In the purpose of this study, the college textbooks of self-narrative writing and examples of classroom practice are analyzed to find a way to educate it. The self- narrative writing subject with a learning of recognization, expression, and communication with oneself, emphasizes the necessity when they become college students through entrance exam-oriented education. The research methods are as follows. Firstly, three university textbooks which include a section on self-narrative writing were compared and analyzed. The analysis highlights the needs for a textbook covering self-narrative writing more extensively and comprehensively as what is offered by the existing textbooks is limited in facilitating students to fully develop the ability of self-reflection, which should be dealt as a long-term goal. Secondly, the current discussion on self-narrative writing and examples of real classroom practice were analyzed. It shows that a step-by-step approach is required to encourage the practice of deep self-reflection to be incorporated into writing. In addition, during the writing process, various correction and feedback activities should be carried out on a macro level and gradually while the communication and feedback should take place not only between a teacher and students, but also among students. As a result, it is expected that this study will help establish a teaching model of self-narrative writing by seeking complementary points and educational directions for self-narrative writing.
The purpose of this study is to search for the ways to diversify Outdoor/Environmental Education Program in the Nature Study Center(NSC), especially for the middle school students. For this study, various research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey (448 students, 11 middle school teachers, 19 NSC staffs), interview and participant observation are used the process of this study consists of two steps. The first step is to define research questions through pilot survey and the second is to investigate the research questions, in the form of hypotheses through main survey. Nine hypotheses are formulated. Six are related with program elements (educational goals, student characteristics, staff resources, teaching methods, instructional resources, contents). three are related with program implementation process(preplan, implementation, post-evaluation). The hypotheses are tested and alternatives for program improvement are proposed. 1. Educational goals : Educational goals of NSC should be focused on Outdoor /Environmental Education and each NSC should specialize on its own theme. The objectives of every sub-program should be unified toward educational goals. 2. Student characteristics: The Outdoor/Environmental Education Program should reflect student characteristics: sex, urban/rural origins, normal/handicapped, number of visit and so on. 3. Staff resources : Provide qualified staff with professional knowledge and positive attitudes, reeducate staffs periodically, reduce management staff and increase teaching staffs. Provide permanent and well paid position, encourage and give opportunities and the middle school teachers to participate in program. 4. teaching method: Increase outdoor classes two way communication between teaching staffs and students adopt more open ended teaching method so that students can exercise coworks in small groups. 5. Instructional resources: Diversify NSC sites(mountains, coastal areas, urban areas and so on), teaching media (audio/visual equipments, graphic design of signs). Consider design for handicapped and integrate indoor and outdoor educational facilities. Plan nature trails with separate themes, allign nature trail so that it passes through diverse environments. 6. Content : Reflect characteristic site potential specialize on day or night program, on seasonal program, and on site specific social issues(such as interpreting of environmental damages around the NSCs). 7. Preplan: Get Information and know about visiting students in advance. Discuss with middle school teachers and adjust program weeks before visits if many or all of the students had already visited a NSC. arrange a visit to other NSC. Provide an introductory class for the teachers and students before they visit a NSC. 8. Implementation: During NSC visit and classes apply various and appropriate techniques to collect in formation for later evaluation. Improve NSC provided evaluation sheet so as to reflect student characteristic. Compare with formal education and investigate on effects of NSC program. 9. Post-evaluation: Formalize a post-evaluation process and organization. During the winter vacation, develop new programs based on the post-evaluationacation, for the next year. Also, have comparative evaluation meetings of staff from various NSCs during the winter vacation while there is no visitors and classes.
This study presents a concept of technology trade network and management, and proposes a procedural method for optimally selecting the technology transferor when a technology transferee needs to buy a specific technology. We develop a technology trade network where technology supplier, technology marketer, and technology transferee are informatively linked. And a technology trade management consists of three step of estimating technology, trading technology, and commercialization technology. Technology transferees could import the best appropriate technology which they want through these technology network method and cost optimization method. And we hope that these methodologies can be used in selecting new technology. A methodology can be classified into an estimating technology process and a choice of technology supplier process. In an estimating technology process, we calculate the technology similarity quantitatively through developing method of estimating technology which is focused on its technological characteristics. After defining the related cost of technology introduction, we suggest goal programming model to find a solution which can be acceptable both maximizing the technology similarity and minimizing the cost of technology. And suggested model is verified with a supplier selection problem of next generation tanks.

