The Analysis of Fashion Trend Cycle using Big Data (패션 트렌드의 주기적 순환성에 관한 빅데이터 융합 분석)

  • In this paper, big data analysis was conducted for past and present fashion trends and fashion cycle. We focused on daily look for ordinary people instead of the fashion professionals and fashion show. Using the social matrix tool, Textom, we performed frequency analysis, N-gram analysis, network analysis and structural equivalence analysis on the big data containing fashion trends and cycles. The results are as follows. First, this study extracted the major key words related to fashion trends for the daily look from the past(1980s, 1990s) and the present(2019 and 2020). Second, the frequence analysis and N-gram analysis showed that the fashion cycle has shorten to 30-40 years. Third, the structural equivalence analysis found the four representative clusters. The past four clusters are jean, retro codi, athleisure look, celebrity retro and the present clusters are retro, newtro, lady chic, retro futurism. Fourth, through the network analysis and N-gram analysis, it turned out that the past fashion is reproduced and evolves to the current fashion with certain reasoning.

An Analysis on Media Trends in Public Agency for Social Service Applying Text Mining (텍스트 마이닝을 적용한 사회서비스원 언론보도기사 분석)

  • This study tried to empirically explore which issues related to the social service agency for public(as below SSA), that is, social perceptions were formed, by using mess media related to the SSA. This study is meaningful in that it identifies the overall social perception and trend of SSA through public opinion. In order to extract media trend data, the search used the big data analysis system, Textom, to collect data from the representative portals Naver News and Daum News. The collected texts were 1,299 in 2020 and 1,410 in 2021, for a total of 2,709. As a result of the analysis, first, the most derived words in relation to the frequency of text appearance were 'SSA', 'establishment', and 'operation'. Second, as a result of the N-gram analysis, the pairs of words directly related to the SSA 'SSA and public', 'SSA and opening', 'SSA and launch', and 'SSA and Department Director', 'SSA and Staff', 'SSA and Caregiver' etc. Third, in the results of TF-IDF analysis and word network analysis, similar to the word occurrence frequency and N-gram results, 'establishment', 'operation', 'public', 'launch', 'provided', 'opened', ' 'Holding' and 'Care' were derived. Based on the above analysis results, it was suggested to strengthen the emergency care support group, to commercialize it in detail, and to stabilize jobs.

  • In this study, we tried to confirm the characteristics of books published on the topic of international cooperation, what kind of international cooperation-related research is being conducted through this book, and what are the main contents of international cooperation. In order to achieve this research purpose, we conducted data construction, statistical analysis, and text mining based on textom in international research cooperation at home and abroad. As a result of the study, it can be seen that there has been a particularly high interest in international research and international cooperation since the 2010s. Through this, it was found that he is interested in development, economy, technology, development, region, and relations and wants to promote development. In addition, topics such as environment, trade, education, and society appeared, and interest in international research cooperation centered on environment, trade, and education was high, was found to have a high influence on society as a whole. Through this study, we find the research significance in that it can serve as a basic research to confirm the characteristics of some national and public research institutes participating in international research cooperation, and that it confirms the trend of participating in international research cooperation in a relatively specific type of institution. can see.

An Analysis of the Experience of Visitors of Fishing Experience Recreation Village Using Big Data - A Focus on Baekmi Village in Hwaseong-si and Susan Village in Yangyang-gun - (빅데이터를 활용한 어촌체험휴양마을 방문객의 경험분석 - 화성시 백미리와 양양군 수산리 어촌체험휴양마을을 대상으로 -)

  • This study used big data to analyze visitors' experiences in Fishing Experience Recreation Village. Through the portal site posting data for the past six years, the experience of visiting Fishing Experience Villages in Baekmi and Susan was analyzed. The analysis method used Text mining and Social Network Analysis which are Big data analysis techniques. Data was collected using Textom, and experience keywords were extracted by analyzing the frequency and importance of experience texts. Afterwards, the characteristics of the experience of visiting the Fishing Experience Village were identified through the analysis of the interaction between the experience keywords using 'U cinet 6.0' and 'NetDraw'. First, through TF and TF-IDF values, keywords such as "Gungpyeong Port", "Susan Port", and "Yacht Marina" that refer to the name of the port and the port facilities appeared at the top. This is interpreted as the name of the port has the greatest impact on the recognition of the Fishing Experience Villages, and visitors showed a lot of interest in the port facilities. Second, focusing on the unique elements of port facilities and fishing villages such as "mud flat experience", "fishing village experience", "Gungpyeong port", "Susan port", "yacht marina", and "beach" through the values of degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality interpreted as having an interaction with various experiences. Third, through the CONCOR analysis, it was confirmed that the visitor's experience was focused on the dynamic behavior, the experience program had the greatest influence on the experience of the visitor, and that the experience of the static and the dynamic behavior was relatively balanced. In conclusion, the experience of visitors in the Fishing Experience Villages is most affected by the environment of the fishing village such as the tidal flats and the coast and the fishing village experience program conducted at the fishing port facilities. In particular, it was found that fishing port facilities such as ports and marinas had a high influence on the awareness of the Fishing Experience Villages. Therefore, it is important to actively utilize the scenery and environment unique to fishing villages in order to revitalize the Fishing Experience Villages experience and improve the quality of the visitor experience. This study is significant in that it studied visitors' experiences in fishing village recreation villages using big data and derived the connection between fishing village and fishing village infrastructure in fishing village experience tourism.

