신개념 컴팩트 머시닝센터의 열적 안정화 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Stabilization Design of a New Concept Compact Machining Center)

  • In this paper, thermal stabilization design of a new concept compact machining center has been investigated. A new concept machining center adopted a new X-axis as a NC rotary table. A New concept compact machining center is designed that spindle speed, feed rate and NC Rotary table speed are 12,000rpm, 60m/min and 110rpm each. The analysis is carried out by using FEM simulation Solidworks, CATIA and ANSYS. This paper is focused on the thermal deformation according to temperature distribution of a spindle system and feed drive system. Heat transfer analysis is performed according to heat source and atmosphere contact parts. As a result, this compact machining center is designed as a thermally stable structure.

선택적 환원촉매장치(SCR)에서 밸브의 열해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Analysis of the Valve in the Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) System)

  • 현대사회에 이르며 발생한 환경오염으로 인해 산업 전반적인 환경규제가 강화되었다. 따라서 이러한 환경규제를 충족하기 위해 선택적 환원촉매장치(SCR)의 연구개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 SCR 시스템의 핵심부품인 공압식 댐퍼 밸브(PDV)를 개발하기 위하여 열해석을 수행하였다. 열해석을 위해 우선적으로 재질의 물성치 검증을 실시하였다. 검증은 시편의 열물성시험과 열인장시험을 통해 하였으며 결과를 재질의 물성치에 보강하여 열해석의 신뢰성을 높이도록 하였다. 열해석은 유한 요소 프로그램(Ansys)를 사용하여 PDV가 갖는 사용 조건에 따라 적용된 총 3개 재질(SM400B, SS275, SB410)에서의 PDV가 보이는 열 특성을 확인하고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 PDV가 갖는 구조적 안정성을 확인하고자 하였다.

  • Passive attitude stabilization method has been widely usde for attitude determination and control of cube satellite due to its advantage of system simplicity. The permanent magnet installed on the cube satellite passively controls the attitude of the satellite such that the satellite is aligned with the earth magnetic field. In this paper, on-orbit thermal behavior of the cube satellite with the permanent magnet attitude stabilization method has been investigated through on-orbit thermal analysis. THe orbit profile obtained from the aforementioned attitude control method has been reflected in the analysis. The analysis results indicate that the thermal design proposed in this study is effective for satisfying the temperature requirements of the commericial mission equipments.

  • Recently, hybrid air-conditioning system has been proposed and applied to achieve building energy saving. One example is a system combining radiation panel with natural wind-induced cross-ventilation. However, few research works have been conducted on the non-uniformity of thermal comfort in such hybrid air-conditioning system. In this paper, both thermal environment and non-uniform thermal comfort of human thermal model under various air-conditioning system, including hybrid system, were evaluated in a typical office room using coupled simulation of computation fluid dynamics, radiation model and a human thermal model. The non-uniformity of thermal comfort was evaluated from the deviation of surface temperature of human thermal model. Flow fields and temperature distribution in each case were represented.

  • In this paper, the optimal thermal storage time of an air-conditioning system with slab thermal storage in office building was analyzed on the basis of the gradient method algorithm. The sum of room temperature deviation and heat extraction rate was set to the criterion function. It was calculated that four hours is the optimal thermal storage time under the standard evaluation criterion. Furthermore, some case studies were executed by controlling ratio of weight functions of room temperature deviation and heat extraction rate in criterion function. It is possible to design many kinds of optimal operation of an air-conditioning system with slab thermal storage by controlling ratio of the weight functions in criterion function.

  • HAUSAT-2는 한국항공대학교 우주시스템 연구실에서 개발하고 있는 25kg급의 소형위성 이다. 위성의 시스템과 부품의 안정적인 작동을 확인하기 위하여 위성의 시스템과 박스모듈 그리고 전장보드 수준에서 열해석을 수행하였다. 시스템과 박스-레벨 열해석에 적용한 열 모델링은 HAUSAT-2 구조-열 모델의 열진공/균형 시험을 통하여 검증 및 보정되었다. 본 연구에서는 주요 소자를 직접 모델링하는 방법의 보드-레벨 열해석 방법론을 제안하고, 그에 따른 결과 분석 및 타당성을 제시하였다.

  • This paper presents the method for analyzing surface temperature of Electric incoming Apparatus. For the experiment, the surface temperature of electric power apparatus was measured and analyzed by using a infrared thermal imaging system. Surface Discharges(SD) have very complex characteristics of discharge patterns, therefore it requires the development of precise analysis methods. recently, studies on infrared thermal imaging system are carried out to analyze temperature distribution of power equipments through condition diagnosis and to diagnose the degradation of power equipments. The changes in suface temperature was measured by using the infrared thermal imaging system under hot line condition. The system was set up based on the diagnostic method of the electric incoming apparatus.

공기 중 휘발성 유기화합물의 측정을 위한 열탈착-분석시스템의 구성 및 평가 (Composition and Evaluation of the Thermal Desorption-Gas Chromatographic System for the Measurement of Volatile Organic Compounds in Air)

  • The thermal desorption-gas chromatographic (TD-GC) system has been constructed for the measurement of volatile organic compounds. The thermal desortion unit is composed of four major parts: 1) the control part; 2) the thermal desorption part; 3) the focusing part; and 4) the injection part. The peltier element was introduced to the focusing part for the temperature of the focusing tube to reach-35$^{\circ}C$. The system was tested for the linearity of the calibration curves and reproducibility of instrumental analyses using some disinfection by-products (DBPs) and BTXs (benzene, toluene and p-xylene). The coefficients of determination (r$^2$) for all the calibration curves made were higher than 0.998, and the coefficients of variation (CV) for triplicate measurements were all within 10%. The system also has been tested for field applicability. The analysis of field samples showed that there was no breakthrough problem in the sampling system and that the system could be applied to field measurements.

  • 인간 감성변화의 기본인 피부온도 및 피복내 온습도 측정을 위한 시스템과 감성공학적 해석을 위한 보다 정밀하고 안정성이 있는 센서의 응답성 및 회로의 선형화에 대한 연구를 수행하고, 의복내 환경평가 및 실내 온습도 측정등의 다양한 감성공학적 해석을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에는 손쉬운 온습도 변환장치와 풍부한 저장능력 등 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능한 온습도 측정기와 이에 필요한 센서를 개발하고 측정기의 선형화특성을 평가하였다.

초저온 액화가스 단일 모듈 기화기의 열변형 구조해석 (Structure Analysis on Thermal Deformation of Super Low Temperature Liquefied Gas One-module Vaporizer)

  • Liquefied gas vaporizer is a machine to vaporize liquefied gas such as liquid nitrogen($LN_{2}$), liquefied natural gas(LNG), liquid oxygen($LO_{2}$) etc. For the air type vaporizer, the frozen dew is created by temperature drop (below 273 K) on vaporizer surface. The layer of ice make a contractions on vaporizer. The structure analysis on the heat transfer was studied to see the effect of geometric parameters of the vaporizer, which are length 1000 mm of various type vaporizer. Structure analysis result such as temperature variation, thermal stress and thermal strain have high efficiency of heat emission as increase of thermal conductivity. As the result, Frist, With-fin model shows high temperature distribution better than without-fin on the temperature analysis. Second, Without-fin model shows double contractions better then with-fin model under the super low temperature load on the thermal strain analysis. Third, Vaporizer fin can be apply not only heat exchange but also a stiffener of structure. Finally, we confirm that All model vaporizer can be stand for sudden load change because of compressive yield stress shows within 280 MPa on thermal stress analysis.
