The nature accompanies with natural and ecological truth, worsening living environment without think using of our nature. Now, the sustainable researches to study peculiarities in ecological dwellings considered with nature and the development of human life's quality in housing itself, have been progressing. Also it is needed to show understanding about ecological dwellings in the user participant's consciousness such as, unification thought with nature, circulation thought of substance, and environment friendly thought of the traditional housing. Chose five examples which is applying ecological architectural concept by each Chungbuk, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, Gyeonggi district and I investigated change of exterior or interior material, application of ecological system, and etc. With these background, this study will survey cases of ecological dwellings and find peculiar characteristics of ecological dwellings through researching the correlation between the concept in user's consciousness and application method.

As the lifespan has been expanded, the marital relationship later in life is getting more important. This study is to find out what the demand for the education of marital couples to improve this relationship. The results can be used as basic data to develop educational programs for elder couples. The results of this study are as follows. 1. Couple role according to socio-demographic variables can be divided into traditional and modern roles. And these variables are shown to be significant in couple role. 2. Need for the education of married couples according to socio-demographic variables. In case of spouses having shorter marriage period, religion, and a nuclear family, and doing social activities, the necessity of education is recognized highly. Those who have a spouse with good health and social activities have experienced a chance to attend the educational program. It is thought that health and social activities have much to do with active living attitude. In case of old age, it can be thought that they don't feel the necessity because they have lived a decent life for a long time. It is just that it comes from the fixed ideas of elder couples who had to spend only a short time with their spouses. That is what elder couples have to overcome. They tend to think that the relationship between the family is more important than that of spouses, and they put family relationship before the quality of their own lives. 3. Influence of the need for the education of married couples according to their role. As their role are becoming modern and their mutual trust, affinity, and cohesion are getting more important, the education of married couples and the experiences of communication and participation in the educational program are thought to be more necessary.

Purpose: This descriptive research was carried out to identify how high school students' attitude to death and their meaning of life were affected by hospice volunteering and death education. Methods: This study is based on a structured questionnaire designed for 180 high school students who were given death education while doing volunteer work at non-profit hospice hospitals and another 288 high school students not doing any hospice volunteer work. The collected data was processed by the SPSS 20.0 program and then analyzed by $x^2$ test, t-test and ANOVA test. Results: High school students' attitude to death and their meaning of life showed significant differences depending on whether or not they had volunteered at hospice hospitals. The group with hospice volunteering experience tended to be more negative about death and have a higher meaning of life compared to those without hospice volunteering experience. Students with proper hospice recognition made up 52.4%, those who expressed hopes to receive hospice-care themselves if necessary accounted for 70.5%, and those who said they would like to take care of their family members either at home or at a hospice center if any of them got incurably sick comprised 59.0%. Those who thought dignified death is to be with one's family or any other meaningful person were 47.6% and 18.5% of the students thought that 'thinking they had led a meaningful life' was the core of a dignified death. Conclusion: Given the above results, it became clear that hospice volunteering and death education can affect high school students' meaning of life and their attitudes toward death.

The writer has worked out his original philosophy both scientific and religious, which he calls "Knownism" The new thought states; the word "known" in "knownism" means "already well-informed in the providence" about the essence of the things, and the true state of the reality, hence the knownism, as the existence of God is set forth as a premise. The knownism is a philosophy unified reasonably the science and the faith into one, for the humans can perceive and realize the essence and the true state, and authorize the truth transcending the experience by the scientific method. The new thought of the knownism is a bridge-building between the natural science and the religious faith. The idea explains that the life is the process to pursue the essence of the things and the god, and the truth is immanent in the original nature of things and in God′s sphere. This thought is a philorophy of possibility to solve the paradigms-to-be such as thinking, faith experience, and supernatural power, so that it presents a vision in the human life as a profitable religious science philosophy. The knownism is much different from agnosticism, skepticism, empiricism, and agnosticism. The grace of God may be detected differently from the supernatural power. The new dark clouds overspread abruptly the summer sky are not new ones but originally derived frosm worn-out water drops. Thus those are called the old clouds. The Korean word "known"(노운) of which pronunciation is same with the English "known" means the old clouds, hence also the name, Knownism. The root of the new clouds is detectable from the preserved old clouds. The old clouds symbolized in the paper indicate the essence and the principles of the things and the fittest, or the key for the solution of the problem in the epistemology, believing that everything has its own, proper nature, the writer sums up his theory by insisting that the humans have to find out the "old clouds" or the "known" in knownism to live eternally either in this world or in other dimensions, though the human beings are transformed into the other phases of life. The writer proclaims through the ideas for the United Nations to fortify the Confederate System of World Nations in order to ensure the world peace and the future of the humans.

The purpose of this study is to extract 'the Rite of Passage'from a Korean novel, 'HON-BUL', and to analysis intrinsic meanings and function of the symbols, their personal meanings and social meanings from it. A pragmatical method was used for the analysis of this research. The results were as followings : The meaning of the Rite of Passage and the Costumes had mainly incantatory characters ; son-wish, wealth, amicable relations between a husband and a wife, long life, and perpetual thought. But the amount of grasping of meaning was thought to be depended on the reading ability of readers. Since the Wedding Ceremony and the Funeral Ceremony were described a lot of times in the novel, it was known that they were regarded as very important Rite of Passage in the whole life. The TEXT which were cited from the novel showed that the Rite of Passage was traditionally described as the Birth Ceremony, the Wedding Ceremony (includes the Puberty Ceremony), and the Funeral Ceremony. The analysis of meaning in a novel had an important roll to understand CULTURE, SOCIAL LIFE, and TIMES in a written novel. Therefore a novel is very valuable to analyze them as the DISCOURSE and the TEXT.

