신속한 건축물 스캔을 위한 SLAM기반 이동형 스캔백팩 시스템 개발 고려사항 도출 (Identifying Considerations for Developing SLAM-based Mobile Scan Backpack System for Rapid Building Scanning)

  • 3D 스캐닝과 역설계 기술은 기계/제조 분야에서 먼저 시작하였다. 건설 분야에서는 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기반 3D 모델링 활용 환경이 조성되어 3D 스캐닝 기술을 이용하여 공장 사전제작, 구조물 시공 검측, 플랜트 시설물, 교량, 터널 구조물 검측 등 건설 전반에 활용하고 있다. 스캔 방식 중 고정식 LiDAR는 이동식 LiDAR에 비해 정확도와 밀도가 높으나 정합 시간과 데이터 처리에 오랜 시간이 걸린다. 하지만, 인테리어, 건축물 관리와 같이 상대적으로 높은 정확도가 필요하지 않은 분야에서 사용자가 편리하게 이동하며 스캔할 수 있는 방법이 생산적이고 효율적이다. 이 연구는 자유롭게 이동하면서 실시간 점군 정합을 지원하는 SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)기반 스캔백팩 시스템 개발 시 고려사항을 도출한다. 본 연구를 통해 모바일 스캔 기술을 이용한 스캔 생산성 개선을 위해, SLAM기반 스캔백팩(Scan Backpack) 장치 개발을 위한 프레임웍, 시스템 및 컴포넌트 구조를 제안하고, 프로토타입을 통해 개발 시 고려사항을 도출한다. 프로토타입 개발은 SLAM 및 스캔백팩 2단계로 수행해, 고려사항을 도출하고, 수행 결과를 분석하였다.

근대건축 등록문화재의 보존 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preservation Method of Modern Registered Architectural Cultural Properties)

  • This study suggests institutional and methodological approaches for preservation of South Korea's registered cultural properties of modern architecture. The suggested approaches are as follows. First, in order to improve the current registration and preservation system for cultural properties, we need to employ both structure-based classification and style-based classification. Registration criteria for modern architecture properties need to include more detailed classification in terms of their structure: brick structure, steel concrete structure and post lintel structure. In terms of construction style, the properties need to be further classified into the western style, the traditional style and the Korean-western eclectic style. In addition, protection of registered cultural properties need to be achieved through legislation of a protection system. Second, while the current system sets out six methods for preservation of registered cultural properties of modern architecture, more specific preservation methods types and plans need to be continuously introduced. In particular, as for the method of partial preservation, the method needs to be further classified based on the usage of the relevant structure so as to allow for more diverse options. First, the 'Preservation by Interior Alteration' needs to be added to the category, where the exterior is preserved as it is and the interior is preserved through alteration. Also needs to be added the preservation method where the interior space is preserved as it is and the exterior space is altered, in case the finishing materials of the exterior has deteriorated. Third, if the records on registered cultural properties of modern architecture are to provide the functions of legal evidences regarding management of architectural cultural properties, sources of knowledge required for policy making and implementation and past management record for the future, each phase needs to be closely connected in an organic manner, and we need to establish a management system and plan that go beyond the relevant organizations. Fourth, in order to preserve South Korea's registered cultural properties of modern architecture in its original state, it is imperative to prepare separate criteria for registration of technicians with expertise on modern architecture, and train experts and technicians on modern architecture, which is distinguished from the traditional architecture.

친환경 정비공법 선정 지원을 위한 웹기반 정보시스템 구축 (Development for Eco-Design of Hydraulic Structures based on Web-based Information System)

  • Eco-friendly material and implementation methods have become important along with the existing standardized maintenance concept for the irrigation and flood control. However, the intrinsic function of the hydraulic structure is water supply and disaster prevention. Therefore, the material and work methods should be considered both eco-friendliness, durability and safety which are prerequisite elements to maintain the engineering function. In this study eco-friendly material and work methods would be classified into the vegetation based system, eco-friendly concrete system and stone-material system according to the characteristics of material. The quality standard for durability followed KS specification and related regulations. The quality standard for safety and eco-friendliness was set after literature review, and the database was developed using the standard. The structure applicable to onsite - the eco-friendly material and work method were classified based on the function and material of the hydraulic structure. Finally, database has been established for convenient management and selection of the proper material and work method. The eco-friendly material and work method could be searched easily for the convenience of the users, and the web-based data system has been developed for continuous registration of the material and work methods to be developed in the future.

제4차 산업혁명과 지능형 정부 운용전략에 대한 연구 -블록체인 기술의 전자정부 도입방안 측면에서- (A Study on the 4th Industrial Revolution and Intelligent Government Operating Strategy -In Terms of Block Chain Introduction Plans of Electronic Government-)

