Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the 6th industrial entrepreneurship and business performances on social capital. The 6th industry based on its social capital can have a significant impact on business performances. Design/Methodology/Approach For this reason, we examined the relationship between entrepreneurship and business performance using the moderator variables of social capital and the Sixth industry certification. As a result, the 6th industrial entrepreneurship affects significant positive business performance. In particular, the authenticity, communication skills, social responsibility, collaborative, risk susceptibility, and challenging mind have a positive effect on business performances. As a result of moderation effect analysis, the 6th industry certification has no interaction effect of entrepreneurship, and only challenging mind and communication skills, the authenticity showed that the positive effect on business performances. Findings Social capital has interaction effects on the 6th industry entrepreneurship. Low level of social capital improves business performance through a strong challenging mind and social responsibility. High level of social capital are more demanding authenticity, collaboration, and risk sensitivity. And the higher level of social capital, the lower the communication ability, electrical conductivity, and social responsibility.

Objectives : In modern meditation, psychologic therapy and happy life have been in the main status. The aim of this study is to search about the value of modern meditation systematically and to summarize the contents on the meditation in "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)". Methods : We investigated the meditation-related materials in "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)", and discussed them in comparison with the other contents found in "Huangdi's Internal Classic(黃帝內經)" and some scriptures on meditation and self-discipline. Results : The mind-body concept in Korean Medicine takes meditation and self-discipline into main consideration. Meditation and self-discipline mean the endless pursuing the nature of mind and body, thus leading to self-practice about the true meaning of life. "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)" includes the views on the meditation and self-discipline from the various angles based on Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Conclusions : Meditation and self-discipline rooted in East Asian tradition are good ways to reach the true nature of mind-body system of universe and to help people seek happiness in their lives.

현대와 같은 정보화사회를 살아가는 우리들에게는 무순서, 다차원적으로 각종의 정보를 수없이 접하게 되는데, 이러한 수많은 정보를 보다 체계적으로 정리하고 활용하는 능력이 요구되고 있다. 일반적으로 인간의 두뇌는 고유의 특성을 가지고 사실을 지각하고 정보를 인지함에 있어서 받아들인 정보를 이미지로 형상화하였을 때 의미의 전달에 있어서 보다 큰 효과를 가져올 수 있는데, 이는 외부정보를 받아들이고 자신의 생각을 표현하는데 있어서 핵심 키워드의 추출과 이들 키워드의 상관관계를 얼마나 체계화하고 이해하기 쉽게 표현하느냐에 따라 결정되어 진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창의성을 전제로 한 제품디자이너가 다양한 정보를 토대로 방사사고를 갖고 디자인 컨셉을 추출하는 과정에서 나타나는 핵심 키워드들을 마인드 맵을 이용하여 논리적으로 구조화하고, 이미화 하는 방법을 연구하여 컨셉을 좀더 쉽게 정리하고 시각화하여 의미의 전달을 용이하게 하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 사례연구를 통하여 이해를 돕고자 하였다.

1. Objectives This Study is to comprehend the Sasang structure created by Lee Je-Ma. 2. Methods We analyzed $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowon(東醫壽世保元)$\lrcorner$ & $\ulcorner$Gyukchigo(格致藁)$\lrcorner$ which contain the contents of 'Heaven-Human-Narure-Order(天人性命), and 'Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物)'. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) The structure of Sasang is divided into two, which are 'Talent(才能的 部分)-Action(行爲的 部分)' and 'Self examination(正己的 部分)-Perception of mankind(知人的 部分)'. 2) 'Talent-Action' is the ontological structure of the Sasang. 'Self examination-Perception of mankind' is the administrative structure of the Sasang. 3) The ontological structure of Sasang is essential concept which is explaining the existence of mankind. An administrative strucrure of Sasang is operative concept which makes human as oneself. 4) It is necessary to have the insight to organize these four parts into the one organic whole if one has to comprehend the profound meaning of Sasang. 5) Four parts of Sasang structure could be matched as 'Heaven(天)-Affairs(事), Human(人)-Objects(物)', 'Nature (性)-Mind(心), Order(命)-Body(身)'.

Main theme of this study is the acceptance phase of western architectural culture in modern east-north asia through a series of actual survey and typological analysis of existing church buildings in modern Korea. China. Japan. For this study, 126 modern church buildings of Korea, China, Japan are selected. Also, main subject of this study has deal with the side of culture - thought which background of christianity acceptance and acceptance mind of acceptance main-body, culture adaptation and transformation based on characteristic culturalization of Korea, China, Japan. Especially, I would consistently tried to see the acceptance phase of western architectural culture according to differential acceptance mind of acceptance main-body based on characteristic culturalization of three countries. Conclusively, in the point of view of western architectural culture acceptance phase, it could be said that Korean church architecture had characterized as a blending phase of the two eclectic architectural culture. And in the case of china, as a coexistance phase of the two architectural culture with more western style-oriented. On the other hand, Japanese church architecture had characterized as a syncretism phase of the both traditional and western architectural culture, though it is eclectic style-oriented. Therefore, it is thought that different acceptance mind of western culture had main factors caused of differential acceptance phase, when the two architectural culture, the traditional and the western, encounters.

