Antigenic types of 114 Salmonella pullorum and 152 Salmonella gallinarum field isolates were evaluated. All 3 antigenic types were identified among field isolates of S pullorum by factor-serum analysis but the majority of them were standard type(90.4%). Of the 114 S pullorum isolates, only eight(7.0%) were intermediate type and 3(2.6%) were variant type. Using the ammonium sulfate precipitation(ASP) test, one-hundred and three(90.4%) S pullorum isolates were standard type, while intermediate and variant types were 8.4% and 1.4%, respectively. One-hundred and fifty-two S gallinarum isolates were identified as standard type by ASP test and serological analysis. According to the random amplified polymorphisms of DNA(RAPD) patterns, most of S pullorum isolates were differentiated with 3 types in their fragment-patterns. No correlations were found between SDS-PAGE profiles and antigenic types of S pullorum isolates.

Objective: There are many meditation methods used in clinical field. But the effect of meditation may be different to people's mind, and meditation itself. Now we investigate this subject with two different meditation methods which has been analyzed by heart rate variability. Method: We tried to check people's heart rate who educated meditation, before educated and during the meditation. The meditation was educated differently for each group. One is the auto genes traning, and the other is the imaginary meditation by thinking about eating and smelling favorite fruits. All of them are used to oriental psychiatry clinic patients. And we simultaneously conduct people's emotional state by SCL-90-R. Result: The result in Autogene traning group has significant difference in total power and HRV-index score between before and during the training but in imaginary meditation group has no significance: Autogene traning group has a significance in low frequency score and has increased tendency with increasing tendency of Heart rate index and Total power. Through the SCL-90-R score, the higher depression t-score, the anxiety t-score, and the hostility score is, the HRV scores such as total power, low frequency, and HRV-index much increase. and so on. Conclusion: We can guess that the Autogenes training has more significant effect than the imaginary meditation. And we can also guess that as the emotional problem is getting more severe, the effect of meditation would be much better. And we finally suggest that we should make a standard guideline of imaginary meditation, cause the imaginary meditation has so many variation.

송신 신호를 알지 못하는 경우에 대해 그린 함수는 간단한 배열 신호 처리 기반의 음선 기반 블라인드 디컨볼루션을 이용해 추정될 수 있다. 근거리 천해 환경에서의 음선 기반 블라인드 디컨볼루션은 선행 연구들에 의해 시뮬레이션 및 데이터를 기반으로 검증되었다. 본 논문에서는 30 km부터 90 km까지의 장거리 심해(1,000 m 이상의 깊이) 환경에서의 음선 기반 블라인드 디컨볼루션 기법의 가능성을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 포항 동방 해역에서 수행된 해상실험을 활용하였으며, 데이터 결과는 16개 수신기로 구성된 42 m 길이의 수직 선 배열 센서를 통해 수신된 통신 신호(2.2 kHz ~ 2.9 kHz) 의 그린 함수 추정을 입증하기 위해 도시하였다. 분석 결과로부터 정합 필터와 음선 기반 블라인드 디컨볼루션으로 추정한 그린 함수가 유사함을 확인하였다. 또한, 음선 기반 블라인드 디컨볼루션을 이용하여 최대 90 km 거리의 장거리 통신 신호의 성능 분석 결과를 제시하였다.

Polycaprolactone (PCL)과 열가소성 전분(thermoplastic starch (TPS))을 이용하여 여러 조성의 블렌드를 제조하였다. PCL/TPS 조성을 90/10, 80/20, 70/30, 60/40, 50/50, 40/60, 30/70, 20/80, 10/90으로 조절한 블렌드의 기계적 물성, 열적 특성, 흡습성, 퇴비화법에 의한 생분해도, 표면 형상 등을 측정, 분석하였다. 인장강도와 신장률은 TPS 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였으나, 탄성률은 TPS의 함량이 30%까지 증가하였다. TPS는 23$^{\circ}C$와 126$^{\circ}C$에서 2개의 유리전이온도(T$_{g}$ )를 의였으며, 결정의 용융점 (T$_{m}$ )을 나타내는 흡열 곡선은 보이지 않는 것으로 보아 열가소성 전분은 무정형 고분자임을 알 수 있었다. PCL/TPS 블렌드의 T$_{g}$ 와 T$_{m}$ 변화는 PCL과 TPS 사이의 상용성은 없는 것으로 나타났지만, 블렌드 필름의 파단면 형상을 보여주는 전자현미경 사진은 PCL과 TPS는 서로 상분리가 일어나지만 기계적 상용성은 있는 것으로 나타났다. 45일간의 생분해 실험에서 PCL의 생분해도는 44%였고 PCL/TPS 블렌드의 생분해도는 TPS의 함량이 증가함에 따라 생분해도가 증가하였다.

