Construction industry is one of the most significant sector in national economic, but the portion of construction has been falling regularly with the regional development. In spite of decrease in economic portion, role of construction industry does not changed irrespective of development, as the foundation of development. To distinguish each state of the maturity, countries are grouped on GDP per capita, than compared with variance of GVA in construction and GFCF per GDP as level of construction industry. GVAc% and GFCF% shows corn-shaped plotting in increase of GDP per capita, and each value converge to around 20% and 5% as GDP per capita increase. The definition of maturity is consist of 4 stages; pre-developing, ascending, stabilization, and maturement. Maturity of construction industry is a term of broad sense of construction industry that is easily to figure current state of regional construction and shows what normal condition of construction is in regional economy.

It is important to choose and develop right business model in the process of implementing the ubiquitous service concept. In particular, it is also required to build a method which can assist in establishing a business model in a competitive perspective to differentiate business strategy. However, we could not find the existing studies which tried to develop business model including methods on how to differentiate business strategy in a competitive environment. In this study, we propose an ontology for repository of ubiquitous business model and address on how to apply the proposed business model repository to real ubiquitous industry. We also built a repository of unlicensed wireless device industry to check the applicability of proposed ubiquitous business model ontology and to show the various examples. We expect that building the business model repository contributes to reduce the redundancy and inefficiency for industry as well as to increase likelihood of business success for an individual company.

본 연구의 목적은 LP 산업의 구조를 분석하여 해당 산업의 매력도를 이해하고 시사점을 도출하는 것에 있다. 선행연구는 급증한 LP 수요에 주목하며 소비자 관점에서 해당 소비와 LP 산업을 이해하였으나, 본 연구는 LP의 생산 및 유통의 주체에 초점을 맞추어 진행하였다. 본 논문은 LP 산업 내 현업종사자들과 심층면접 및 다양한 이차자료를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 이를 포터(1980/2008)의 5요인 이론(Five Forces model)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, LP 산업의 매력도는 산업 내 경쟁 강도가 적정하고 구매자의 교섭력이 약하다는 측면에서는 긍정적이지만, 신규 진입자와 대체재의 위협 및 공급자의 교섭력이 강하다는 측면에서 부정적이다. 이는 LP 산업에 신규 진입하려는 기업들의 전략적 판단을 위한 기초자료로서의 의의가 있다.

Purpose - The main purpose of the paper is to examine the variables affecting carbon emissions in different nations around the world. Research design, data, and methodology - To measure its impact on carbon emissions, secondary data has data of the top 50 Countries have been taken. The stochastic Impacts by Regression on Population, Affluence, and Technology (STIRPAT) model have been used to quantify the factors that affect carbon emissions. A modified version using Industry 4.0 and region in fundamental STIRPAT model has been applied with the ordinary least square approach. The outcome has been measured using both the basic and extended STIRPAT models. Result - Technology found a positive determinant as well as statistically significant at the alpha level of 0.001models indicating that technological innovation helps reduce carbon emissions. In total, 4 models have been derived to test the best fit and find the highest explaining capacity of variance. Model 3 is found best fit in explanatory power with the highest adjusted R2 (97.95%). Conclusion - It can be concluded that the selected explanatory variables population and Industry 4.0 are found important indicators and causal factors for carbon emission and found constant with all four models for total CO2 and Co2 per capita.

본 논문에서는 컨버전스 시대에 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출하기 위하여 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 로봇사업의 비즈니스 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 컨버전스 사회와 고령화 사회의 마켓 동인을 확인하기 위하여, 이들의 트렌드를 분석한다. 마켓의 가치사슬의 구성과 분석을 통하여 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스, 헬스 그리고 로봇이 통합된 컨버전스 서비스 형태의 u-health 로봇에 초점을 맞추어 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 추가적으로 기술개발과 마켓을 축으로 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 진화 경로에 대하여 기술한다 마지막으로 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 효과성을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 매트릭스 기반의 평가 프레임워크를 개발한다.