  • 제4차 산업혁명시대의 지능형 전자정부와 같은 바람직한 미래형 전자정부의 구현에 있어, 블록체인 기술의 전자정부 도입 방안 측면에서 제4차 산업혁명과 지능형 정부 운용전략으로서 전자투표, 전자계약, 주민등록 전자문서 등의 관리, 부동산 등기 분야의 네 가지 측면에서 심도있는 고찰을 수행하고 바람직한 전략을 제안하였다. 제4차 산업혁명시대는 정보 혹은 데이터의 공유, 개방, 소통, 공개를 특징으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 체제에 정보 혹은 데이터를 집중하고 빅데이터를 분석하여 사물인터넷을 통해 정보를 수집하고 언제 어디서나 모바일 등의 스마트기기로 정보통신기술을 활용하여 인간의 행복을 증진시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 이를 위해서는 그 중심이 되는 정보 혹은 데이터에 대한 신뢰는 매우 중요하며 정보 혹은 데이터가 위변조되지 않고 참여자 모두가 투명하게 공유하는 것이 중요하다. 즉 그런 점에서 보안성을 강화하여 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 블록체인 기술의 도입 또는 활용이야말로 필수적인데 여기서는 관련 선행연구를 검토하고 제4차 산업혁명과 지능형 정부 측면에 대한 논의를 진행한 뒤 전자투표, 전자계약, 주민등록 전자문서 등의 관리, 부동산 등기 분야에서 제4차 산업혁명과 전자정부 운용전략을 제시하였다.

보건의료체계와 코로나19 치명률의 연관성 (The Relationship between the Health System and the COVID-19 Case Fatality Rate)

  • Background: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has led to socio-economic issues, highlighting the importance of strengthening health systems for future infectious diseases. This study aims to analyze the relationship between health system preparedness, response levels, and COVID-19 fatality rates across 194 countries. Methods: This study examined various indicators of national health system preparedness and response, including health service delivery, health workforce, health information systems, essential medicines and health products, health financing, and leadership and governance. Results: A correlation was found between the health system and the COVID-19 case fatality rate (CFR). Further examination of specific indicators within health service delivery, health workforce, health information systems, health financing, and leadership/governance showed significant correlations with the CFR. Multiple regression analysis, considering aging and urbanization rates, identified reproductive/maternal/newborn and child health, infectious diseases, nursing and midwifery personnel density, birth registration coverage, and out-of-pocket health expenditure as significant factors affecting the CFR. Conclusion: Countries with strong health system indicators experience lower case fatality rate from COVID-19. Strengthening access to essential health services, increasing healthcare personnel and resources, ensuring reliable health information, and bolstering overall health systems are crucial for preparedness against future infectious diseases.

어선 분류체계별 온실가스 배출량 추정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Estimating the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Base on the Classification of Fishing Boat)

  • In this study, we estimated the amount of fuel used fishing boats of individual based on the results of survey of the activity data such as operations and activities specification of fishing boats in Korea. Based on the classification system of the domestic fishing boat, and to estimate average fuel consumption and the greenhouse gas emissions, showed emission factors per fishing boat. This was suggested to be able to apply the registration data area in the future, and estimates the emissions of greenhouse gases. Based on these results, it tries to provide the basic data that can be used when you want to create a local government measures to reduce scenario in the future.

  • The uses of drones are increasing despite the fact that many of us are still skeptical. In the near future, the data that will be created and used by them will be very voluminous, hence the need to find an architecture that allows good identity management and access control in a decentralized way while guaranteeing security and privacy. In this article, we propose an architecture using hyperledger fabric blockchain platform which will manage the identity in a secure way starting with the registration of the drones on the network then an access control thanks to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and membership service provider (MSP) to enable decision-making within the system.

  • With the deployment of web-based educational game over the internet, the user's registration becomes a critical element. The user is authenticated by the system using username, password, and unique code. However, it cannot be handled properly because the data is transmitted through insecure channel on the network. Hence, security requirement is needed to avoid identity leakage from malicious user. In this paper, we propose a secure communication approach using SSL protocol for an online game. We also describe the security requirements for our approach. In future work, we intend to configure and implement the SSL protocol by enabling HTTPS in web-based online game.

  • Distribution facilities are installed dispersedly nationwide and in view of huge amounts. it makes it difficult to manage and update distribution facilities information manually. Consequently, much efforts have been exerted on computerization of distribution facilities information. KEPCO has been building distribution facilities information system using GIS technology(DGIS) to manage distribution facilities. In order to implement DGIS, digitizing the existing cartographical and land registration map is essential. In this regard, the Government is pursuing the NGIS project. In parrallel with it, DGIS project will be accelerated in the future. This paper suggests the efficient development plans to computerize distribution facilities using GIS technology.

부인암 전문간호사 제도 확립을 위한 기초조사 (A Fundamental Study for a System Establishment of Advanced Practice Nursing for Gynecological Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to provide fundamental information for a system establishment of advanced practice nursing for gynecological cancer patients (APN-GCP). Method: Data was collected by focus group and individual interviews and analyzed in the framework of the Grounded theory method mapped by Strauss and Corbin (1990). There were 13 subjects in this study (nurses, doctors, patient and her family). Result: We identified 87 concepts, 22 sub-categories, and 10 categories. Categories for role expectation were arrangement of diagnosis and treatment process, giving information of treatment course, support of treatment process, patients' right toward making a decision of treatment, counseling and teaching after discharge from hospital, medical insurance and financial problems, counseling about sexual problems and use of family and community resources. All subjects perceived the necessity of an APN-GCP. An APN-GCP requires over 2$\sim$7 years clinical experience and a master's degree. Services would be performed from initial registration to termination of treatment or death, and accomplished on an outpatient clinic basis. Conclusion: The nursing delivery system and curriculum should be developed for a women's health nurse practitioner including APN-GCP. As a further step, cost-effectiveness and projected estimation of manpower of APN-GCP should be studied in the future.
