본 연구는 임산공학 연구자들의 연구데이터 관리 현황 파악을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 DAF(Data Asset Framework)라는 도구를 이용하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. DAF는 기관이 연구데이터를 어떻게 관리하고 있는지 식별, 위치, 설명 및 평가할 수 있는 수단을 제공하는 조사 도구이다. 이러한 DAF를 활용하여 국립산림과학원 내 임산공학 분야 연구자들을 대상으로 연구데이터 관리 현황을 분석한 결과, 연구데이터 생성방법 및 유형, 공유, 저장, 보존 그리고 재사용 등과 같은 5가지의 카테고리의 현황 및 문제점이 도출되었으며, 또한 문제점 관련하여 해결책을 제시하였다. 이번 연구는 DAF와 같은 체계적인 도구를 활용한 기초 조사로서 특정 분야의 RDM 시스템 설계 시 연구데이터의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하는데 참고자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service provider and an outsourcer, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to both the private and public organizations, are considering the SLA, with absence of concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

MPEG 표준에서는 MPEG 멀티미디어 처리의 효율적인 보급을 위해, MPEG Multimedia Middleware (M3W) 라는 표준 그룹을 만들어, 미들웨어 기반의 멀티미디어 기술 API를 지원할 수 있도록 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 멀티미디어 미들웨어에서 정의한 멀티미디어 보호관리 서비스 인터페이스를 소개한다. 제안하는 서비스 인터페이스는 M3W의 컴포넌트 모델을 기반으로 MPEG 시스템 보호관리 표준 메시지를 지원한다. M3W 보호관리 인터페이스는 툴 인터페이스와 신뢰성 관리 인터페이스로 구성되며, 툴 인터페이스는 보호관리 기능이 지원되는 디코더에서의 보호관리 기능 터미널과 툴을 지원하기 위한 기능 함수를 제공하고, 신뢰성 관리 인터페이스는 이 터미널과 툴에서 요구하는 라이센스 및 인증과 같은 기능을 지원하기 위한 기능 함수를 제공한다. 제안하는 인터페이스에 대한 활용에 대한 예로서 JAVA를 바탕으로, 보호관리 인터페이스가 포함된 플레이어 시뮬레이터의 구현 예를 보여준다. 제안하는 인터페이스는 ISO/IEC 23004-2 표준 미들웨어 플랫폼으로서 다양한 형태의 단말 구성 또는 응용 프로그램에서 보호관리 기능 제공에 활용될 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to validate the Needs Assessment Tool for Case Management (NATCM) for use with Korean medical aid beneficiaries. Methods: Psychometric testing was performed with a sample of 645 Korean medical aid beneficiaries, which included 41 beneficiaries who were selected using proportional sampling method, to examine intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). Data were evaluated using item analyses, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Cronbach's alpha, and ICC. Results: Through psychometric testing the final version of NATCM was found to consist of two subscales: 1) Appropriateness of Health Care Utilization (5 items) and 2) Self Care Ability (6 items). The two subscale model was validated by CFA (RMSEA=.08, GFI=.97, and CFI=.93). Internal consistency measured by Cronbach's alpha was .82, and subscale reliability ranged from .79 to .84. The ICC of the NATCM between case managers was .73 and between case managers and health care professionals. .82. Conclusion: This study suggests that the final version of NATCM is a brief, reliable, and valid instrument to measure needs of Korean medical aid beneficiaries. Therefore, the NATCM can be effectively utilized as an important needs assessment as well as outcome evaluation tool for case management programs in Korea.

본 연구는 COPD 환자를 대상으로 보편적 건강문해력인 의료정보 문해력, COPD 특이 건강문해력인 COPD 관련 건강문해력 및 자가관리 이행 정도를 확인하고, 의료정보 문해력, COPD 관련 건강문해력과 자가관리 이행 정도와의 상관관계를 파악하였다. COPD 환자의 의료정보 문해력은 60.45±9.42점으로 중학교 1~2학년 수준이었고 COPD 관련 건강문해력이 의료정보 문해력보다 평균 점수가 낮았다. COPD 관련 건강문해력과 자가관리 이행 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. COPD 환자를 간호하는 간호사는 대상자의 건강문해력을 정확히 이해하고 의사소통하는 것이 필요하다고 생각된다. COPD 관련 건강문해력 증진이 자가관리 이행을 높일 수 있으므로 건강정보를 제공하거나 교육 시 COPD의 건강문해력을 증진시킬 수 있는 전략 개발이 필요하다.

