할인점 지하매장의 피난성능 개선에 관한 연구 (The Improvement of Evacuation Performance for Discount-Store in Underground)

  • 본 연구는 현재 급속히 확산되고 있는 대형 할인점의 지하 매장에 대한 피난성능 개선방안을 제시하기 위한 것으로 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 할인매장의 건축적 공간 특성 및 피난 상 문제점 분석 지하매장의 거주밀도 분포조사 피난용량 적정성 검토를 위한 피난 시뮬레이션 연구결과, 매장의 실질적인 수용인원을 기준으로 적정피난용량을 결정해야 하며, 피난동선상에 있는임시 판매대, 쇼핑 카트, 그리고 피난층의 계산대가 피난에 중요한 장애요소로서 이에 대한 개선과 제도적 정비가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 피난시간을 기준 한 성능기준 피난설계 분석결과, 사례분석 대상 지하매장은 적정피난용량을 확보하지 못하고 있음을 보여주었다.

국내 대형할인점의 복합화에 따른 유형과 시설에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Type and the Facilities in Compositeness of the Domestic Discount Store)

  • This research analyzed the space scheme in connection with complexity, one of the new changes in the discount stores, and has a goal of predicting the direction of space scheme in the upcoming complexity era. The research was conducted in the following way. Firstly, this researcher tried to grasp what kinds of changes were required in the overall distribution industry socially and economically. Secondly, the characteristic and situation of discount stores were scrutinized. Thirdly, the domestic stores' complexity status was classified and types of those were elicited. Fourthly, the time-series change and use were analyzed. The result of this analysis reveals that the types of complexity can be divided by location and adjustment to environmental changes. The time-series analysis shows that total operating area, the number of parked cars and the tenant ratio have increased dramatically in 2000 and 2003. And, according to the correlation analysis between factors, the tenant ratio has, a strong correlation with other two factors. Self-complexity takes the basic form of living facilities and complexity with other facilities is combined with other cultural, sales, educational and administrative ones. Mass-complexity is merged with the stadiums, parks or station sites. As you've seen, the concept of complex shopping mall for the realization of one stop shopping and convenience will continue in the days to come. It is desirable that the study on the large-scale shopping spaces will be conducted continually for the preparedness of future life style.

오프라인 소매점의 모바일 할인 서비스에 대한 전략적 분석 (Game Theoretic Analysis of the Mobile Discount Service of the Offline Retailers)

  • The proliferation of the Internet and related technologies has led to a new form of distribution channels, namely online retailers. The conventional offline and the new online retailers have different transaction costs perceived by the consumers in the following perspectives: the accessibility to the product information, the traffic cost and the opportunity cost for the time to visit the store, the delivery time and the possibility of 'touch and feel' to test the quality of the product. In particular, the online retailers have lower distribution cost structure in that they do not have physical stores, which results in lower selling price. Thus they continuously offer price competition against offline retailers using the lower selling cost as competitive weapon. Moreover the emergence of the social commerce is likely to intensify the competition between the online and offline retailers. To survive in this fierce competition, the offline retailers are trying to defend their business interests by sticking to offline transaction in anticipation of increased customer loyalty, customer's preference for 'touch and feel' style shopping, and others. Despite of these efforts, customers who touch and feel a product in an offline store but purchase the product through an online retailer are increasing. To protect such customers, recently, some of the offline retailers began to provide the mobile discount service (MDS) which enables the offline customers to purchase a product at a discounted price through the mobile applications. In business competitions, the price discount strategy is usually considered to secure more market share at the cost of lower profit. In this study, however, we analyze the effect of MDS as a weapon for securing more profit. To do this, we set up a game model between the online and offline retailers which incorporates the effect of the MDS. By numerically analyzing the Nash equilibrium of the game, some managerial implications for using the MDS for more profit are discussed.

인구통계학적 특성 및 외식행동에 따른 대학생의 소셜커머스 외식상품 이용 현황 (Use of Social Commerce Restaurant Products by College Students According to Demographic Characteristics and Eating Out Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the use of social commerce restaurant products by college students according to demographic characteristics and eating out behavior. The questionnaire for the survey was distributed to 450 college students, who have experiences of purchasing a restaurant product on social commerce, with 286 responses used for analysis. From the result, college students frequently use smart phones and SNS for making such purchases. While the awareness of social commerce was high, they sometimes visited the websites and purchased products. The awareness and purchase experience of Coupang and Ticket Monster turned out to be the highest. The most frequently purchased product was restaurant discount coupons, followed by fashion/accessories, movie or concert tickets, food products, and beauty shop discount coupons. The discount rate was mostly 30 to 40% on average. The most significantly considered matter in purchasing products and services was product quality, followed by discount rate and consumer review. The respondents ate out at least 3 to 5 times a week, spent $100,000{\leq}200,000$ won, and were generally satisfied with the restaurant products from social commerce sites. The main satisfaction reason was price, whereas the dissatisfaction reason was false and puffy advertising. Service quality improvement and variety of category were the most necessary factors for improvement. Among the demographic characteristics, there was a difference in purchase expenditure of social commerce restaurant products, as well as purpose, companion, time used and word-of-mouth experience according to gender. According to grade, there was a difference in purchase expenditure, companion, area of use and impulsive purchase. Among the eating out behavior, there was a difference in purpose, companion and word-of-mouth experience according to the eating out frequency. Meanwhile, there was a difference in purchase expenditure, companion, time used, word-of-mouth experience and tool according to the eating out cost.

