early design stage. the systematic method to synthesize shape of part from functional requirements is crucial. This research presents the methods of functional decomposition from overall function or product and synthesizing shape of part based on functional relations extracted from functional decomposition using planetary gear transmission system as an example.

Usability Evaluation Procedure for the Agricultural Equipments in Local Agricultural Task Environment

  • Objective: to improve agricultural working environment using tools and equipments. Background: most existing tools currently used, in fact, are discrepant from human factor guidelines so that they are still exposed to the musculoskeletal disease. Method: the provided tools and equipments are mostly designed considering human factor engineering or usability engineering in a way to avoid musculoskeletal disease. Results: propose the top-down procedure and usability engineering steps to evaluate them for the system design suitability. Conclusion: apply them conveniently into rural environment to help farmers working environment.

  • 종래의 게이트레벨 회로도 입력에 의한 설계기법으로는 대규모화하는 ASIC의 개발에 대응할 수 없다. 그 타개책으로서, 하드웨어 기술언어와 논리합성을 이용한 Top-Down 설계기법이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 고에서는, ASIC 설계 기술의 현황과 향후 동향에 대해서 알아본 후, 하드웨어 기술언어의 비교와 검토, 그리고 지금까지 전세계의 표준 하드웨어 기술언어로서 널리 보급되어 있는 VHDL의 개요에 대해서 소개한다.

  • 본 논문은 한국어 단어의 의미 영역 정보를 저장하기 위한 시소러스를 설게하고 이를 구축하기 위한 시스템을 설계하였다. 기존에 TOP_DOWN이나 BOTTOM_UP 방식을 이용하는 경우 각각 비 객관성과 작업 속도의 문제와 비구조성, 비일관성의 문제를 안고 있어 이를 혼합하여 어의문을 이용하여 객관성을 유지하면서도 기본모델을 이용하여 비구조성과 비일관성의 문제를 해결하고 있다. 또한 그 동안 필요성이 증가되었으나 작업을 하지 못했던 가장 큰 이유인 단어의 방대성으로 기인한 작업속도의 문제해결하기 위하여 C/S 모델을 적용하여 다수의 입력자들에 의해 동시 입력을 가능케 함으로써 작업 속도의 향상을 이루었다.

  • Three numerical analysis carried out for the design of a diaphragm wall were examined by the results of field observation data. Utilizing the wall stiffness, supporting system and construction sequence, the relative merits of those factors on the analysis of diaphragm wall have been investigated and their effects are compared tilth the observed behaviour of the wall. The predicted bending moment and wall displacement by elasto-plastic method agreed well with the observed values. The rigid slab supported system (i.e Top-Down Method) found to be the most effective way of controlling ground movement.

  • This paper presents behavioral models using SIMULINK and Verilog-a for a PLL based fractional-N frequency synthesizer. The SIMULINK modeling was built in the frequency-time mixed domain whereas the Verilog-a modeling was built purely in the time domain. The simulated results of the two models were verified to show the same performance within the error tolerance. This top-down design method can provide the readiness for the transistor-level design.

  • Purpose- The study aims to understand the perception of the employees regarding employee relations, organizational culture, employee welfare and job design within the organization. Research design, data, and methodology - It is a descriptive study. A climate survey was conducted on the staff of NTPC, Badarpur. The sample size is 100. The data has been analyzed using excel and SPSS. Results - The study finds the lack of free flow of communication with the information by the top and middle management to lower levels, lack of existence of positive attitude, lack of recreational activities to bring stress level down. NTPC, Badarpur is an association which gives a wide range of offices to its workers along these lines giving fulfilment to its representatives all things considered. Conclusions - Correspondence network ought to be entirely clung to all the more free stream of correspondence by top and center administration. Greater lucidity with respect to expected set of responsibilities might be useful. Orderly enlistment is required. Human Asset prerequisites in groups should be re looked guaranteeing sufficient colleagues in a group. Workers are submitted towards association's objective. NTPC, Badarpur ought to move with the developing advancements so it can adapt up to the quicker rivalry.

  • The characteristics of voltage drop and THD for parallel operating 11 PCRs (Phase Controlled Rectifiers) are analysed. The PCRs are used to drive high current (1.6 kA ${\sim}$ 3.7 kADC) electromagnetic coils for electromagnets. All the PCRs operate simultaneously in pulsed mode, and the pulse shot occurs every 150 seconds. During the pulse operation the PCR output current ramps up for 4 seconds, and then keeps flat top state for 2 seconds, and finally ramps down for 4 seconds. For the flat top mode a severe voltage drop and distortion appear in the power system because transformers for the PCRs are designed considering pulsed mode operation. It is expected that the analysis method can be applied to improve the system performance including power factor and design of high power pulsed mode operating power supply systems.

  • Avionics system's function for an air transport mission is analysed. The starting point for designing a Avionics system is a clear understanding of the mission requirements and the requirement allocation by the top level aircraft system. Therefore, the analysis begins by making a top-down analysis to the aircraft missions. The baseline mission is divided into segments, and each segment is subjected to a detailed analysis to establish the requirements for the Avionics system. Special attention is given to capture the key aspects of interfaces, and to incorporate them into the design.