Faced with an increase of malicious threats from the Internet as well as local area networks, many companies are considering deploying a security system. To help a decision maker select a suitable security tool, this paper proposed a three-step integrated framework using linear fuzzy regression (LFR) and physical programming (PP). First, based on the experts' estimations on security criteria, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and quality function deployment (QFD) are employed to specify an intermediate score for each criterion and the relationship among these criteria. Next, evaluation value of each criterion is computed by using LFR. Finally, a goal programming (GP) method is customized to obtain the most appropriate security tool for an organization, considering a tradeoff among the multi-objectives associated with quality, credibility and costs, utilizing the relative weights calculated by the physical programming weights (PPW) algorithm. A numerical example provided illustrates the advantages and contributions of this approach. Proposed approach is anticipated to help a decision maker select a suitable security tool by taking advantage of experts' experience, with noises eliminated, as well as the accuracy of mathematical optimization methods.
In this study, the physico-chemical properties and pyrolysis kinetics of livestock mature solid fuel were investigated to know its feasibility as a fuel. Ultimate and proximate analysis results showed that livestock mature solid fuel has high contents of volatile matter (64.94%), carbon (44.35%), and hydrogen (5.54%). The low heating value of livestock mature solid fuel (3880 kcal/kg) was also higher than the standard requirement of solid fuel (3000 kcal/kg). Thermogravimetic analysis results indicated that livestock mature solid fuel has three decomposition temperature regions. The first temperature zone (130~330 ℃) was consisted with the vaporization of extracts and the decomposition of hemicellulose and cellulose. The second (330~480 ℃) and third (550~800 ℃) temperature regions were derived from the decomposition of lignin and additional decomposition of carbonaceous materials, respectively. The activation energy derived from model free kinetic analysis results including Friedman, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO), and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) methods for the pyrolysis of livestock mature solid fuel was in the range of 173.98 to 525.79 kJ/mol with a conversion rate of 0.1 to 0.9. In particular, the activation energy increased largely at the higher conversion than 0.6. The kinetic analysis using a curve-fitting method suggested that livestock mature solid fuel was decomposed via a multi-step reaction which can be divided into five decomposition steps.
Pinus koraiensis is one of the major speciese which have been recently planted for ten years and consists of 31% of total plantation. Presently young stand less than 30 years consists of 87% of total forest, but tending thinning of it is hardly carried out and the desirable direction for the thinning is not established yet. The objective of the study is to introduce the optimum thinning plan and thinning method through the long-run experiment of tending thinning for the Pinus koraiensis stand. The experiments carry out to interprete its growth model on the subject of two thinning experimental plots and yield table of Pinus koraiensis. As the basic step for understanding the thinning process, a theoretical growth model which is suitable to express the growth process is required. For that purpose, three growth functions (Mitscherlich, 4 parameter Richards, 3 parameter Richards) are applied to the diameter growth of the sample trees which are taken in the two plots. The results show that 3 parameter Richards is the most suitable. It is also verified that the diameter growth, the height growth, and the decrease in the number of stocks can be estimated by this function. To estimate the growth change of single tree, growth model including parameter h which is related to the occupation area of single tree are introduced. The parameter h can be estimated by using the data of the diameter growth obtained from the established experimental plots. Therefore, if both verification and modification of the usefulness of the model suggested is made, equations which tell about the thinning effects could be drived by estimating the growth process of single tree in advance.

Many angel investors hesitate to invest in early-stage company. Most early-stage company has no sales and only R&D step project or in early approach of market. So it's impossible to evaluate early-stage company quantitatively. Therefore many angel investors depend on CEO's tendency to evaluate company and make decision for investment. The purpose of this study is discover the entrepreneurial characteristics of CEO and the importance level which affect on the angel investors decision making factors for investment. To identify the factors of entrepreneurial characteristics, survey was conducted by Delphi Technique which is involved by 20 experts who is angel investment club members, venture capitalists, CEOs and officers. Three rounds of survey results derived 10 elements of entrepreneurial characteristics for investment decision making factors including reliability, risk sensitivity, passion, perseverance, integrity, leadership, startup experience, organizational management skills, innovation and social networking. In addition, this study derived the importance level of elements of entrepreneurial characteristics based on the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) theory and maintained the logical consistency by pair-wise comparison for each element. As a result of analyzing the importance of entrepreneurial characteristics, the sequence is reliability (18.1%), integrity (15.9%), leadership (11.7%), organizational management skills (10.0%), social networking (9.5%), passion(9.1%), perseverance(8.4%), innovation(8.1%), startup experience(5.3%) and risk sensitivity(3.9%) respectively. The significance of this study is somewhat decrease limit of the uncertainty arising from angel investors and angel investors can help a decision making, by discover factors of entrepreneurial characteristics that can be called the biggest influencing factors among Investor's investment decision-making In early stage companies and compare importance.

The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation indexes for improving the quality of long-term care institutions (facility salary) evaluation in the sense that the applicability and effectiveness of previous studies related to the development of evaluation indexes for long-term care facilities for elderly are insufficient. There was this. To this end, an analytical review of the 2018 long-term care institution (accommodation benefit) evaluation index, an analysis of Japan's elderly long-term care home evaluation index, and the elderly long-term care facility workers in Korea and the special care home for the elderly in Japan FGI on evaluation indicators and evaluation system was conducted. Based on the results of the research, evaluation indicators were developed in terms of supporting users to receive high quality services. The characteristics of the elderly, that is, the characteristics of elderly diseases that are difficult to maintain and improve, the direction and transparency of institutional operation, and the need for terminal care were reflected. Forty-three evaluation indicators were presented, covering institutional operations, environment and safety, beneficiary rights protection, payroll process, and payroll results. In addition, we proposed a four-step multi-level evaluation system that can improve the efficiency of the evaluation process by improving the redundant and unnecessary evaluation process.
This study focused on the concept of organizational learning as a prior variable of innovation activities, and reviewed the relationship between organizational learning, innovation and management performance. According to prior studies, the ability to perform these activities may be enhanced through organizational learning, as the success of the innovation requires activities to acquire and share knowledge within the organization. In other words, organizational learning is playing a role as a precursor to innovation. Therefore, in this study, the effects of organizational learning on management performance are to be verified through the mediation effect of product and innovation activities. Organizational learning provides various definitions and components for each scholar, but this study consisted of a series of knowledge acquisition, information distribution, information analysis and process memory using the framework of the learning ability analysis by Levitt and March(1988) and Huber(1991), Innovation was also divided into product innovation and process innovation, and measured with sub-variables such as presentation of new products and improvement activities to increase productivity. Management performance was measured as financial and non-financial performance. To verify the effects of the mediation, we used a three-step regression analysis procedure of Baron and Kenny(1986)'s and a sobel-test. Empirical studies show that organizational learning has a positive effect on management performance and that knowledge acquisition and information distribution, which are the early stages of learning activities in the lower variables, affect performance through product innovation. Based on the results of the above empirical study, the implications, limitations of the study and future research directions were presented.