In general. social cognition for a disabled person seemed that he was limited aspects of emotion and psychology. Thus he was rejected. avoided. worthless and not accepted. People who have been raised in an ethnic collectivity often acquire from that experience not only basic conceps and attitudes toward health and illness but also fundamental styles of interpersonal behavior and concerns about the world. The effects of this enculuration carryover into health- care situation and also become an important influence on personal activities devoted to health maintenance and disease prevention. Our Korean culture is a state of tradition Confucianism. respects his honor and external feature. Therefore recognition of a disabled person is more specipic. This study uses Walker and Avant's process of concept analysis. The concep of recognition of disabilty can be defined as follows : Recognition of disability is a person's conscious process of sensation. perception. memory and thought and is constructed from value. attitude. emotion and expierince which is dynamics. and in everyday life is feeling that basic activity is not free and occurs interaction of envionment. Attributes of disability recognition are defined as 1) It is feeling that basic activity of his daily life is not free in everyday life. 2) It is a person's conscious process of sensation. perception. memory and thought. 3) It occurs interaction of enviornment. 4) It is constructed from value. attitude. emotion and experience. 5) it is dynamics ( changing but not stasis). Nurse is always suppoted and pushed him. She plans institutional and situational surroundings.

An environmental problem is the greatest barrier to pursuit of mankinds existence and development. The eco-friendly development that pursuing the ecological principles is the direction of environmental problem's solutions. Environmentally sound and sustainable development, deep ecological thought or environmentalism, the following of god's creation order and the old oriental thought are patterns and principles of eco-friendly development. Every creature has one ecological niche from the ecological principles of adoption, competition, evolution, variety, circulation, harmony and equilibrium. Ecological niche means that every creature has ecological status and duty. Therefore finding the mankinds ecological niche is important because it is desirable directions for eco-friendly development to solve environmental problems.

This paper attempts to prove the possibility that Women in Love can be approached by ecological thought. It is necessary to research the family of Lawrence's childhood, the environmental surroundings and Lawrence's viewpoint of nature to prove the possibility. The most urgent problem for us in the modern world is the ecological crisis due to the destructive aspect of modern civilization. This Lawrence's attitude toward the modern civilization is clearly reflected in Women in Love. Lawrence diagnoses the destructive aspects of modern civilization and the human relationship through Gerald, Gudrun, Hermione and Loerke who represent the industrial society and suggests the apocalyptic vision to the human being from the nature. Lawrence thinks that we must restore the animated power of life to revive the modern man who lost the vital power of life. Birkin and Ursula represent this thought of Lawrence and they accomplish the idealistic human relationship based upon the true love and the real life. They do not have the posture of the binomial contrast that separates the human being from the nature, This posture of the binominal brings to one of the causes of the present ecological crisis. As a result, we can say that Women in Love is the novel that belongs to the category of literary ecology. And we can regard that Lawrence previously presented the paradigm that ecologist advocates.

The most common genetic disorder Down syndrome (DS) displays various developmental defects including mental retardation, learning and memory deficit, the early onset of Alzheimer's disease (AD), congenital heart disease, and craniofacial abnormalities. Those characteristics result from the extra-genes located in the specific region called 'Down syndrome critical region (DSCR)' in human chromosome 21. In this review, we summarized the recent findings of the DYRK1A and RCAN1 genes, which are located on DSCR and thought to be closely associated with the typical features of DS patients, and their implication to the pathogenesis of neural defects in DS. DYRK1A phosphorylates several transcriptional factors, such as CREB and NFAT, endocytic complex proteins, and AD-linked gene products. Meanwhile, RCAN1 is an endogenous inhibitor of calcineurin A, and its unbalanced activity is thought to cause major neuronal and/or non-neuronal malfunction in DS and AD. Interestingly, they both contribute to the learning and memory deficit, altered synaptic plasticity, impaired cell cycle regulation, and AD-like neuropathology in DS. By understanding their biochemical, functional and physiological roles, we hope to get important molecular basis of DS pathology, which would consequently lead to the basis to develop the possible therapeutic tools for the neural defects in DS.

In this study, we want to being helpful to improvement of ability to solve mathematical problem, that is grafted on the subjects being able to occur in real life, of students in teaching materials and results studied and developed in the university. For increasing ability to solve ingenious problem and growing in the learning ability of oneself leading of students. The goal of this study is to make possible open research as a result of that students look for problem around real life by one's own efforts and take interest in them through learning mathematics of parents of students, they are the most important fact of educational environment in the mathematics education - earlier than students. In particular, the goal of this study is that students have an positive attitude of mind for mathematics and maximize ability of practical application by the analytic thinking learned through experience of their parents, they survey, analyze and solve problems taken from real life in the method transmitting one's knowledge to others. This study is divided into 2 categories: education of students and education of their parents. By these, we want to disseminate advanced knowledge and theory through students improve the powers of thought, logic and inference, develop ability to solve mathematical problem, stir up motivation of learning and learn knowledge of mathematics become familiar with real life.
