Objectives : In this study, the dental treatment satisfaction degree of the patients, who experienced the sleep dental treatment or non-sleep dental treatment, the revisit rate and the differences among the encouraging intention were compared and analyzed, and the primary factors through which the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment has influence on the revisits and the encouraging intention were analyzed, and the proposal was made on clinic management to raise qualitative medical service level on the basis of this study. Methods : The questionnaires filled out by the 202 users of a certain dental clinic located in Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk were analyzed. The frequency analysis and the crosstabulation analysis of the general characteristics of survey participants were carried out, and the satisfaction difference between the sleep dental treatment and the non-sleep dental treatment was identified with the t-test analysis. The multiple regression analysis were carried out to identify the factors through which the sleep dental treatment has influence on the through which the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment has influence on the satisfaction degree of the medical service and the revisited dentists. Results : In the medical service satisfaction degree in general, the sleep dental treatment had the higher meaningful value than the non-sleep dental treatment(p<0.05). In the case of the difference in satisfaction degree on each medical service factor, the satisfaction of the sleep treatment group was high in every case, but the meaningful difference showed up in the factors of waiting time, treatment procedure, revisit and the encouraging intention(p<0.01). The revisit to the sleep treatment dental clinic and the recommending dentist increased in proportion to the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment, and the Beta value appeared to be 0.337 at the influence of the subordinate variable(p<0.001). As for the influence on the sleep dental treatment satisfaction, the Beta value of the dental hygienist was the highest, marking the value at 0.375(p<0.01). As for the satisfaction of the patients who experienced the sleep dental treatment, the Beta value of the treatment fee was the highest, marking 0.352(p<0.001), in the multiple regression analysis of the revisit and the encouraging intention, and the 0.156 of dentist factor and the 0.152 of treatment procedure and waiting time showed lower regression coefficient(p<0.05). Conclusions : It is assumed that the satisfaction degree of sleep dental treatment, which is carried out as a new dental service has influence on the increase of revisit to the dental clinic as an important factor. But it was disclosed that the high level of treatment fee has the biggest influence on choice of revisit to the dental clinic. In the current medical charge system, the sleep dental treatment appeared to have a big influence on raising the quality of dentists, the satisfaction of patients, the revisit and encouraging intention, and also the roles of the dental hygienist was important. It is assumed that these facts are functioning as the factors that are linked to the increase of revisit and the encouraging intention.
As a basic study for developing a forecasting/estimating system that predicts water quality changes when Deep Sea Water (DSW) drains to the ocean after using it, this study was carried out as follows: 1) numerical simulation of the present state at DSW developing region in the East sea using SWEM, 2) numerical prediction of water quality changes by effluent DSW, 3) analysis of influence degree 'With defined DEI (DSW effect index) at F station. On the whole, when DSW drained to the ocean, Chl-a, COD and water-temperature were decreased and DIN, DIP and DO were increased by effluent DSW, and Salinity was steady. According to analysis of influence degree, the influence degree of DIN was the highest and it was high in order of Chl-a, COD, Water-temperature, DO, DIP and Salinity. The influence degree classified by DSW effluent position was predicted that suiface outflow was lower than bottom outflow. Ad When DSW discharge increased 10 times, the influence degree increased about $5{\sim}14$ times.
The purposes of this study were to find the influence of wife's home management behavior pattern and husband's perception about it on family life satisfaction, and to find out variables which influence them. For theses reviewing literature and empirical research were conducted. The major results were as follows; 1) The couple's psychological variables (ie, degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication) were relatively high. The wife's home management behavior pattern was relatively morphogenesis and the husband's perception about wive's it was relatively morphogenesis. And the couple's degree of family life satisfaction were relatively high. 2) Influential variables on wife's home management behavior pattern were level of education, degree of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. And influential variables on husband's perception about vive's it was degree of communication. 3) Influential variables on wive's the degree of family life satisfaction were degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. And influential variables on husband's it were level of education, job, degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. 4) The wife's home management behavior pattern and husband's perception about wive's it were to predict the couple's degree of family life satisfaction. 5) In cause-effect pathway mode. level of education·job·degree of life level recognition·of resourcefulness recognition and of communication showed direct and indirect effect on family life satisfaction through wife's home management behavior pattern or husband's perception about wive's it.
