공정성요인구조에 관한 실증적 연구 (An empirical study on the factor structure of justice)

  • In recent several studies, interactional justice as well as distributional justice and procedural justice was founded as a important factor of justice. But the other studies proposed that interactional justice was a sub-dimension of procedural justice because of a very close correlation between two factors. So there are mixed point of view of the factor structure of justice. In this study, we examined the factor structure of justice using confirmative factor analysis. We hypothesized that the facto, structure of justice would be divided into three factors; distributional justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. The results of empirical study supported these hypotheses. The results of this study suggest that interactional justice should be regarded as a important factor of justice to analyze the justice and the relationship with justice and related variables more accurately.

커피전문점의 서비스 품질 및 서비스공정성이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 국내외 커피전문점을 조절효과로 (Effects of Service Quality and Service Fairness of Coffee Brand on the Service Quality and Behavioral Intention: Domestic/Foreign Coffee Brand as Control Effects)

  • This research utilized integrated package program of PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 22.0 to analyze how the influence of service quality factor of coffee chains affects customer satisfaction and intention of customer behavior. The utilized statistics techniques were frequency analysis, exploratory, confirmatory factor analysis, covariance structure analysis, multiple group structure equation model analysis, etc. As a result of hypothesis verification, first of all, it was verified that the service quality factor of coffee chains affected positive (+) effect on service justice. Second, it was verified that the service justice affected positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. To see it detailed, it is possible to see that all factors, perception of interactive justice, distributive justice, procedural justice, were adopted as the case of affecting service satisfaction (p<.001). Third, it was verified that among the circumstances that service quality affected to satisfaction, justice played a role as intermediary role. Fourth, it was verified that service satisfaction affected positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction, finally, the influence that customer satisfaction affecting behavioral intention has no effect on behavioral intention by brands of domestic or abroad.

온라인 쇼핑에서 소비자가 지각하는 공정성의 구조에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Fairness Structure in the Context of the Online Shopping)

  • 공정성이슈는 마케팅 및 조직심리학 등의 경영학 관련 분야에서 폭넓게 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 공정성을 구성하는 하부 요인들의 구조를 탐색적으로 연구하고, 이들로 구성된 상위 요인의 공정성이 고객만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 61개 온라인 쇼핑몰업체에서 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자로부터 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 LISREL 8.5를 이용한 구조방정식 모델을 통해 분석되었다. 공정성 요인은 기존의 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성 등의 세 가지 차원보다는 네 가지 차원(분배, 절차, 대인, 정보공정성)으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 네 가지 차원의 공정성은 상위의 전반적 공정성을 구성하고 이 전반적 공정성은 고객만족과 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 쇼핑몰이 좀 더 긍정적인 고객만족과 구전의도를 얻기 위해서는 소비자가 지각하는 공정성의 차원을 좀 더 다양하고 다각적인 측면으로 접근해야 한다고 제안된다.

통제위치, 조직공정성 그리고 직무만족의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Locus of Control, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction)

  • This study investigates the relationship among locus of control, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. First, this study examines the conceptual structures of organizational justice through field study. Second, organizational justice influences job satisfaction. Third, locus of control influences organizational justice. Literature review identified four factors of organizational justice - distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice. These identified determinants are expected to have significant relationships with locus of control and job satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 members of a manufacturing companies. Among returned questionnaires, 357 samples were used for empirical study. Structural equation analyses based on PLS (partial least square) method were employed to test the hypotheses and the model. The overall adequacy of fit was found to be acceptable. Confirmatory factor analyses supported a 4-factor structure of organizational justice. Distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In addition, the effects of locus of control had significant positive effects on organizational justice factors. The results of this study suggest that interpersonal and informational justice should be regarded as important factors of organizational justice to analyze the relationships between locus of control and job satisfaction as well as the relationships among the justice constructs.

사고와 아차사고 경험에 따른 원청과 협력업체 근로자 간 안전문화 인식 비교 (Comparison of Safety Culture Awareness between Client and Subcontractors' Employees according to the Experience of Accidents and Near Misses)

  • This study analyzes the impact that accidents and near misses have on clients' and contractors' awareness of safety culture. Due to the unique characteristic of employment structure in Korea, the occurrence of accidents differs by company size, which has relevant implications for the establishment of safety culture. Attention has been drawn to the importance of the management of accidents and near misses, with safety awareness acting as a core factor. A positive effect on the prevention of accidents could be achieved by noting the difference in safety awareness between clients and contractors and suggesting an associated suitable safety management system. In support of this study, a survey was distributed to workers in the automobile manufacturing industry (May-August 2020), and data from a total of 574 workers was collected and analyzed, including 399 clients' worksers and 175 contractors' workers. The questionnaire addressed participants' experiences of accidents and near misses as well as 50 items from the Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire. Analysis of the responses was conducted using the methods of frequency analysis, Fisher's exact test, t-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results demonstrated that clients had more experiences with accidents and near misses compared to contractors. Additional differences between clients and contractors were noted in terms of the safety culture factors of learning, communication, and trust. A correlation was observed between the experience of accidents and safety justice management: for clients and contractors who experienced accidents, safety justice management was 9.4 times higher. Furthermore, clients' and contractors' awareness of employees' commitment to safety was determined to be 28.5 times higher in those who had experienced near misses This study concludes that, in order to improve accident prevention through the management of accidents and near misses, clients must focus on overseeing safety justice management and aspects of safety culture factors, while contractors must focus efforts on managing employees' commitment to safety. In further applications, this study could provide baseline data for health and safety activities in terms of the safety culture of clients and contractors. Further study on the establishment of safety culture as related to employment structure is proposed for future research.