In the conduct of this study, a web-enabled healthcare system for the management of hypertension was implemented through a hyperlink-based inference approach. The hyperlink-based inference platform implemented using the hypertext capacity of HTML which ensured accessibility, multimedia facilities, fast response, stability, ease of use and upgrade, and platform independency of expert systems. Many HTML documents, which are hyperlinked to each other based on expert rules, were uploaded beforehand to perform the hyperlink-based inference. The HTML documents were uploaded and maintained automatically by our proprietary tool called the Web-Based inference System (WeBIS) that supports a graphical user interface (GUI) for the input and edit of decision graphs. Nevertheless, the editing task of the decision graph using the GUI tool is a time consuming and tedious chore when the knowledge engineer must perform it manually. Accordingly, this research implemented an automatic generator of the decision graph for the management of hypertension. As a result, this research suggests a methodology for the development of Web-enabled healthcare systems using the hyperlink-based inference approach and, as an example, implements a Web-enabled healthcare system for hypertension, a platform which peformed especially well in the areas of speed and stability.

The purpose of this study is to develop BSC model of social enterprise. Performance analysis tool of BSC have been brought over from the business world, designed and created from the perspectives of profit-based businesses. The BSC is a strategic performance measurement and management tool designed for the private sector acting as a communication/information and learning system, to measure 'where we are now' and 'where to aim for next'. It prescribes a plan for translating 'vision' and 'strategy' into concrete action across four perspectives at different stages, depending on the business. These perspectives are 'financial', 'customer', 'internal processes' and 'learning and growth', each of which is connected by cause-and-effect relationships that reflect the firm's strategy. Social aims of social enterprise are to accomplish desired outcomes which are to employ vulnerable people and to provide social services. The measurement factors of financial perspective are stable funding, efficiency of budgeting, stakeholders' financial supports, and trade profit. The measurement factors of customer perspective are government, social service users, employees, local communities, sup plier, social activity company, and partnership with external organizations. The measurement factors of internal process perspective are organizational culture, organizational structure/management, internal/external communication, quality of products and services, information sharing. The measurement factors of learning and growth perspective are training and development, management participation, knowledge sharing, leadership of CEO and manager, and learning culture.

한국사회와 도서관계에 변화의 가속화가 요구되는 현 시점에서는 도서관경영을 보다 현실적 상황을 고려하여 운영하는 전략을 수립할 필요성이 있으며, 특성화사업을 통해 새로운 마케팅 기법을 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있다. 수요를 창출하는 경영기법을 ‘마케팅'이라고 한다면 앞으로 수요가 확산될 서비스나 프로그램 중 하나가 영어독서와 영어도서관 설치에 대한 관심사라 할 수 있다. 이러한 현상을 최근 신문기사를 통해 개인, 기관 및 사교육기관 별로 정리 분석하였다. 분석결과 제시된 독서방식을 국내 도서관의 활성화 방안 중 하나로 적용하기 위하여 전통적인 자율독서프로그램을 국내 상황에 맞게 새롭게 분석, 전개하였다.

As interest for visualization and real time processing of construction management information was heightened recently, a diversity of management tools have been developed and corresponding systems also have been changed. In the case of BIM(Building Information Modeling) which is being spotlighted as such kind of management tool, its outcome such as technical innovation and time saving through overseas success case, reducing effect of unnecessary work, and so forth has continuously been established. The BIM in which various information related with life cycle of project are managed with the base of 3D object is useful as an information management tool of construction project which becomes complex and large in its scale. The aim of this paper is analysis or reliability on BIM design for expressway. To solve these issues, this study analyzes the design document, road design handbook, guide. Also this paper performed analysis of reliability 2D vs. BIM quantity calculation. This pilot projects "BIM design at Daegu expressway Lot No.5" lays the foundation for future work on BIM based civil engineering design.

교통관제시스템을 구축하려면 이동체들의 실시간 위치데이터를 제공할 수 있는 GPS-MDT(Mobile Data Terminal 이동데이터단말기)와 이동체들의 위치데이터를 수신하여 GIS 상에 위치를 표시할 수 있는 교통 관제용 SW가 필요하다. 이동체의 위치데이터를 VHF 송수신기를 이용하여 전송하기 위해서는 GPS 정보를 취득하고 데이터를 전송하기 위한 모뎀이 필요하며, 관제실에는 GIS기반 이동체들의 교통상황을 모니터링하는 프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 이동체들과 관제실 간에서 자동으로 이동체의 ID를 포함하여 GPS의 시각 및 위치정보를 지속적으로 전송하여 취득할 수 있는 통신프로토콜도 연구되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 음성과 문자정보를 동시에 전송할 수 있는 VHF 송수신기용 모뎀과 GIS-tool을 이용한 관제용 S/W에 대하여 연구하였다.