This thesis determines the research framework and scale design of leisure food E-Commerce consumer satisfaction degree by referring to previous theoretical model of customer satisfaction degree, the universal satisfaction evaluation index system, and the characteristics of leisure food E-Commerce in China. In this research, consumers who have bought leisure food online are taken as the research object, data are collected by questionnaires, and exploratory factor method is used to screen valid sample data. Through the Empirical Analysis which includes Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, it is concluded that website design, logistics delivery service, commodity quality, and after-sales service are the main service quality on which the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises should take focus. The service quality has significant positive influences on satisfaction degree. On the other hand consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, which will create more earnings for the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises.
The objectives of this study are to conceptualize theoretically and to examine empirically the interrelationships among channel member's satisfaction, dependence, and performance being immanent between dealing partners, by integrating behavioral and economic approach to explain comprehensively the interrelationship between dealing partners in conventional marketing channel which have not studied in previous studies. To attain above objectives, latent variables and observed variables which had been immanent between licenced dealers and wholesalers in fish marketing channel were found out by exploratory study, and pre-test was conducted to select the proper variables, and then the model which could explain the interrelationships among the variables was set up. Three categories of varables were considered in this study. Namely, economic and noneconomic factors were identified as independent variable, the degree of satisfaction and dependence to dealing partner as intervening variable, and performance as dependent variable. The data for the study was obtained from a survey questionnaire of 214 licenced dealers who work in Pusan, Yusoo, and Kunsan and 190 wholesalers who work in whole country. Among them, 264 anayzable questionnaires(including 154 licenced dealers and 110 wholesalers)were collected. Statistical procedure to analyze the data was carried out by LISREL version 7. Major findings obtained from the results of the analysis are as follows. First, economic variables have a great influence on the degree of both licenced dealers' and wholesalers' satisfaction. Among economic variables, the degree of keeping wholesalers' payment date have greater influence on the degree of licenced dealers' satisfaction, and licenced dealers' faculty being able to send good fish in quality have greater influence on the degree of wholesaler's satisfaction than other variables. In short, licenced dealers make great account of wholesalers' payment, and wholesalers make great account of licenced dealers' faculty being able to send good fish in quality in dealing relationship. Second, noneconomic variables have more relevance to the degree of dependence in both sides than economic variables. This means that noneconomic variables as well as economic variables can be a factor to keep up the dealing relationship. Third, the degree of satisfaction and dependence have influence on performance in both sides. In the licenced dealers' side, the degree of dependence have greater influence on performance than the degree of satisfaction, on the other hand, in wholesalers' side, the degree of satisfaction have greater influence on performance than the degree of dependence. This means that wholesalers can easily substitute their dealing partner for another licenced dealer comparatively.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of members and communities that have significant influence in the online fashion community through their word-of-mouth activities. In order to identify the influence and the diffusion of word-of-mouth in fashion community, the study selected one online fashion community. Then, the study sorted the online posts and comments made on fashion information and put them into the matrix form to perform social network analysis. The result of the analysis is as follows: First, the fashion community network used in the study has many active members that relay information very quickly. Average time for information diffusion is very short, taking only one or two days in most cases. Second, the influence of word-of-mouth is led by key information produced from only a few members. The number of influential members account for less than 20% of the total number of community members, which indicate high level of degree centrality. The diffusion of word-of-mouth is led by even fewer members, which represent high level of betweenness centrality, compared to the case of degree centrality. Third, component characteristic shares similar information with about 70% of all members being linked to maximize information influence and diffusion. Fourth, a node with high degree centrality and betweenness centrality shares similar interests, presenting strain effect to particular information. Specially, members with high betweenness centrality show similar interests with members of high degree centrality. The members with high betweenness centrality also help expansion of related information by actively commenting on posts. The result of this research emphasizes the necessity of creation and management of network to efficiently convey fashion information by identifying key members with high level of information influence and diffusion to enhance the outcome of online word-of-mouth.
