Chordoid glioma is a rare primary brain tumor of the third ventricle, and was recently characterized as a novel tumor entity. Typical radiological features of chordoid gliomas include; a solid, round-to-ovoid, well-circumscribed, contrast-enhancing mass of the hypothalamus and anterior third ventricle. Despite being classified as WHO grade 2, the third ventricular chordoid glioma has been reported to have a poor clinical outcome because of its anatomical location. The authors report a case of chordoid glioma of the third ventricle in a 48-year-old man with unusual radiological features of cystic component and ill defined circumscription.

YoungChu NonYong(靈樞 論勇)seems to be named as such by its explanation in detail about the brave man who can and the coward who cannot stand pain respectively. In the first chapter, it is considered that the factors of diseases are dependent upon the state of skin and flash. In the second chapter, it is put about the problem of standing pain and not. In the third chapter, about the causes of resulting in brave or unbrave man. And in the fourth chapter, about drunken frenzy(酒悖). More concretely speaking, in the first chapter, it is explained that the factors of pathogenesis are related closely with the state of skin and flash, so to speak, though the outer factors which can arouse diseases should exist, the sensitivity of skin and flash which are the first defense tissue in human body, is more important factor. Undoubtedly, the environmental factors existing in physical nature which surrounds human life, have influenced upon human health, especially in ancient times. But, this chapter exhibits some reflections that ultimately the inner conditions of human body decide the attack of diseases. However, this chapter may have some corruptions for it reveals the contents which are not fit with the headline. In the second chapter, it is written that the sensitivity to pain is not only dependent upon the character of bravery but also upon the thickness of skin, the strength of flesh and the speed of response. In this we evidence that the ancient people had the idea that human pain-feeling is more dependent upon the degree of development of sensory neuron of physical body than one's character of bravery. In the third chapter, ti is described that the differences of physical development mainly influence the differences of the degree of mental bravery. In the fourth chapter, the drunken frenzy is explained. The implication is that as civilization has been growing, the drinking culture has made both in dividual and social health affair. The alcohol has the function of pleasing mind improving the quality of human life but it can also destroy both human body and mind when abused. About the harms like this, this part wams by the examples of drunken man's abnormal behaviors.

A sphenoid mucocele often presents late due to its deep seated anatomical site. And it has varied presentation due to its loose relationship to the cavernous sinus and the base of the skull. We describe a case of large sphenoid sinus mucocele. A middle aged old man suddenly developed third cranial nerve palsy. Brain imaging study revealed an isolated sphenoid sinus mucocele, compressing right cavernous sinus. Endoscopic marsupialization of the mucocele via transnasal approach led to complete resolution of the third cranial nerve palsy. Involvement of the third cranial nerve in isolated mucocele is rare but important neurosurgical implications which must be excluded. In addition, proper and timely treatment must be performed to avoid permanent neurologic deficit.

This study was designed for automated pattern drawing and grading a man's Durumagi, Korean traditional coat in order to reestablished and grade the pattern by Apparel CAD SYSTEM. For the study, AM-250 systems of Gerber as the computer and Macro program as the automated drawing were used. Also, PDS(Pattern Design System) was used for the grading of the original Durumagi pattern. Results were followings; First, the size data that could be standardized by reestablishing the pattern of a man's Durumagi by each size was presented. Second, The pattern was developed by each size. Third, new design was propose for mass production with the traditional design of the DURUMAGI Fourth, The time for making DURUMAGI pattern and the cost through the automated drawings by using the Macro program were reduced. Moreover, was presented the basic data for a ready to made garment like the Western garment. Five, A man's DURUMAGI by CAD System was graded that could be applied to ready to made Hanbok