본 논문에서는 Tsai-Wu 파손이론을 적용하여 복합재료 자전거 프레임의 경량화를 위한 강도설계에 대하여 연구하였다. 설계에 있어서 자전거 프레임의 경량화는 중요한 문제이며, 동시에 요구 강도를 만족시켜야 한다. 하중조건으로 유럽표준위원회의 EN14764 규격에 의거하여 페달, 수직, 레벨 하중조건을 적용하였다. 복합재료는 이방성을 가지므로 적절한 적층수 및 적층 순서를 결정하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 $[0]_{8n}$, $[90]_{8n}$, $[0/90]_{2ns}$, $[{\pm}45]_{2ns}$, $[0/{\pm}45/90]_{ns}$ 의 적층에 대하여 적층수를 변화시켜가며(n=1,2,3,4) 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과로부터 하중 조건에 따른 자전거 프레임의 취약부와 취약적층을 확인하였고, $[0/{\pm}45/90]_{3s}$ 이 가장 적절한 적층각 모델임을 제안하였다.

대구지역에 분포하는 고유이방성 셰일(shale)의 점재하지수 및 일축․압축강도 특성을 평가하기 위한 일련의 실험실 시험을 수행하였다. 또한 시험시편의 크기효과 및 형태효과를 조사하기 위하여 축방향 및 직경방향으로 점재하지수를 측정하였다. 일반적으로 직경방향의 점재하지수는 길이/직경(L/D)비가 대략 1.0 이상일때 일정한 값을 보이고 축방향 점재하 시험 결과 L/D비의 증가에 따라 평균 점재하지수가 약간 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 L/D비가 1.0 이상이면 corner파괴가 발생하였다. 최소의 점재하지수는 층리면이 연직과 이루는 각 ($\beta$)이 $15^{\circ}{\sim}30^{\circ}$에서 나타났고 ${\beta}=30^{\circ}$에서 최소의 일축압축강도가 얻어졌다. $\beta$ 값의 범위가 $0^{\circ}{\sim}90^{\circ}$인 시편의 점재하지수와 일축압축강도를 측정하여 이들의 상호관계를 회귀분석하였다. 층리면을 $0^{\circ}$에서 $90^{\circ}$까지 변화시키면서 측정한 점재하지수는 일축압축강도와 선형적인 관계인 ${\sigma}_c=25.0 I_{s(50)}$로 나타났다. 한편, 층리각($\beta$)를 90${^{\circ}}$로 고정시킨 상태에서의 이들의 상관성은 ${\sigma}_c=14.4 I_{s(50)}$로 나타났는데, 이는 ISRM(1985)에서 추천하는 층리가 없는 무결암 시료에 대한 일반적인 상관성, ${\sigma}_c=22 I_{s(50)}$과는 많은 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 일축압축강도의 이방성 모형은 기존의 Ramamurthy(1993)이론에 지수 'n'을 도입하여 n= 3을 적용 했을때 측정결과와 잘 부합되는 결과를 얻었다.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate homology between the Popular music and Fashion of youthful subculture and how the image of popular music have influenced on the 90's fashion. As the result, Korean youthful subculture analized to be different from western youthful subculture. In western countries, the style of youthful subculture groups spread to tricle up as developed themselves but represented tricle down phenomenon in Korea. Because life con-dition of Korean Youthful was different from westerns in everything. The Image of popular music have an influenced on the 90's fashion, it is be classified into the Jazz image, the Country & Western image, the Rock image, and Hip-Hop, Ragge image. 1. The jazz image from Jazz music has come back dandism of the nostalgia mood and intro-duce ethnic sense into fashion. 2. The Country & Western image is reflected in fashion of accessories details, materials and Coordination item. 3. The rock image from Acid Rock and Punk Rock effected the advent of hippie mood fashion, ethnic, ecology, new unisex fashion and Punk fashion trend. 4. The hip-hop, raggae image from Rap and Raggae music showed on fashion of primitive mood's naturism, Sports wear's generalization and dualism. After the 90th, youthful fashion of new gener-ation may be infered constantly on the move toward $\ulcorner Fashion democracy \lrcorner$formation.

I describe here a novel and promising approach to drug discovery that involves the identification and assembly of drug-like fragments to afford lead compounds. This approach is attractive for a number of reasons. First, the productive assembly of two weakly bound fragments, even fragments with independent dissociation constants in the low mM range, can potentially afford ligands with sub-micromolar affinities for their targets. CCAP법을 이용하였을 때 SAM에서 taurine의 뇌 분포용적은 정상생쥐보다 85 % 감소하였다. 그리고 10, 15, 30초 동안의 뇌 분포용적은 linear regression을 나타내었다. 또한 intravenous injection technique의 결과, SAMP8에서의 sucrose space가 정상생쥐에 비하여 감소하였음을 알 수 있었다. 반면에 choline의 경우는 정상생쥐보다 SAMP8의 뇌분포용적이 73% 증가하였다.