To preserve scenic-view of Gwanak Mountain from the urban development, the viewshed component ratio and the scenic-view preference are investigated and analyzed by selecting view points at Nangokro. After 16 candidate view points are selected from the site, sight component ratio is measured through visual structure analysis and preference are measured by using the Likert scale. In addition, factor analysis, and regression analysis were conducted to examine the relationship between influencing factors and preference. As a result of the regression analysis of the 9 factors to influence the scenic-view preference, two factors such as degree of natural landscape and degree of arrangement around the site are chosen to influence the scenic-view preference. Through the preference factor analysis, two preference factors are selected as follows; 1) The factor of the landscape formation - Existence and nonexistence of the scenic-view conservation, degree of the landscape opening, and degree of natural landscape, degree of the landscape originality, and degree of the landscape sequence, degree of the landscape intimacy 2) The factor surrounding the landscape - Degree of arrangement around the site, degree of the landscape complexity, and atmosphere around the site.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of storytelling factor, technical factor and exhibition environment factor on the degree of satisfaction, degree of immersion and immersion types in and . Our findings show that the degree of satisfaction not only has a significant correlation with the degree of immersion, but also influences on the holding power and behavioral intention. According to the results of correlation analyses, three factors have an impact on the degree of satisfaction and immersion. Immersion factors influence negatively on Focused Attention and Heightened Enjoyment, however, the factors effect positively on Temporal Dissociation and Curiosity. 본 연구는 장애아동을 양육하고 있는 어머니가 지각하는 배우자의 협력정도가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 배우자의 협력정도와 양육스트레스 사이에서 양육효능감의 매개효과가 있는지 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 장애아 전담어린이집을 이용하고 있는 장애아동 어머니 145명의 설문응답 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 장애아동 어머니가 지각하는 배우자의 협력정도는 양육효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애아동 어머니가 지각하는 배우자의 협력정도는 양육스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애아동 어머니가 지각하는 배우자의 협력정도와 양육스트레스 사이에서 양육효능감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 즉, 장애아동 양육과정에서 어머니는 배우자의 협력을 많이 받는다고 지각할수록 양육효능감이 높아지고, 높아진 양육효능감은 양육스트레스 감소에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to find out influential variables related to Home Management Ability of urban home makers. This study focuses on the following aspects; 1) to find out which variables of sociodemographic variables (ie. home maker's age, level of education-husband, wife, job-husband, wife, income, duration of marriage), of psychological variables (ie. degree of resourcefulness recognition, degree of stress recognition, degree of life level recognition) have significant effects on home management ability. 2) to find out which variables of sociodemographic variables have significant effects on degree of resourcefulness recognition, of stress recognition, and of life level recognition. 3) to identify the influence of significant variables related to home management ability. Data was analyzed by frequency. percentage, mean , F-test, t-test, Duncan's multiple range test. regression analysis , path analysis pearson's r. x2-test. Major findings are as follows; 1) The level of education (husband , wife)and occupation of husband were variables to have influences on home management ability. 2) a. The level of education (husband, wife) and income were variable to have influences on degree of resourcefulness recognition. b. The employment of home makers. income, and the form of family were variables to have influences on degree of stress recognition. c. The level of education (husband, wife) occupation of husband , income , and duration of marriage were variables to have influences on degree of life level recognition. 3) There were significant relationships between home management ability and degree of resourcefulness recognition and of stress recognition (r=0.13, r=-0.12, p<.05). a. The higher degree of resourcefulness recognition, the higher home management ability (x2=11.17. df=4. p<.05) b. The higher degree of stress recognition, the lower home n=management ability (x2=14.64. df=4. p<.01) 4) The education level of homemakers (β =0.15) and income (β=0.12) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of resourcefulness recognition (β =0.13) 5) The employment of home makers (β=-0.17) was a variable to have indirect influence on home management ability through the medium of the degree of stress recognition(β=-0.12) 6) the education level of husband (β=0.16) and income (β=0.32) were variables to have direct influence on degree of life level recognition. 7) The degree of life level recognition (β=0.13) and education level of home makers (β=0.17) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of resourcefulness recognition (β=0.13) 8)The degree of life level recognition (β=-0.22) the employment of home makers(β=-0.17) and the from of family(β=-0.10) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of stress recognition.
