이 연구에서는 도서관의 주요 장서에 해당하는 단행본 도서에 대한 자동 분류를 적용가능한지 알아보고자 하였다. 분류자질로 메타데이터인 서명, 목차, 책 소개를 사용하였으며, 다양한 자질 가중치를 적용하여 581건의 단행본 도서를 통해 kNN 분류기의 분류성능을 파악하였다. 실험 결과 이들 메타데이터를 모두 사용하였을 때 가장 좋은 분류성능을 가져왔으며, 실험문헌집단의 규모가 작은 한계가 있지만 로그 TF를 취한 가중치 방법이 좋은 성능을 가져왔다.

'Delirious New York(1978)' of Rem Koolhaas is not only a historical book but a double code text writing the history of Manhattan in parallel to surrealism. Throughout this book, the surrealist terminologies such as unconsciousness, desire, paranoid, automatism, cadavre exquis etc, are widely used to explain the urban phenomena and buildings of Manhattan. Among these methods, in the fifth chapter, Paranoid critical method(PCM) invented by Salvador Deli, is explained in detail and adapted to Corbusier's project and other architects of Manhattan. Koolhaas connect PCM to the conceptual transposition and draft in architectural thinking. This thesis is to analyse the terms and methods of surrealism and how these methods are used to explain the urban phenomenon of Manhattan in 'Delirious New York'.

The purpose of this study is in making a important way for in-service training of science teacthers. So the study was carried out to analyze the text books of in-service training school in Gyeongnam, Kyungpook, Junpook province and Pusan city and to survey teacher's opinion by questonnaires collected from teachers in Gyeongnam province. The result abtained are as follows : 1. The contents of. tire text books for in-service training course have very critical defference at each province. 2. Most of teachers wanted to get more updating information of the science and more comprehensive knowledge of higher level' of science subject. 3. In order to obtain comprehensive basic concept, develop of inquiry ability, and promote of scientific attitude, the thinking experiment which is selected to experimental subjects of secondary school are need to be selected. 4. The new text-book model for in-service training course should be developed, and the finnancial support will be required to develop such a text.

Ji Cheng's great work on garden design, the 'Yuanye'(Craft of garden), written in 1631 and originally published in 1634 is the first surviving manual on landscape gardening in the Chinese tradition. This study aims at investigating not only Ji Cheng's life, achievements companionship and design activities, but also the xylographic copies, literary style, and framework of Yuanye in their historical context in order to provide the bases for further study, Ji Cheng was exellent in poetry and painting. And he constructed Dongdiyuan in Changzhou around 1623, Wuyuan in Yiaheng in 1631, and Yingyuan in Yangzhou around 1634 But no poems, paintings, and gardens designed by hi shill exist Therefore his design phi philosophy is able to be interpreted only by his work, Yuanye. After publishing, Yuanye fell into obscurity for several centuries in Chlna. It was redescovered and reprinted for the first time in 1931. Yuanye is composed of prefaces and main text The main text is divided into 'the Theory of Construction' and 'on Gardens', and the latter also into 10 sections. In this text Ji Cheng explains the aesthetic principles underlying garden design and the appropriate emotional response to various efftcts Especially, he emphasizes the importance of basin the garden design on the taxi ting nature and features of landscape and making use of natural scenery. The literary style of the book is highly mannered, and there are so many poetic descriptions and Ji Cheng's native Jiangsu dialects. So the translation of the original text is very difficult After this, the major design concepts of Ji Cheng's landscape gardening theory and whole network of these concepts have to be studied.

Objectives :This paper analyzes the newly discovered manuscripts of the Sanghanjijangdo(傷寒指掌圖). A bibliographic study was carried out to examine the contents and the background of publication. Methods : First, a bibliographical analysis of the Joseon text was conducted. Next, the contents of the composition were compared with the Yuanand early Ming publications of China. Results : 1. The Joseon publication was published based on the original publication from the Yuan period. The Sanghanjijangdo has been cited in several medical texts from early Joseon such as the Euibangyuchwi and Hyangyakjipseongbang. 3. The background for publication of the Sanghanjijangdo is as following. First, it is an introductory text for beginners of Shanghan[cold damage] studies. Second, its contents do not conflict with the specialized Shanghan text that was used as the textbook for the royal physician examination. Third, it contains many Shanghan formulas that could be composed of domestic drugs only. Conclusions : The Sanghanjijangdo could be described as an introductory text for beginners of Shanghan studies that contributed to the expansion of the base of Shanghan studies in 15c mid-Joseon. Publication of this book clearly shows that Shanghan studies in early Joseon was practiced within the scopes of practicality and localization of medicinals.