Association between Corporate Governance and Corporate Performance in Iran

  • Purpose - Considering corporate companies that are continually growing and bearing in mind the theory of agency, how confident can stakeholders be about their benefits in relation to managers' decisions? Previous research has indicated that the type of corporate governance can have an effective impact on companies' performance. The current study aims to investigate the impact of ownership structure on listed companies on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Through use of the correlation coefficient, the results indicate a positive correlation among the percentage of common stock held by board members, the percentage of non-executive board members, and separation of the positions of chairperson of the board of directors and managing director. Results - Based on the return on assets index, only the correlation between the proportion of ownership of the managing director and financial investment company ownership is significant. Conclusion -Managers can potentially make decisions that benefit themselves but are detrimental to shareholders' interests. Corporate governance is a factor that can mitigate agency costs. Corporate governance comprises the laws, regulations, structures, processes, cultures, and systems that lead to the achievement of objectives such as accountability, transparency, justice, and stakeholders' rights.

경호무도 정신특성 요인의 상대적 중요도 평가 (Priority Order of Decisional Factors and Conceptual Construct of Security Martial Arts' Spirit)

  • 이 연구는 최상의 경호수행을 위해서 경호원이 갖추어야 할 경호무도의 정신요인에 대하여 분석적 계층화과정(AHP) 기법을 활용한 상대적 중요도를 평가하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 경호학 전공자와 경호 관련 종사자, 그리고 경호이론 및 실기전문가 540명을 선정하였다. 정신특성에 대한 요인추출 단계에서는 문헌고찰을 통해서 수집된 자료를 활용하여 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이렇게 확인된 정신개념구조를 활용하여 요인 간 상대적 중요도를 전문가 설문을 통해 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 18.0 for windows와 AMOS 5.0 그리고 Expert Choice 2000을 활용하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해서 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호무도 정신특성과 관련한 요인탐색 결과 4개의 일반요인과 20개 세부요인을 탐색할 수 있었다. 탐색된 요인의 구인타당성을 확인한 결과 모든 기준치에서 안정적인 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 경호무도의 정신특성 개념의 구인은 타당하다고 평가할 수 있다. 이러한 경호무도 정신개념의 일반 요인에 대한 명명화 과정을 통해서 심리관련, 사상관련, 무도관련, 실천관련 정신으로 구성하였고, 심리관련 정신 요인은 집중, 자신감, 자기관리, 몰입, 자부심(자존감)으로, 사상관련 정신 요인은 희생, 정의, 충성, 인류평화, 사명감으로, 무도관련 정신 요인은 예의, 강인, 호신, 심신일여, 용맹(기)으로, 실천관련 정신 요인은 책임, 협동, 겸손, 결단, 프로정신으로 구성하는 것이 타당하다는 결론에 도달했다. 둘째, 경호무도의 위계모형은 4개의 상위 개념과 20개의 하위개념으로 구성하였다. 이러한 경호무도 정신특성 위계모형을 토대로 상대적 중요를 평가한 결과 사상관련 정신(.482), 무도관련 정신(.248), 실천관련 정신(.188), 심리관련 정신(.083) 순으로 중요도가 판명되었다. 그리고 하위개념에 대한 경호무도의 정신특성에 대한 중요도는 희생(.252), 예의(.110), 사명감(.108), 책임(.073), 충성(.053), 강인성(.052), 정의(.049), 호신(.038), 프로정신(.038), 결단(.035), 협동(.029), 자신감(.026), 용맹(기)(.025), 자부심(자존감)(.024), 심신일여(.023), 인류평화(.019), 집중(.014), 겸손(.013), 자기관리(.011), 몰입(.007) 순으로 중요도가 판명되었다. 즉 경호무도는 희생, 정의, 충성, 인류평화, 사명감과 같은 사상관련 정신 요인이 가장 중요한 요인이라고 평가할 수 있다.

