As an interest in the efficiency of public sector expenditures has spread across the world, Korea has operated a self-evaluation system for government projects as a part of the performance-based budget system. However, an evaluation system for public information technology project has been criticized for its lack of validity, which stems from the uniformity of performance management. This study draws insight from knowledge management literature in an attempt to address the problems with the extant performance evaluation system in public agencies. To realize benefits from IT investment, an agency needs to develop its own performance management model for information systems projects, with a focus on the interaction of IT and organizational system. The knowledge management-based framework for IT projects was verified through a case study, with which we discussed the applicability of knowledge management to the evaluation of public information systems projects.

A Systematic Wealth Management Framework (SWMF) was developed as a private banking management tool to enable more integrative personal finance management of personal wealth. It is a reference model that provides an unified framework for development, operation, and management and makes provision for personal financial services in today's complex financial environment. This study suggested some practical results from banks and insurance companies that have established SWMF as the differentiation business strategy for wealthy customers. The focus of this manuscript is on capturing the methodological approach most financial institutions in Korea adopted to execute new e-finance planning and implementation based on the SWMF. The alignment between the wealth management business goals and information system architecture at an organization constitutes the main theoretical basis of the study. Relevant discussions are made on the wealth management framework as a general business model for financial industry, on the functional relationship between new information systems and business organizations. Finally, lessons learned from the SWMF implementation are discussed.

Recently, interest in the necessity and practical application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is also increasing in the civil engineering field. However, there are difficulties in building BIM models and utilizing BIM modeling in the civil engineering field due to various reasons. To this end, it is necessary to develop management tools and research on management methods that can effectively utilize the BIM library in the civil engineering field. Libraries in the civil engineering field are complementary to each other, so library management in consideration of library management in various combinations and continuous updates is important. BIM library management was proposed through the development of a management tool that reflects these characteristics, which is expected to contribute to improving productivity in the field of civil design.

본 논문에서는 함정 전투 시스템을 위한 메시지 지향 모델링 도구의 구조 설계에 대하여 연구한다. 함정 전투 시스템은 다양하고 대규모의 장비와 통신 서비스 그리고 데이터 분산 서비스 등으로 구성되어 있다. 각각의 장비들은 컴포넌트로서 대규모의 메시지를 발생시킨다. 이러한 메시지를 관리하기 위해 메시지 지향 모델링 도구가 개발되었다. 기존 모델링 도구는 중복되는 데이터베이스 테이블로 인해 어플리케이션 성능이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 보다 효율적인 데이터베이스 설계 방안을 제안한다. 중복되는 테이블 수를 줄이고 어플리케이션의 응답 속도 및 처리시간을 향상시킨다. 실험 결과들은 제안하는 방법이 메시지 지향 모델링 도구 어플리케이션에 적용 가능함을 보이고, 클라이언트 노드로부터 서버로 전송되는 총 데이터양과 서버부하의 감소에 대하여 보여준다.

오늘날, 웹 데이터의 의미적 처리를 위한 시맨틱 웹에 대한 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 시맨틱 웹 환경을 실현하기 위해서 가장 중요한 작업은 객체들의 개념과 개념들 사이의 관계를 정의하는 온톨로지의 구축이다. 온톨로지 구축을 위해 OWL, RDF(S), DAML+OIL 등과 같은 언어들이 개발되었으며, 이 언어들을 기반으로 온톨로지를 구축하기 위한 Protege, KAON, OILEd 등의 온톨로지 저작 도구들이 개발되었다. 이처럼 많은 온톨로지 구축 언어와 도구가 개발되었지만, 온톨로지 이론에 대한 이해부족, 구축 언어 어휘 사용의 어려움 그리고 저작 도구 사용의 어려움 등의 이유로 온톨로지 저작 도구의 활용은 온톨로지 전문가 및 연구자들로 제한되어 있다. 그리고 워드넷과 같은 범용의 대형 온톨로지를 재사용하기 위한 연구 또한 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 온톨로지 전문가들을 비롯하여 온톨로지 구축을 원하는 일반 사용자들도 쉽게 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있는 OWL 온톨로지 저작 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 저작 도구의 개발에 필요한 중요 모듈에 대한 내용들을 소개함으로써 저작 도구 개발에 도움이 되고, 일반인들의 온톨로지에 대한 이해를 도와줌으로써, 본 시스템을 사용하여 쉽게 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Recently, various Best Management Practices (BMPs) have been applied at a field to reduce soil erosion. Hourly Runoff and Sediment Model for Best Management Practices (HRSM4BMP) model could be used to evaluate soil erosion reduction for various agricultural BMPs at fields. Runoff and sediment yield from source areas have to be predicted with greater accuracies to evaluate sediment reduction efficiently with BMPs. To achieve this, the best parameters related with runoff and sediment modules of the HRSM4BMP model should be identified with proper calibration processes. Although manual calibration is often utilized in calibrating runoff and sediment using the HRSM4BMP, objective calibration method would be recommended. The purpose of the study was to develop an automatic calibration tool of the HRSM4BMP model with PARASOL method. This automatic calibration tool was applied to Bangdongri, Chuncheon-si to evaluate its calibration performance. The $R^2$, NSE and RMSE value for runoff estimation were 0.92, 0.92, $0.3m^3$, and for sediment yield estimation were 0.94, 0.94, 0.0027 kg. As shown in this result, automatic calibration tool of HRSM4BMP model would be used to determine the best parameters and can be used to simulate runoff and sediment yield with acceptable accuracies.