구매시점을 중심으로 소셜커머스 구매환경이 미치는 소비자 선호 별 효용 분석 (Analysis of Consumer Preferences on Social Commerce Buying Environment)

  • Based on increased popularity and use of social network services as a marketing tool, social commerce became an emerging trend in e-commerce platforms. Social commerce involves sellers offering potential consumers the products and services at a lower price in a limited time period. Through comparison of the performances of domestic social commerce websites, we found that the buying environment such as price, number of available products, and the remaining time period for sale has a significant difference influencing on the purchase decisions of consumers. This study aims to analyze the interaction effects and preference levels of four characteristics (price, discount rate, number of purchases and purchase time) by conducting choice-based conjoint analysis. Survey experiment was performed using a sample of 146 undergraduate and graduate students. The results showed that consumers importantly consider purchase time, discount rate, price, number of purchases in the order of their preference. Also, discount effect is more significant on purchase decisions than price effect and consumers distinguish less the differences among the buying environment characteristics in the closing days of purchase period. Customer segmentation using the preference levels of characteristics indicates that the preference levels have different effects in the purchase utility of each segment. The proposed customer segmentation and differences in feature utilities are expected to be valuable in forming future sales promotion strategies in social commerce.

가상가치평가법(假想價値評價法)에서 시간범위(時間範圍)에 따른 휴양가치(休養價値)의 차이(差異) 해석(解析) (The Interpretation of Different Recreation Benefits According to Time Horizon in the Contingent Valuation Method)

  • 잉여가치는 일정한 시간범위에 대한 가치로 표현된다. 특히, 가상적시장에서 시간범위의 선택문제는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 상이한 기간에 따른 지불의사액의 차이원인을 할인율을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 속리산 국립공원을 방문객을 대상으로 1년과 5년 두 종류의 시간범위에 대한 방문객의 휴양가치를 이용하였다. 지불의사액에 대한 질문은 양분선택형을 택하였으며 분석에서는 프로빗모형을 사용하였다. 상한치 절단에 의한 편의의 문제점을 회피하기 위하여 휴양가치에 대한 기대치는 중앙값으로 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 방문객의 1년과 5년의 휴양가치는 각각 16,569원과 27,111원으로 산출되었다. 이러한 상이한 시간범위에 따라 평가된 가치의 차이를 일치시키는 할인율은 년(年) 153%로 산출되었다. 이러한 높은 할인율은 (1)미래방문에 대한 불확실로 인한 현재가치에 대한 높은 선호 (2)시간범위와 비례하는 대체가능성 (3)시간범위에 대한 응답자의 인지부족 (4)재화의 가격비율과 효용함수에 의한 영향 (5)지불수단에 대한 기본적인 프레미엄으로 인해 1년에 대한 휴양가치가 과대 추정 등, 복합적인 원인으로 해석 가능하다.

제주특별자치도 관광패키지상품 가격 평가: 전망이론을 적용하여 (Price Evaluations on Tourist of Jeju Tourism Package Product: Focused on Prospect Theory)

  • 본 논문은 제주관광과 직 간접적적으로 연계되어 있는 관광패키지 가격 메커니즘의 의사결정에 관한 연구로 제주도 관광패키지 12개의 상품을 선정하여 전망이론에 기초한 심리적 회계원칙과 프레이밍 효과를 One Way ANOVA 검정방법으로 분석하고 있다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 관광패키지 리스트가격정보를 제시할 때 묶음가격으로 제시하는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 둘째, 할인가격 정보는 기본패키지와 옵션패키지의 개별할인 정보를 단위별로 세분하여 공개하는 것이 바람직하다. 셋째, 가격(가격할인)정보 제공에서 관광상품 구매경험이 풍부한 관광객들은 경험이 적은 고객들보다 가격정보에 민감한 것으로 나타나 "프레이밍 효과"와 "지식-조합이론"이 일치하는 결과가 도출되었다. 따라서 리스트가격정보는 묶음가격으로 제시하는 한편, 가격할인상품은 할인정보를 어떠한 프레임으로 제시하느냐가 중요하며, 현대인의 관광상품 구매 관점을 파악하는 것과 시간, 노력, 바용 등이 절약될 수 있는 여행서비스상품을 제공하여 심리적 회계원칙에 안정감을 주는 것이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