Purpose: This study is a quantitative study and analyzes the effect of evaluating the extreme and usefulness of product reviews on sales performance by using text mining techniques based on product review big data. We investigate whether the perceived helpfulness of product reviews serves as a mediating factor in the impact of product review extremity on sales performance. Research design, data and methodology: The analysis emphasizes customer interaction factors associated with both product review helpfulness and sales performance. Out of the 8.26 million Amazon product reviews in the book category collected by He & McAuley (2016), text mining using natural language processing methodology was performed on 300,000 product reviews, and the hypothesis was verified through hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The extremity of product reviews exhibited a negative impact on the evaluation of helpfulness. And the helpfulness played a mediating role between the extremity of product reviews and sales performance. Conclusion: Increased inclusion of extreme content in the product review's text correlates with a diminished evaluation of helpfulness. The evaluation of helpfulness exerts a negative mediating effect on sales performance. This study offers empirical insights for digital market distributors and sellers, contributing to the research field related to product reviews based on review ratings.

Children's Picture Book is the literature with which children face for the first time as a form of close harmony between text and picture. The picture book shows what is happening and also what may happen mn the children's surroundings and takes great Influence on their creativity, thinking ability, emotion, and Intellectual ability by delivering affluent story through the pictures. The color expressed in the children's picture book is as much important as other formative elements such as shape and texture, and the expression of color on the basis of color emotion is much more Important In that It appeals to the children's feeling. The color which is expressed through the illustration of children's picture book conveys distinctly the motion and feeling of characters who are expressed un the picture book as well as distinction of theme and background and expresses persuasively the whole process of plot and atmosphere so that it might convey various emotions such as delight, sorrow, pleasure, wonder, and fear to children. This thesis alms at analyzing various effects of color contrast, process of color, hue variation, and use of color according to the atmosphere of each cut and the process of plot by selecting the children's picture books which were published abroad and home on the basis of color concept, emotion, and image association which children feel In order to Investigate and analyze the symbolism of color and emotional effect expressed through the illustration of children's picture book, and presenting a direction of color use to produce high-level children's picture book with illustrators individuality and artistry.

This paper aims to implement a topic modeling technique for extracting the topics of online discussions among library professionals in India. Topic modeling is the established text mining technique popularly used for modeling text data from Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, and other social media platforms. The present study modeled the online discussions of Library and Information Science (LIS) professionals posted on Lis Links. The text data of these posts was extracted using a program written in R using the package "rvest." The data was pre-processed to remove blank posts, posts having text in non-English fonts, punctuation, URLs, emails, etc. Topic modeling with the Latent Dirichlet Allocation algorithm was applied to the pre-processed corpus to identify each topic associated with the posts. The frequency analysis of the occurrence of words in the text corpus was calculated. The results found that the most frequent words included: library, information, university, librarian, book, professional, science, research, paper, question, answer, and management. This shows that the LIS professionals actively discussed exams, research, and library operations on the forum of Lis Links. The study categorized the online discussions on Lis Links into ten topics, i.e. "LIS Recruitment," "LIS Issues," "Other Discussion," "LIS Education," "LIS Research," "LIS Exams," "General Information related to Library," "LIS Admission," "Library and Professional Activities," and "Information Communication Technology (ICT)." It was found that the majority of the posts belonged to "LIS Exam," followed by "Other Discussions" and "General Information related to the Library."

This research is the case study on the course of 'Masterpiece Reading & Fine Composition Writing' in Ewha Waman's University which opens this class as a intensified writing course. In this course, part in the book of "Zhuangzi" is selected as the reading text. This research targets at highlighting the characteristics and effectiveness which appears in when the class choose the classics of Orient as writing text. This research divides the student's performance into two steps. Understanding stage and Evaluation stage. In Understanding stage, the student read part in the book of "Zhuangzi", write a discussion paper and discuss on, and in Evaluation stage, the student write the essay, depending on their previous performance in Understanding stage. This research discusses on each stage's characteristics, and analyzes the effectiveness of each ones. Especially, in the stage of Evaluation this research focuses on the relative view in perception of outside, finding self-introspection factor, and accommodating communication message. By connecting "Zhuangzi" and writing, this research tries to rediscover the era of the variety and its value, suggest the meaning of self-consciousness, and finally draw out the significance of open thought and creative writing. This research suggests on the meaningness of a modern reinterpretation on the classics and also provides the example of instructive usage of the classical text.

This study conducted analysis on forms and contents of Story of Insects (Gonchung Iyagi) and About Insects (Gonchung-gi), writings of biologist Jo Bok-seong published in 1948 to examine characteristics of two books and compare them. Story of Insects was made in the form of front cover-title page-foreword-table of contents-main text-copyright clause-advertisement-back cover, with the book size being A5 format. Contents of the book were divided into nine groups according to the characteristics of 65 species insects, to describe their characteristics. While, About Insects was made in the form of cover-title page-foreword-table of contents-main text-copyright clause-publication message of Eulyoo Mungo-advertisement-back cover, with the book size of A6 format. Contents of the book were divided into the author's own 11 groups according to the characteristics of 56 species insects, to describe their characteristics. About Insects being Eulyoo Publishing Co. and Story of Insects being Association of Joseon Children's Culture (abbreviated as Ahyeop) - sister company of Eulyoo Publishing Co. - but with the same basis.