본 연구의 목적은 생산현장의 생산성향상을 위한 낭비를 분석하여 객관적이고, 과학적으로 현장낭비를 종합적으로 분석하여 이를 개선함으로써, 최적의 생산 라인을 구축하여 원가절감을 하고, 나아가 기업경쟁력을 강화하고자 한다. 많은 기업들이 현장의 낭비를 분석하는데 있어서 명확한 로드 맵이 없어 기존의 IE(Industrial Engineering)기법과 응용 IE기법을 기업현실과 상황을 고려하여 각각 활용, 그 성과측면에서의 아쉬움을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 생산혁신 프로세스는 조립라인, 가공라인, 자동화 라인 등에 존재하는 모든 낭비를 분석할 수 있도록 추진 단계별로 고전 IE 및 응용 IE 기법을 체계적으로 정리함으로써 생산현장의 낭비를 종합적으로 분석/파악하여 전체 낭비가 얼마나 존재하며, 이를 개선하기 위한 선택과 집중을 기할 수 있도록 개선성과를 극대화하고, 개선활동계획 수립에 기여하고자 함이다.

건설 프로젝트는 생산과정 이전에 설계도면을 바탕으로 예상되는 비용이 산정되며, 기획단계는 소요예산을 책정하고 설계단계는 예산에 합당한 효율적 대안을 찾으며, 정확한 입찰금액을 예측하기 위해 수차례 이루어진다. 특히, 물량산출 이전까지 예측되는 공사비의 정확도와 신뢰도는 매우 중요하다. 그러나 국내의 경우 면적당 단가 방식 공사비 예측을 벗어나지 못할 뿐 아니라, 단계별 예측방법, 프로세스, 데이터 분석 및 관리기술 등이 표준화되어 체계적이고 종합적으로 관리되지 못하고 있다. 그리고 복합용도 프로젝트에서의 견적은 그 사례도 적고 단가정보를 얻기가 매우 어렵다. 이에 국내 복합용도 프로젝트 공사비 예측기술 및 관리기술 발전을 위하여 BIM의 공간정보를 활용한 내부마감 개략견적 코스트 모델을 개발하여 제시하였다.

최근 사용자 중심의 디자인과 형태개발 및 분석은 성공적 디자인의 중요한 방법론으로 부각되고 있다. 사용자의 형태분석을 위해서는 기존 방법의 통합적인 접근과 더불어 디자이너의 전문도구로서 고찰되고 개발되는 것이 요구된다. 특히 기존의 분석도구들은 디자이너의 요구에 적합할 수 있도록 분석결과의 시각화과 명확한 방향성 제시가 요구되며, 사용자 감성반응을 형태분석에 응용할 수 있는 다각적인 방법의 모색이 요구된다. 또한 분석도구로서의 전문성을 강화하고 디자이너가 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 디자이너 친화적 인터페이스의 적용이 필요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 감성반응을 기존의 형태분석 도구에 활용하기 위한 방법과 체계를 분석하며, 이를 통하여 사용자의 감성적 반응에 기초한 형태분석 도구를 제시하였다. 구체적인 형태분석의 도구는 통합적 관리, 변수설정, 분석결과의 시각화, 데이터마이닝을 통한 심층 분석, 사용자 중심 분석결과의 연관성 강화의 5가지 컨셉으로 제시되었으며, 프로젝트 관리, 분석프레임 설정, 데이터 입출력, 기초 분석, 심층분석의 5가지 모듈로서 개발되었다. 제안된 도구는 모바일 폰의 사례조사를 통하여 그 효용성을 알아보았으며, 도구 활용의 사용성과 형태분석의 타당성이 검증되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애 아동·청소년의 독서역량을 강화하기 위하여 진단도구 프로토타입을 개발하고 그 타당도 및 신뢰도를 분석함으로써 독서역량 진단프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제시하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 문헌 및 사례 연구를 바탕으로 문항을 개발하고, 델파이 조사 및 실제 장애 아동·청소년을 대상으로 한 예비조사를 실시하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 표본 수가 적어 타당도와 신뢰도 분석에 한계는 있었으나 장애 아동·청소년의 독서역량 진단도구 프로토타입 개발과 함께 기초 데이터를 확보하였다. 향후 개발될 독서역량 진단프로그램은 장애유형별 특성, 빅데이터를 통한 데이터 수집 및 활용 방안, 진단 절차 및 진단 시 유의사항을 다양한 변인을 고려하여 웹·모바일로 확장하여 개발할 것을 제안하였다.
