국내 전국대학 실험실을 비롯한 위험물 관련 사고사례를 조사하였으며, 중앙소방학교를 비롯한 서울, 경기, 부산, 광주, 경북, 충청소방학교의 위험물에 대한 교과운영이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 조사하고, 각 대학 소방관련학과에서 운영하고 있는 위험물질론 교과 운영이 어떻게 진행되고 있는지에 대해서도 조사하였다. 또한 중앙 119 구조대를 비롯한 각 지방소방학교에서 교육을 받고 있는 현직 소방공무원을 대상으로 위험물관련 교육에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 설문결과를 분석하여 현행 위험물 교육의 문제점을 찾고 새로운 실험중심의 위험물 교과운영방안으로 효율적인 학습방안을 제시함으로서 위험물관련 사고사례를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 교육 안에 대해 제시코자 하였다.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

Recently, unmanned aerial vehicle, also known as drone is being used in variety of areas. Previously drones are used as military purposes. After unmanned technology went abroad to civil, drones are used as multipurpose such as hobby, business and other more. Even though drones are very useful in many areas, problems such as safety and personal privacy infringement raised new social issues. In this thesis it will analyze and suggest solutions to the social problems of personal privacy infringement which occurred by drone filming. This thesis will also suggest that new law of drone safety must legislate quickly. Drone is exploration of new filed. Varies of new technology help to grow drone industries. Drone is able to complete tasks which are impossible or very difficult to do. To constantly grow drone industries, people must have solutions for problems of drone. If people can figure out solutions problem of drone which introduced by this thesis, value of drone will grow even more.

This thesis compares the duration aspect of Daegu tongue with that of standard Korean. In the former study on the rhythm of standard Korean, one of the purposes of the study was to compare it with dialects. This thesis is the first attempt In do that. For this purpose, this thesis proceeds as follows. After Introduction, Chapter 2 surveys the former study, Chapter 3 deals with the materials, method and results of the experiment. Chapter 4 analyzes and interprets the results of the experiment. In Conclusion, the most prominent fact is that the results of the experiment fall short of Daegu tongue speakers' expectations. Daegu tongue is generally considered as ' tone language. ' And as Daegu tongue speakers sensitively recognize pitch, they think that they quitckly say the syllables between the pitch stressed syllables, whereas standard Korean speakers say those syllables relatively slowly. But in this experiment, which deals with only duration ignoring pitch, their assumption is proved to be false.

In this thesis, we have designed the indirect adaptive controller using Dynamic Neural Units(DNU) for unknown nonlinear systems. Proposed indirect adaptive controller using Dynamic Neural Unit based upon the topology of a reverberating circuit in a neuronal pool of the central nervous system. In this thesis, we present a genetic DNU-control scheme for unknown nonlinear systems. Our method is different from those using supervised learning algorithms, such as the backpropagation (BP) algorithm, that needs training information in each step. The contributions of this thesis are the new approach to constructing neural network architecture and its training.

Contemporary architecture is developing aspects of variety design. In spite of elevation is important section to express main concepts, it difficults to limit because it decisions inclusively elements. This thesis is on way to understand variety and dimness expression of architecture. The scope of this thesis is the analysis of Korean single housing. The components of elevation are mass, roof, shape of windows, materials, shape of floor plan. The analised types of expression are rationallity, technique, tradition of types of expression, the latter is harmony, revolution in the opposite direction of types of expression. The types of expression in elevation of Korean single housing have characteristic components. Elevation has important a matter on design process, I extect to reflect result of thesis to housing plan.

Recently, according to business conditions ;in domestic are beginning to liven up, there is a lively discussion about new housing construction around the center of the Metropolitan area. It is considerable difficult for estimation of power demand exactly to expand power facilities in these area. However. criterion thesis for estimation of power demand which has been applied in present condition is already passed through the 10 years, the reliability to calculate power demand in these area go down far away. Accordingly, it is raised for methodology to evaluate new type of power demand in new housing development in domestic. This paper presents new criterion thesis for estimation of power demand in new housing development through survey and analysis in example area.

Recently, spread of Smartphones caused activation of mobile services, because of that Big Data such as clouding service able to proceed with large amount of data which are hard to collect, save, search and analyze. Many companies collected variety of private and personal information without users' agreement for their business strategy and marketing. This situation raised social issues. As companies use Big Data, numbers of damage cases are growing. In this Thesis, when Big Data process, methods of analyze and research of data are very important. This thesis will suggest that choices of security levels and algorithms are important for security of private informations. To use Big Data, it has to encrypt the personal data to emphasize the importance of security level and selection of algorithm. Thesis will also suggest that research of utilization of Big Data and protection of private informations and making guidelines for users are require for security of private information and activation of Big Data industries.

The purpose of this thesis addresses a development of an expert system to support a decision making of the vender selection. The researches related to the vender selection problems have been studied and they provide 23 criteria to select proper venders. In this thesis, 8 criteria have been used to construct a knowledge base of the expert system. The system in this thesis consists of 6 steps in its procedure. Step 1 decides a specification that satisfies customer's needs and Step 2 chooses a part supplied by a vender. The type of an outside order is decided in Step 3 and some venders satisfying the customer's needs are selected in Step 4. Some of the venders chosen from step 4 which do not satisfy the fatal cirteria(that is Quality, Delivery, Price) can be deleted in Step 5. In the last step, 8 cirteria is used to select 3 venders according to their ranking. Consequently, this program provides for a man, who does not have the experiances, an efficient way to select appropriate venders in the vender selection problems.
