이 연구에서는 국제적으로 관심이 집중되고 있는 FSA를 선박의 화재 안전 분야에 도입하기 위한 준비과정으로 화재안전도의 가장 중요한 지표인 사망확률의 근거가 되는 피난계산을 실습선의 모의훈련에 의해 계산하여 피난시간의 계산 및 성능기준 화재의 안전설계를 검토하였다. 그 결과 승선인원과 대피 통로의 폭과는 일정한 상관관계가 있으며 최적의 폭을 산정할 수 있음을 보였다. 그러나 선박 내부의 좁은 통로와 선박의 종류에 따른 특수한 구조를 고려할 때 일괄적인 적용은 어렵다. 또한 대피시간을 모의실험에 의해 추정하고 유출계수를 구한 결과 공용실의 유출계수와 비교하여 기관실의 인명위험성이 약 4배이상 높게 나타났다.

Recently, the buildings have gradually become higher, more massive and more complex with high growth of economy and varieties of the patterns of people's living. Therefore we study a performance and Improving Methods of the fire compartment as a measure to minimize the damage of the people and property from the fire. Currently, under the economic crisis situation, we do not consider about prevention of disaster safety enough; safety investment evasion, safety carelessness, and management relaxation etc. Also in the aspect of regulation system, industrial technology and plan engineering, Korean techniques of preventing fire disasters are far behind of other advanced nations. At this point, we are in need of improving about it. When considering like this situation, we need more studies on the practical improvement in order to assure fire prevention for buildings. The fire compartment prevent from magnifying the fire to the wide area by compartment into specific area. From this, it is possible to minimize fire damage and property and secure emergency exit for life safety. This fire compartment has primary function to extinguish fire easily, and the openings and penetrations are important passage which makes the smoke and fire go away from the fire area to the contiguous space. This study suggests improving methods of domestic fire compartment efficiency standard through comparative analysis of overseas advanced provision and domestic provision about base element of the building fire prevention.

The fire event occurred in fire proof zone often causes serious electrical problems such as shorts, ground faults, or open circuits in nuclear power plants. These would be directed to the loss of safe shutdown capabilities performed by safety related systems and equipments The fire event can treat the basic design principle that safety systems should keep their functions with redundancy and independency. In case of a cable fire, operators can not perform their mission properly and can misjudge the situation because of spurious operation, wrong indication or instrument. These would deteriorate the plant capabilities of safety shutdown and make disastrous conditions. In this paper, the cables of the representative nuclear power plant in korea is selected and the cable functional failure temperature by exposed fire using Cable Response to Live Fire(CAROLFIRE) is studied. It is expected that the results are very useful to know the cable failure temperature by exposed fire. We confirmed the safety and integrity of the cable by exposed fire and those results will use the based data of cable exposed fire characteristics.

This paper aims at the statistical analysis of electrical fire and classification of electrical fire causes to collect electrical fires data efficiently. Electrical fire statistics are produced to monitor the number and characteristics of fires attended by fire fighters, including the causes and effects of fire so that action can be taken to reduce the human and financial cost of fire. Electrical fires make up the majority of fires in Korea(including nearly 30% of total fires according to recent figures), The incorrect and biased knowledge for electrical fires changed the classification of certain types of fires, from non-electrical to electrical. It is convenient and required to develop the standardized form that makes, in the assessment of the cause of electrical fires, the fire fighters directly ticking the appropriate box on the fire report form or making an assessment of a text description. Therefore, it is highly recommended to develop electrical fire cause classification and electrical fire assessment on the fire statistics in order to categorize and assess electrical fires exactly. In this paper newly developed electrical fire cause classification structure, which is well-defined hierarchical structure so that there are not any relationship or overlap between cause categories, is suggested. Also fire statistics systems of foreign countries are introduced and compared.

