The design and analysis of a quayside mooring system for safe mooring of Prelude FLNG under extreme environmental conditions were carried out. The design of the mooring system considered the yard operation conditions and maximum wind speed during a typhoon. In order to secure the mooring safety of Prelude FLNG under an extreme environment, a special steel structure was designed between the quay and Prelude FLNG to maintain the distance from the quay to a certain extent to avoid a collision with the inclined base. The mooring safety was also ensured by installing additional new parts on the quay. A mooring analysis and mooring safety review were performed with more rigorous modeling considering the nonlinearity of the mooring rope and fender. In order to secure additional safety of the mooring system under extreme environmental conditions, a safety assessment was conducted on the failures of the mooring components proposed in the marine mooring guidelines. Based on the results of the mooring analysis, it was confirmed that the Prelude FLNG can be safely moored even under the extreme conditions of typhoons, and a worst case scenario analysis verified that the mooring system design was robust enough. The proposed mooring analysis and design method will provide a basis for the safe mooring of ultra-large floating offshore structures of similar size in the future.

This paper argues that it is possible to construct an analogy of the literary fragment to an organic individual on the basis of an autonomous system of organic unity by reading William Wordsworth's ways of self-writing in The Prelude. The organicity of a fragment is borrowed from Friedrich Schlegel's theoretic and literary approach to the Romantic fragment. Focusing primarily on the two "spots of time" in Book Twelfth, I attempt to formulate a reciprocal relationship between a work of art and a literary autobiographer in terms of the self-generativity of the fragment. To be precise, both the fragment and the autobiographical project presuppose and at the same time depend on the engendering force of an organic unity and its resistance to discontinuity, which ironically affirms the persistent threat of disruption and death. Rewriting traumatic childhood experiences as rites of passage into adulthood, the two specified "spots of time" show the dominant mode of memory operative in the poem. Asserting the prominence of the individual as the very vehicle of realizing universal humanity, Wordsworth tries to re-form his individuality grounded in his childhood memories in a literary fashion. Under the premise that the poet is remembered by his posterity, The Prelude is constituted and reconstituted in conjunction with different versions of each memory. The poem also marks the poet's unachieved project of writing a philosophical poem, namely, The Recluse; for this very reason, The Prelude, which is complete in itself, points to an eternal work in progress, turning the truth of every fragment complete in its incompletion. As a trope of fragmentation, an autobiographical individuality is reformed in the poet's process of writing and re-visioning while simultaneously being dispersed once again between words, sentences, and pages.

2011년 NH농협 전산망마비 사건, 2013년 3.20 사이버테러 및 2015년 12월의 한국수력원자력 원전 중요자료 유출사건이 있었다. 이러한 사이버테러는 해외(북한)에서 조직적이고 장기간의 걸친 고도화된 APT공격을 감행하여 발생한 사이버테러 사건이다. 하지만, 이러한 APT공격(Advanced Persistent Threat Attack)을 방어하기 위한 탁월한 방안 아직 마련되지 못했다. APT공격은 현재의 관제 방식으로는 방어하기가 힘들다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 분석을 통해 APT공격을 예측할 수 있는 방안을 연구한다. 본 연구는 대한민국 3계층 보안관제 체계 중, 정보공유분석센터(ISAC)를 기준으로 하여 빅데이터 분석, APT공격 및 취약점 분석에 대해서 연구와 조사를 한다. 그리고 외부의 블랙리스트 IP 및 DNS Log를 이용한 APT공격 예측 방안의 설계 방법, 그리고 전조현상 분석 방법 및 APT 공격에 대한 대응방안에 대해 연구한다.

The distinctive design of apparel product is the crucial factor that provides the powerful competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. However, knock-offs or copycats easily copy the design of apparel product and its problem tends to be assented in real world. Design right is one of intellectual property rights that would be produced by intellectual activity and the appropriate means to establish the exclusive rights to the design should be established. Legal protection to the design right is the system that can prelude copycats from eroding an exclusive position in the market place. The present study was to analyze the trend of registration of design rights in apparel products and to point out problems of current protection law to design.

Abnormal cooling of the Korean East Sea Water(KESW) in the East Sea before and after the 1982-1983 and 1997-1998 ENSO events is examined using bimonthly routine observation data from the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute of Korea for the period 1965 to 2002. The KESW, which occupies roughly a region between the Korean Peninsula and west of approximately $131^{\circ}E$, showed extreme cold-state years(1981 and 1996) prior to the two strongest ENSO events of the last half-century. Inter-annual bimonthly mean anomalies at 100 m in the KESW region were $-3.10^{\circ}C\;and\;-3.41^{\circ}C(SD=1.4^{\circ}C)$ in 1981 and 1996, respectively. These results suggest that extreme cooling of the KESW may be a prelude to very strong ENSO events through large-scale teleconnections.

The article is assigned to a prelude to the joke of effective pedagogical technologies in professional education in the minds of її continuity. Analyzed the definitions "innovation", "technology", "pedagogical technology", "Innovation pedagogical technology". Blocks have been added, which are stored in innovation processes in the light. The significant role of innovation in education is stated. Presented warehouses pedagogical technologies: conceptual, conceptual-processual and professional. The purpose of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process of vocational education institutions has been clarified. The reasons for finding and implementing innovative pedagogical technologies in education are analyzed.

To date, more than 150 exo-solar planets have been observed by various methods such as spectroscopic, photometric, astrometric, gravitational lensing, pulsar timing methods. However, all these are indirect methods; they do not directly image the planets. Only free-floating planets or their 'ana-log' have been directly detected so far. Thus the next milestone is the direct imaging of any kinds of planetary mass objects orbiting around normal (young) stars, which might have been associated with protoplanetary disks, the sites of planet formation. I will describe some SUBARU efforts to detect self-luminous young giant planets as companions as well as direct imaging of the protoplanetary disks of ${\~}$100 AU size. The results of near-infrared coronagraphic imaging with adaptive optics are briefly presented on AB Aur, HD 142527, T Tau, and DH Tau. Our results demonstrate the importance of high-resolution (${\~}$0.1 arcsec) direct imaging over indirect observations such as modeling based on spectral energy distributions. The SUBARU observations are a prelude to ALMA from the morphological point of view.

Chemotaxis is the directed movement of cells in gradients of signaling molecules, an essential biological process that underlies morhpogenesis during development, and the recruitment of immune cells to sites of infection. Especially, bacterial chemotaxis has utilized as an important prelude to study metabolism, prey-predator relationship, symbiosis, other ecological interactions in microbial communities. Recently, novel analytical formats integrated with microfluidics were introduced to investigate the chemotaxis of the cells with the precise control of chemical gradient and small volume of cells. In this study, we present a method to detect bacterial chemotaxis by direct fluidic contacting. The developed fluidic-handling method is driven by capillary force, hydrophobic barrier and a cohesion force between fluids. We have investigated the chemotactic response of E Coli. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to three kinds of chemoeffectors such as HEPES buffer, peptone and chloroform.