Study on the Viewers' Perception of Investigative Journalism Before and After Pandemic Using Big Data (빅데이터를 활용한 팬데믹 전후 탐사보도프로그램에 대한 시청자 인식연구)

  • This paper analyzes viewers' perception of investigative journalism before and after COVID-19, and examines the direction of investigative journalism using big data. Based on the previous research set as a social science model, the relationship between words related to big data TV current affairs programs and investigative journalism in this paper was investigated before and after the appearance of COVID-19. We visualized changes in viewers' perception of investigative journalism by analyzing text data obtained through the use of Textom, with TV current affairs programs and investigative journalism as keywords. Data was collected from 2017 to June 2022 and refined for analysis. We visualized connectivity centrality using Ucinet 6.0 and Netdraw, and clustered the number of keywords and their frequency using Concor analysis. Our study found a clear change in viewer perception before and after the pandemic. As an implication of this thesis, big data analysis was conducted with the investigative journalism as the main keyword, and the direction of the investigative journalism was presented based on the analysis. Furthermore, based on previous research, we suggest effective approaches for investigative journalism after the pandemic to better engage viewers.

What Concerns Does ChatGPT Raise for Us?: An Analysis Centered on CTM (Correlated Topic Modeling) of YouTube Video News Comments (ChatGPT는 우리에게 어떤 우려를 초래하는가?: 유튜브 영상 뉴스 댓글의 CTM(Correlated Topic Modeling) 분석을 중심으로)

  • This study aimed to examine public concerns in South Korea considering the country's unique context, triggered by the advent of generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT. To achieve this, comments from 102 YouTube video news related to ethical issues were collected using a Python scraper, and morphological analysis and preprocessing were carried out using Textom on 15,735 comments. These comments were then analyzed using a Correlated Topic Model (CTM). The analysis identified six primary topics within the comments: "Legal and Ethical Considerations"; "Intellectual Property and Technology"; "Technological Advancement and the Future of Humanity"; "Potential of AI in Information Processing"; "Emotional Intelligence and Ethical Regulations in AI"; and "Human Imitation."Structuring these topics based on a correlation coefficient value of over 10% revealed 3 main categories: "Legal and Ethical Considerations"; "Issues Related to Data Generation by ChatGPT (Intellectual Property and Technology, Potential of AI in Information Processing, and Human Imitation)"; and "Fear for the Future of Humanity (Technological Advancement and the Future of Humanity, Emotional Intelligence, and Ethical Regulations in AI)."The study confirmed the coexistence of various concerns along with the growing interest in generative AI like ChatGPT, including worries specific to the historical and social context of South Korea. These findings suggest the need for national-level efforts to ensure data fairness.

A Study on the Perception of Pit and Fissure Sealant using Unstructured Big Data (비정형 빅데이터를 이용한 치면열구전색(치아홈메우기)에 대한 인식분석)

  • Background: This study aimed to explore the overall perception of pit and fissure sealants and suggest methods to revitalize their current stagnation. Methods: To determine the social perception of the change in coverage policy for pit and fissure sealants, we categorized them into five time periods. The first period (December 1, 2009 to November 30, 2010), the second period (December 1, 2010 to September 30, 2012), the third period (October 1, 2012 to May 5, 2013), the fourth period (May 6, 2013 to September 30, 2017), and the fifth period (October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2022). We utilized text mining, an unstructured big data analysis method. Keywords were collected and analyzed using Textom, and the frequency analysis of the top 30 keywords, structural features of the semantic network, centrality analysis, QAP correlation analysis, and co-occurrence analysis were conducted. Results: The frequency analysis showed that the top keywords for each time period were 'Cavities', 'Treatment', and 'Children'. In the structural features of the semantic network of pit and fissure sealants by time period, the density index was found to be around 1.00 for all time periods. The QAP correlation analysis showed the highest correlation between the first and second periods and the fourth and fifth periods with a correlation coefficient of 0.834. The co-occurrence analysis showed that 'cavities' and 'prevention were the top two words across all time periods. Conclusion: This study showed that pit and fissure sealants are well accepted by the society as a preventive treatment for caries. However, the awareness of health education related to these sealants was found to be low. Efforts to revitalize stagnant pit and fissure sealants need to be strengthened with effective education.
