지속가능경영체제를 지원하는 내부감사의 효과적 운영에 관한 연구 (A study on the operation of effective internal audit for business continuity management system)

  • In business aspects, the corporate usually confronted with various risks. such as the management problems of the quality, the environment, the safety & health, the ethics, and the social responsibility. Overall monitoring of these aspects is required to the top manager ceaselessly. In the past ways, for these problems, the government has been controlled the corporate to keep them. But nowadays, the needs of self management of these topics is rising up for the business continuity especially to the multi-national corporate. To prove their soundness they issued the management status report periodically. Internal audit will works not only the self confirming tool but also the best supporting tool for the policy managements in such circumstances. So, an effective internal audit will lead the business continuity management to the future.

치과위생사의 직무수행능력 평가도구 개발 (Development of job performance assessment tool for dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to develop a job performance assessment tool for dental hygienists. Methods : The development consisted of three steps. The first step was to construct the contents of the assessment tool and a pretest questionnaire. In the second step, validity and reliability tests were done and modified for the pretest questionnaires and an assessment tool was made. The third step was verification of the assessment tool. A total of 678 data from the dental hygienists were analyzed to verify the validity and reliability. The assessment tool consisted of two areas such as job performance and competency/attitude: the job performance area covered four sub-areas including oral health education, preventive dental care, assistance for dental treatment, and administrative management. Results : The number of questions and reliability test result for each sub-area were as follows. Reliability coefficient for oral health education (10 questions) was 0.899, preventive dental care (8 questions) was 0.861, assistance for dental treatment (18 questions) was 0.915, administrative management (8 questions) was 0.919, competency of dental hygienists (11 questions) was 0.947, and attitude of dental hygienists (15 questions) was 0.955. Cronbach ${\alpha}$ coefficient for reliability of total 70 questions of the assessment tool was 0.980. Conclusions : The validity of the assessment tool was verified by three steps and the reliability proved to be significant. Consequently the assessment tool was found to be useful as an objective and valid job performance assessment tool for the dental hygienists.

A Job Loading Procedure as a Kernel Part of FMS Integrated Operating System and Its Evaluation

  • FMS operating system consists of several subsystems in general. i.e. tool grouping subsystem. tool/job assignment subsystem. job dispatching subsystem, and papers dealing with each subsystem were published by many researchers [1], [4], [6], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14], [15], [16]. This paper mainly discusses about tool/job assignment subsystem as a job loading procedure. that occupies the kernel position of overall FMS operating system. Its performance is evaluated through simulation experiments of an integrated operating system under a typical FMS hardware configuration implemented in many machining factories, which is composed of the proposed procedure as well as a job dispatching procedure including several heuristic dispatching rules in terms of rule-base.

  • Proposed in this paper is a standard-compliant business process modeling tool which is based on the UML(Unified Modeling Language) activity diagram and produces an XPDL(XML Process Definition Language) file as an output. The XPDL is a standard process definition exchange format by WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition). To develop an UML/XPDL-based modeling tool, the mapping of modeling elements between activity diagram and XPDL format is conducted after the detailed analysis of each modeling specification. As a result of this mapping, it is revealed that modeling elements of each activity diagram and XPDL must be expanded. So new modeling elements are identified and added to each specification. Based on this mapping, the prototype system is developed, and the usefulness of the developed system is shown through the case study.

  • 기업은 비즈니스 프로세스 조정 또는 기업의 전략적 목적을 달성하기 위하여 정보 기술을 도입하고 있다. 또한 데이터 일관성에 대한 요구에 대해서는, 소프트웨어 개발에 적용되어 표준화 규율을 채택하여 이를 따르는 소프트웨어 개발 회사들이 늘어나고 있다. 이는 사용자들의 요구일 뿐만 아니라 이러한 규율을 채택함으로써 적은 비용으로 더 나은 결과물을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 프로젝트 관리 도구를 사용한 체계적이고 일관적인 소프트웨어의 개발은 더욱 더 중요한 의미를 가지게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문은 효율적인 데이터 사전관리를 통하여 효과적으로 시스템 구축 지원을 할 수 있는 프로젝트 관리 기법에 대하여 기술한다.

의료기관 사회적 책임활동 측정 도구개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of the Hospital's CSR Measurement Tool)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to develop tools to measure the social responsibility activities of hospitals using ISO 26000 and to verify the validity and reliability of the developed tools. We verified the content and structural validity, as well as the internal consistency of the proposed measurement tool for hospitals' social responsibility. Methods : We conducted an online survey on hospitals/employees from Feb 26 to Mar 12, 2018, and analyzed selected 197 respondents from the survey by removing incomplete responses. Results : The developed hospitals' CSR (HSR) measurement tool consists of 36 items with 5 factors: "consumer issues", "labor practices", "community involvement & development", "fair operating practice", and "environment". Analysis revealed high reliability with Cronbach' alpha of 0.981. Conclusions : It was verified that the developed HSR tool fully reflected hospital characteristics. This tool can be used to diagnose hospitals' social responsibility and to support strategic decision on social responsibility.

Research on Development of Housing Welfare Program Satisfaction Evaluation Tool -Focusing on housing welfare programs for residents of long-term public rental housing in Seoul-

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a satisfaction evaluation survey tool that reflects the characteristics of the program for housing welfare supported in long-term public rental housing in Seoul. Research design, data and methodology: The main research methods of the study were review of previous studies, literature review, and expert consultation. Results: First, the characteristics of each housing welfare program being promoted by Seoul City were summarized, and the characteristics were reflected in the evaluation survey tool. Second, the SERVOUAL model, a service quality model, was used to measure satisfaction with the housing welfare program and modified to suit the characteristics of the program. Third, an evaluation survey tool was constructed by dividing the evaluation tool into common questions and individual questions, and for the operation and sustainability of the housing welfare program, rather than just evaluating satisfaction, program loyalty was used as a survey item. Fourth, through expert advice, more than 10 evaluation questions for each housing welfare program were revised. Conclusions: The results of future research are expected to be used to prepare practical operation plans through annual monitoring of housing welfare programs and comparative analysis between programs.

  • 건설공사에서 발생하는 리스크는 시공단계에 많이 발생하므로 공정관리와 통합하여 관리할 수 있다면 효율적일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 공정관리 프로그램을 이용하여 공정리스크를 통합관리하는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 제안된 방법은 사용자 프로그래밍(Visual Basic Application)이 가능한 Microsoft Project에서 구현되었으며, 공사관리자가 공정표를 작성하고 일정관리를 수행하는 과정에서 리스크를 예측하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