오늘날 건축물이 대형화, 고층화, 복합화 되어 가고 있으며, 그로 인한 화재발생 형태도 대형화 복잡 다양한 양상을 띠고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 화재시 인명안전과 관련된 법제도적인 체계가 단일 법규정에 의존하기보다는 건축법과 소방법으로 양분되어 있으며, 현행 법규정 및 관련 기준도 화재시 충분한 안전성능을 확보하기에 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 우리나라를 비롯한 미국, 일본, 영국 등 각 국에서의 화재시 피난안전에 관한 규정의 현황을 비교함과 동시에 합리적인 피난안전 기준을 위한 자료를 조사·분석하였다. 이를 근거로 화재시 재실자의 안전한 피난을 위한 현행 기준의 문제점을 도출하고, 개선방안을 도출하였다.

The leisure life pattern of people is changing to a familial and enthusiastic way that eventually develops the camping culture. Thus, the number of campers and the size of camping market have been dramatically increased due to significant expansion of camping people. However, many camp grounds and facilities are operating without a proper registration by government rules and regulations. In addition, many of electronic and gas equipment and tools are not used in a safe way and in a safety regulatory boundary. Therefore, campers at the camping ground is situated in a fire and safety hazard. In addition, there is limitation in rules and regulations associated with camping ground safety and fire. This study analyzed the fire and hazard guidelines and rules regulations of developed countries of campground and compared them to the current situation in South Korea. Therefore, this study is to develop a safety and fire hazard guidelines and rules and regulations related to camp ground operation, gas and electronic equipment operation and management. The study will eventually reduce the future fire and safety incidents in a campground in South Korea.

본 연구는 요양보호사 교육생들을 대상으로 화재안전교육의 효과를 규명하기 위한 유사실험연구로 비동등성 대조군 전후시차설계(Non-equivalent control group no-synchronized design)이다. 연구대상자는 S요양보호사 교육원의 교육생으로 실험군 28명, 대조군 29명으로 총 57명 이었다. 실험처치기간은 2018년 5월 21일부터 6월 14일까지 주 1회씩 총 4회로 구성하여 화재안전교육을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 ${\chi}^2-test$, t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 화재안전교육은 요양보호사 교육생들의 화재안전에 대한 지식, 화재안전에 대한 태도, 화재안전에 대한 지각된 행동통제, 화재안전 행동의도, 화재안전 행동을 증진시키는데 효과적인 교육으로 일상생활에서 화재안전행동실천에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 반면 화재안전에 대한 주관적 규범은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 화재안전에 대한 주관적 규범의 효과를 검증하는 후속연구를 제언한다.

최근 소방안전 서비스는 위험의 사전방지와 일상생활에서 느끼는 생활안전 업무까지 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 생활안전의 이론적 탐색과 119생활안전대의 실태분석을 바탕으로 소방공무원과 경기도민을 대상으로 설문조사의 결과를 토대로 소방조직의 효과적인 생활안전서비스 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구의 결과 지역사회의 사회적 자본 활용, 유관기관 협력관계 구축과 시민의 지지 확보, 다조직간의 협력, 긴급신고와 비긴급신고 구분, 생활안전 소방서비스의 사회안전망 역할 등을 제안하였다.

The fire protection system of Nuclear Power Plants(NPPs) is an integrated system that is applied multi-field technology. So, it needs synthetic design and analysis, that is, the plan of fire protection, fire compartment, fire detection, fire suppression, and success of safety shut down, etc. In case of a fire in NPPs, secure the safety of reactor and minimize the radioactivity contamination. For this purpose, perform the fire risk analysis and make up the deducted problem through the improvement of design or the change of operation process.

Based on the test data of Nippon Steel Corporation, the formulas for calculating mechanical properties of fire-resistant (FR) steel at elevated temperatures have been established. A practical approach for fire safety design of FR steel members, including axially compressed members, flexural members and eccentrically compressed members, is developed in this paper. Compared with the full-scale specimen experiments and FEM numerical analysis, this practical approach for fire safety design of FR steel members is demonstrated to be effective and precise.