B2B 마켓플레이스에서 신뢰의 선행요인과 몰입에 미치는 영향 (Antecedents of Trust and Effects on Committment in B2B e-Marketplace)

  • 초창기에 기업과 소비자간(B2C) 부분에 집중되었던 전자상거래에 대한 관심이 최근 기업과 기업간(B2B) 부문으로 이동하고 있으며 그 성장잠재력 측면에서 크게 주목을 받고 있다. B2B 전자상거래 부문에서도 가장 두드리진 움직임을 보이고 있는 거래유형이 바로 B2B e-마켓플레이스이다. e-마켓플레이스란 인터넷상에서 다수의 공급자와 수요자들이 대면하고 거래를 이를 수 있도록 해주는 가상의 시장의 의미한다. 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 마켓플레이스가 구매, 판매, 고객지원, 제품, 서비스 등을 위한 새로운 비즈니스의 장이 되고 있어 현재 다수의 기업들이 참여하고 있다. 기존의 기업 간 전자상거래가 중개자 없이 개별기업 차원에서 이용되었다면, 마켓플레이스는 다수의 공급자와 수요자들이 인터넷상에서 정보를 교환하고 거래를 수행함으로써 기업 간 거래방식에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있어 학계나 업계의 주요 관심사로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 B2B e-마켓플레이스 운영기업의 관점에서 e-마켓플레이스 참여기업의 신뢰 형성요인과 신뢰가 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 검증해 보고자 한다. 신뢰의 선행요인을 파악하기 위해 기존의 기업간 거래 관계 형성 요인 및 전자상거래 환경에서 신뢰의 중요성에 대한 연구 결과를 폭넓게 수용하여 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B e-마켓플레이스 상황에 적합한 신뢰형성 요인으로 네트워크 외부성, 상호작용성, 공정성, 공유정보의 질 및 제도적 보장을 제시하였으며, 신뢰가 몰입의 두 차원 즉 태도적 몰입과 행동적 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 검토하였다. MRO e-마켓플레이스를 이용하고 있는 187개 참여기업을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과, e-마켓플레이스 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 네트워크 외부성, 상호작용성, 공정성 및 제도적 보장으로 나타났으나 공유정보의 질이 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되지 못하였다. 신뢰와 몰입간 관계에서 신뢰는 태도적 몰입과 행동적 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 태도적 몰입은 행동적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증분석 결과 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 e-마켓플레이스 운영기업이 감안해야 할 몇 가지 주요 관리적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

과로로 인한 업무상 질병의 산재보상 인정기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Clauses of the Work-Related Disease due to Overwork in the Workmen's Compensation Law)

  • The work-related diseases due to continuous overwork are mainly cerebro- and cardio-vascular ones, which is commonly called 'Karoshi', death from overwork. Many factors are capable for Karoshi : occupational stress in relation to technological renovation and industrial rationalization, competitive social structure, and accumulated fatigue accured to long time or irregular working. And its occurence is on the rise. The World Labor Report 1993 released by ILO, pointed out the diseases related to overwork and stress as one of the most important occupational health problem. In Korea, social awareness of Karoshi is at an infant stage, and reliable statistics for its occurence are not compiled in a convenient manner. Despite the rising Karoshi, there are no reliable clauses in workmen's compensation enough to settle down the disputes. Therefore, it is not uncommon that the Labour Ministry and Civil Court find difficulties in reaching an agreement. This study was intended to provide proper compensation and prevention program for workers by suggesting reasonable compensation clauses for the death from overwork. This study consists of two comparative reviews on the compensaton clauses for the death from overwork. One is to review legal standards of Karoshi among three countries, such as Korea, Japan and Taiwan. The other is to investigate the cases of Karoshi in Korea, 121 cases identified at the Labor Welfare Corperation and the Labour Ministrial process of examination and reexamination, and 73 leading cases at the High Court of Justice. The main findings of the study are as follows : 1. Comparisons of comperative review on compensation clauses for the death from overwork among three countries. 1) All of three countries have the same kinds of disease for compensation, which were cerebro-and cardiao-vascular diseases, while for cardiac disease group, Korea has the smaller number of diseases for compensation than Japan. 2) As for the definition of overwork, the three countries share equally that overload for one week prior to collapse is considered as an important factor, but accumulated chronic fatigue is disregarded. 3) As the basis of overwork, in Japan, there is a tendency to move from the conditions of an ordinary healthy adult to those of the individual concerned in Japan, whereas there is no such concern yet in Korea. 4) All the three countries use a common standard of medical judgement in demonstrating causal relationship between a job and a disease. However, Korea is progressive in the sense that in the case of CVA at worksite, the worker himself has no obligation to prove the cause. 2. The results of a comparative review on excutive decisions by Labor Ministry and judicial decisions by the Court in Korea : A judicial decision is based on the legalistic probability, but a excutive decision is not. Therefore, excutive decisions have such restrictions that : 1) TIA (transitory ischemic cerebral attack) and myocarditis are excluded from compensation, and there is little consistency of decision in the case of cause-unknown death. 2) There is a tendency not to compensate for the death from overwork since the work terms such as repeated long-time working, shift work or night-shift work are not considered as overloading. 3) There is a tendency to regard the conditions of a ordinary healthy adult rather than those of the individual concerned(age, existing diseases, health state, etc.) as the comparative basis of overload. 4) There remains a tendency not to compensate for the death from overwork in the case of collapse occuring out of workplace, on the ground of 'on the course of working' and 'in the cause of accident'. Through the study, the fact manifests itself that Korea's compensation clauses for work-related diseases due to overwork are very restrictive. So, it is necessary to extend the Labor Ministry's clauses of compensation for the death from overwork following to the recent changes of other countries and internal judicial decisions. This is very important in the perspective of occupational health that aims at health promotion of workers including prevention of the Karoshi.