현장측정을 통한 대형 할인매장의 실내환경 평가 (Evaluation of Indoor Environment Characteristics through Field Measurement in Large-sized Discount Stores)

  • It is important to control indoor environment for influence on health and comfort of occupants in large-sized discount stores. On the other hand large-sized discount stores have a large number of visitors, vestibules, open spaces, high energy consumption and increasing of outside air intake. This study aims to offer the design data of building services system that can save energy and control environment through field measurement selecting two large-sized discount stores. Indoor environment factors such as temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and concentrations of $CO_2$, CO gas and TSP were measured and evaluated. In each case of $CO_2$, and CO gas, its maximum values were 2,800 ppm and 20 ppm. So proper strategy for the indoor air quality is indispensable in this type of building. Dry bulb temperature varies from $18^{\circ}C$ to $28^{\circ}C$ according to a measuring point and time. From this results, it is inferred these buildings had excessive equipment capacity. In terms of economical and environmental points, these data will be utilized to the design of HVAC system of retail facilities.

MasS(Mobility as a Service)의 적정요금할인 수준 분석 - 통행시간 및 비용변화를 중심으로 - (Determining Fare Discount Level for MaaS Implementation - Based on Time and Cost Changes -)

  • 대도시화 및 자동차의 급격한 증가에 따라 발생하는 교통문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 Mobility as a Service(이하 Maas)의 개념이 도입되고 있으며, 유럽을 중심으로 관련한 연구와 파일럿 프로그램 등이 추진 및 운영되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 MaaS의 개념 및 도입에 대한 정성적 연구가 주로 수행되고 있으나 도입을 위한 실증적 분석연구는 미흡한 실정이다. MaaS는 다양한 교통정보를 활용해 개인별로 최적화된 이동계획을 제공하여 교통수단의 대기 시간을 줄이고 이용수요를 증가시키며 요금을 일정 수준 할인해도 수입을 줄지 않는다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 수도권에서 MaaS의 도입으로 이동수단의 통행시간 및 비용이 변하면 이용수요 및 수입금에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 더 나아가 도입 타당성을 확보하기 위한 적정 요금 할인율 수준을 도출하는데 있다. 분석을 위해 KTDB의 전국 여객 기종점 통행실태 조사 전수화 자료를 활용하였고, 점진적 로짓모형을 활용해 MaaS 시행 전후 수담분담률 및 수입금을 산출하였으며 최적화를 통해 적정 할인율을 산정하였다. 분석결과, 통행비용 및 통행 시간 감소 시 각각 비승용차 수단으로 전환수요가 발생하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 통행비용에 비해 통행시간 감소에 따른 이용수요 증진효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 통행시간 감축으로 인한 수입금 증가로 인해 손실이 발생하지 않는 최적 요금할인율 수준이 2.56%로 도출되었다. MaaS는 개인화된 교통정보를 활용하여 통행시간 감소 및 수요 증진 등 긍정적인 효과를 보이며, 현 정책 대비 대중교통 수요증진 측면에서 보다 높은 경쟁력을 확보 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The value of all goods and services produced in the economy divided by population has risen from $7.355 in 1998 to $12.646 in 2003. In other to maintain higher standard of lifestyle, people are 'hungry' for time. The idea of saving time and money by providing many different types of products altogether in one space was implemented with the advent of large warehouse style discount stores. These type of retailers grew in size and popularity during the 1990s and 2000s, causing a decline in sales in the old, traditional downtown markets. From ancient to twenty-first century, the role of the grocery store has been that of the social center of the community; a place of unity and interaction of people. The experience a customer engages in at a grocery store is comparable to that of a museum. Not only is the grocery store a unique, physical space to visit, but also a rich collection of fascination items. The layout of the interior space is meticulously planned for the efficiency of customer circulation and the success of product exhibition. Eye catching graphics and attractive lighting also add to the appeal of the grocery store's high style. Shoppers are no longer satisfied with just buying good products at a lower price. Shoppers prefer to spend time in an entertaining environment. The Hanaro Mart project in this study propose the idea of warehouse style discount stores which can satisfy all the demands of customers and their various activities. This study will open up unique dimensions of aesthetic expression and experience in the interior environments. Shopping for food is an unavoidable task. If food shopping is enjoyable, more people will spend more time at it.