한국 스마트폰 게임의 빠른 성장과 함께 새로운 수익화 모델에 대한 검토가 요구된다. 특히 스마트폰으로 공급되는 다양한 콘텐츠들이 사업화 관점에서 적절한 수익모델을 찾지 못한 것에 비해, 스마트폰 게임은 기존 아케이드 게임 산업과 콘솔 PC 기반 패키지 게임 산업의 시장 경험을 적극 수용하여, 유료 다운로드 모델, 부분 유료화 모델, 게임 내 광고 모델 등 과금을 유도하는 다양한 수익화 모델을 개발하고 적용했으며, 이를 통해 단시간에 두터운 과금 사용자 그룹을 형성하였다. 이러한 수익화 모델의 개발과 적용은 스마트폰 게임 시장의 고속 성장과 발전에 중요한 기폭제가 된다. 이에 한국 스마트폰 게임에서 부분 유료화 모델의 문화적 특징과 게임 산업 전체의 수익화 모델 변화 과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 부분 유료화 모델을 도입 발전시킨 일본과 세계 시장을 주도하는 중국의 부분 유료화 모델을 비교하고자 한다.

A study on the sustainability evaluation of the requirements of the mobile industry closely related to the human factor was needed. We conducted the sustainability evaluation of the mobile industry using a quantitative evaluation method with the AHP tool and a qualitative evaluation method reflecting the technological age flow of the philosophical thoughts to improve the reliability of the evaluation results of the model verification. And this evaluation is to evaluate the consistency of the connection between the national sustainability and the mobile industry. In order to draw the conclusion of the relevance, the team member Delphi 5-point scale was used. As a result, the priority was confirmed in the national sustainable development indicator and mobile industry indicator. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation was applied to the discontinued model of mobile to derive insufficient indicators, and it was confirmed that if the indicators were improved and reflected, it would be sustainable. And in order to secure reliability and accuracy, we made a proposal to apply the systems engineering process to the development of the model evaluation field. The systems engineering technology process meets the needs and requirements of stakeholders throughout the lifecycle and it is suitable for the development model of the industry's sustainability assessment.

We develop the success factors model including research hypotheses in the restaurant service industry. The research model in this study was tested on survey data collected from 282 restaurant owners. In this study, we tried to identify the success factors of the restaurant service industry and analyze the relationship between those success factors and business performance. Especially, we analyzed the impact of success factors on business performance being moderated by the restaurant type and location. Through the analysis of the research model, it is shown that operation management and customer relationship management and so on play an important role in the improvement of business performance. In addition, we found that the impact of the success factors on business performance is moderated by the restaurant type and location. A limitation of our study is the sampling. Franchise restaurants will need to be included in future studies. We expect that our research will help start-up restaurant managers to get useful insights to better manage their own businesses. Although the study on the success factors of the restaurant service industry is very important, there are few researches on that in Korea. Therefore, this study can give new insights on how the restaurant owners do business in the restaurant service industry.

How to maintain the optimal electric power generation mix is one of the important problems in electric power industry. The objective of this study is to develop a computer model which can be used to forecast the investment in power generation unit by the plant owners after restructuring of electric power industry. Restructuring of electric power industry will make difference in decision making process of investment in power generation unit. After Privatiazation of Power Industry, Gencos will think that profit is the most important factor among all others attracting the investment in the industry. Coal power generation is better than LNG CCGT in terms of profit. However, many studies show that LNG CCGT will be main electric power generation source because the rest of factors other than profit in LNG CCGT are superior than Coal power generation. Because the nst of factors other than profit in LNG CCGT are superior than Coal power generation. The impacts of the various government policies can be analyzed using the computer model, thus the government can formulate effective policies for achieving the desired electric power generation mix.

This study investigated the cognitive process of fashion design images through eye activity tracking. Differences in the cognitive process and gaze activity according to image elements were confirmed. The results of the study are as follows. First, a difference was found between groups in the gaze time for each section according to the model and design. Although model diversity is an important factor leading the interest of observers, the simplicity of the model was deemed more effective for observing the design. Second, the examination of the differences by segments regarding the gaze weight of the image area showed differences for each group. When a similar type of model is repeated, the proportion of face recognition decreases, and the proportion of design recognition time increases. Conversely, when the model diversity is high, the same amount of time is devoted to recognizing the model's face in all the processes. Additionally, there was a difference in the gaze activity in recognizing the same design according to the type of model. These results enabled the confirmation of the importance of the model as an image recognition factor in fashion design. In the fashion industry, it is important to find a cognitive factor that attracts and retains consumers' attention. If the design recognition effect is further maximized by finding service points to be utilized, the brand's sustainability is expected to be enhanced even in the rapidly changing fashion industry.