Chuneunja(天隱子) was publication that described the life nurturing(養生) of Taoism, consisted of 8 chapters. It was comparative primary writing and contained important contents in related to the life nurturing of Taoism. It belonged to the life nurturing of Taoism that influenced by Confucianism and Buddhism. It emphasized on the practical and rational thought that mastered morality by performing gradually. It showed the concrete asceticism method like to the basic regimen training of Taoism, for example mind control(調心), flesh control(調身), breath control(調息), conduction exercise(導引), raping teeth (叩齒法) and swallowing saliva(嚥津法). Oriental traditional regimen focused on realizing balanced human character by practicing human mind and body. It may show the direction to modern person that are troubled with harmful effect of modern civilization. If we throw away superstitious and unreal part in the traditional regimen and apply regimen in one's life, we may consider that regimen contribute to human health. Therefore, we require clear understanding for the classic data inherited from predecessors.

Objective One of the areas of social cognition is Theory of Mind (ToM) is defined as the capacity to interpret, infer and explain mental states underlying the behavior of others. When social cognition studies on neurodevelopmental disorders are examined, it can be seen that this skill has not been studied sufficiently in children with Specific Learning Disorder (SLD). Methods In this study, social cognition skills in children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), SLD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluated before puberty and compared with controls. To evaluate the ToM skills, the first and second-order false belief tasks, the Hinting Task, the Faux Pas Test and the Reading the Mind in the Eyes Task were used. Results We found that children with neurodevelopmental disorders as ADHD, ASD, and SLD had ToM deficits independent of intelligence and language development. There was a significant correlation between social cognition deficits and problems experienced in many areas such as social communication and interaction, attention, behavior, and learning. Conclusion Social cognition is an important area of impairment in SLD and there is a strong relationship between clinical symptoms and impaired functionality.

This thesis is in focus on keeping int'l businessman in mind application of CISG to perform smoothly in the their oversea's trade in accordance with taking effect on ratification of it from first, March, 2005. First of all, they have to keep in mind that it is possible to fall within the sphere of application of CISG of their contracts made between parties whose places of business are in different countries or although they have their places of business in different contracting states, if rules of private int'l law imply or express to the application of law of contracting state. Therefore in order to avoid confusion about whether apply or not, it is necessary to customize application of CISG as a proper law of their contracts. If so, they can avoid problem of requirements as to forms and any other requirement as to forms. Secondly they must attend the use of the legislative history of CISG and the use of the int'l case law and various scholarly thesises that studied on CISG such as information of Institute of Int'l Commercial Law under School of Law, PACE University. If so, problems which can give a rise in connection with interpretation of a basic and important terminology of CISG will be successfully conquest. In addition to above mentioned attentiveness, they must keeping in mind that various problems in connection with application of provisions of CISG can give their oversea's business a obstacle. buy the way of precaution against this case, they have to collect and analyze various materials about CISG.

Notch signaling is a key regulator of neuronal fate during embryonic development, but its function in the adult brain is still largely unknown. Mind bomb-2 (Mib2) is an essential positive regulator of the Notch pathway, which acts in the Notch signal-sending cells. Therefore, genetic deletion of Mib2 in the mouse brain might help understand Notch signaling-mediated cell-cell interactions between neurons and their physiological function. Here we show that deletion of Mib2 in the mouse brain results in impaired hippocampal spatial memory and contextual fear memory. Accordingly, we found impaired hippocampal synaptic plasticity in Mib2 knock-out (KO) mice; however, basal synaptic transmission did not change at the Schaffer collateral-CA1 synapses. Using western blot analysis, we found that the level of cleaved Notch1 was lower in Mib2 KO mice than in wild type (WT) littermates after mild foot shock. Taken together, these data suggest that Mib2 plays a critical role in synaptic plasticity and spatial memory through the Notch signaling pathway.

This thesis analyzes the Chapter "Hoyeonjigi(浩然之氣)" of Mencius(孟子), using text linguistics theory and reading theory of Korean. In this process the model of macro-structure #1∼5 are presented, according to Vandijk′s rules of macro-structure; Auslassen, Selektierne, Generalisieren, Konstruieren odor Integrieren. As a result, this certifies; First, macro-structure could make arbitrarily a several steps of macro-structure by types of text or purpose of analysis. Second, macro-structure applies various cognitive mechanisms of outer world as well as inner world. Third, a text with profound symbolism could be figured as a two-or threefolded symbolic structure. At the same time, macro-structure enables the clearer analysis of the content of the Chapter to verify the following; first, Hoyeinjigi itself is the best measure of developing "Imperturbable Mind(不動心)" Second, benevolence-righteousness(仁義) and wisdom(智) would be reached by cultivating Hoyeonjigi. Third, Mencius′ own view of language is well expressed in "Jieon(知言)", which is not only a condition for Imperturbable Mind, but also the Oriental view of language focused especially on listening in terms of language usage, not language analysis. This Mencius′ view of language has a thread connection with that of Oriental′s.