In clothing, a tendency of Bisexuality is in case of wearing clothing of the opposite sex, the mixing of modeling principle and characteristic of man and woman, the exclusion characteristic of sexuality that present sexlessness-the third sex. They-Designer Gabrielle Chanel, YSL, Giorgio Armani-give characteristic of man's fashion to women's fashion. However, the consciousness in design is different. Armani apply successful modern image to women's wear, so he express women's image of confident intellegent as well as feminine image. He focus women's new image as man living liberal and indivisual life excluding social category rather than will of equality of man and women. Gernreich break sexual prejudice and release women freely, furthermore, as he express concern of sexuality pursuit liberty of mankind surpassing sex distinction with women liberty. So his design tend homosexuality because he regard women's glamor and ostensible sexuality as standard of beauty, he apply this to man's wear as well as women's wear. The present study was undertaken in an attempt to see if the segregation frequency of a third chromosome was changed by changing the sex chromosome which were free of SD in the second chromosome. The eight genotype males having different sex chromosome constitution each were constructed by appropriate matings and the two standard laboratory stocks of Drosophila melanogaster, e and se were used as the third chromosome recessive markers for the present experiment. The results of the present investigation are given below: 1. The k values which are the proportion of the se third chromosomes recovered among progeny flies from the mating of se/e males to e females were highly signiicantly different among the four genotypes and between the two sexes,and the interaction of genotype and sex was significantly different. Thus the setregation frequency of the se third chromosome in the male, when made heterozygous with the e third chromosome, was dependent upon the sex chromosome constitution. 2. Both of the k(Woman) and the k(man) remains roughly constant among genotypes. 3. The sex ratio o the se progeny class was highly significantly heterogeneous among the four genotypes but it was homogeneous for the e progeny class. 4. The values of the k(man) and the sex ratio of the se progeny class, on the average, were higher than that of the k(Woman) and of the e progeny class, respectively. 5. Those phenomena suggest that some sort of prezygotic selection could be operating such that the combination of the e third chromosome and the Y chromosome tends to be eliminated before fertilization. This tendency argues for a re-examination of the viability estimations of Drosophila melanogaster.

When a patient shows severe crowding, premolar extraction should be considered to provide required available space for alignment. If the third molars have already erupted and demonstrate a poor prognosis, third molar extraction and distalization of the posterior dentition can be used instead of premolar extraction to obtain space. Interproximal stripping (IPS) may also be used to gain space in cases of crowding. This case report describes the treatment of a 25-year-old man with severe crowding and mild lip protrusion. Although the crowding in the lower arch was severe enough to require first premolar extraction, distalization of the entire lower dentition with orthodontic mini-implants, extraction of the lower third molars, and IPS could successfully resolve the crowding and lip protrusion.

Suboccipital pain can be caused by problems relating to muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, discs and nerves of the upper cervical structures. History taking, symptomatological evaluations and physical examinations, and even radiological studies are often unavailable when making an exact diagnosis for the treatment of cervicogenic headaches. Therefore, diagnostic blockades have recently become essential for the diagnosis and treatment of nonspecific cervicogenic headaches. A third occipital neurotomy was successfully performed after diagnostic blocks were administered to a patient who had suffered from suboccipital neuralgic pain and referred pain to the temporal and retroocular areas.

This study measured dyeing properties under different dyeing conditions and levels of antimicrobial activity when man-made fibers are dyed with gallnut, including rayon, tencel, tencel blended fabric, soybean fiber, and nylon non-mordanted. The dye up-take (K/S), color ($L^*a^*b^*$), and color differences (${\Delta}E$) were measured with a colorimeter, and the number of bacteria present in the dyed fabrics were determined using Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumonia as strains. The results are as follows: First, the optimal dyeing conditions for man-made fibers dyed with gallnut are 60 minutes of dyeing time and a $80^{\circ}C$ dyeing temperature. Second, gallnut dye is most effective on soybean fiber and then, in descending order of effectiveness, on nylon, rayon, tencel, and tencel blended fabric. This means that dyeing properties of nitrogen containing fibers are excellent when using gallnut. Third, all man-made fibers are dyed brown with gallnut. This implies dyeing possibility of man-made fibers about gallnut dye, so development and supply of natural dyed goods of man-made fibers can be increased. Fourth, in all man-made fibers dyed with gallnut extract, both Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumonia show 99.9% reduction ratios of fungistasis, which indicate antimicrobial activity. Therefore, safe, functional, man-made materials can be developed to relieve symptoms from and treat patients with skin ailments.

For the efficient application of curriculum discretion activity, I developed the program, 'Let's go together', so that curriculum discretion activity can be applied in the classroom. The program consists of several experiences, which are <Man to man paired study>, <the learning materials for Mathematics in our lives>, <the cooperative study in the class> and <the variety experiences about Mathematics>. This study shows the following results: First, T-test about the students' learning attitude and interest in Mathematics, there was dramatic change in students' desire, interest and attitude for mathematics learning. Second, as the role of Baewomi & Dowomi in 'Man to man paired study', Baewomi & Dowomi provided students with confidence of mathematics learning. We were able to ensure this fact from students' essay after the class. Third, teachers found that the number of students who had positive attitude with Self-directed study increased. And students tried to solve mathematical problems by themselves and the time using self-directed learning experience was also increased. This study suggests that there needs more development for learning materials for mathematics in our lives.
