기기 중성자방사화분석을 이용한 대기 중 PM2.5 내 Arsenic 농도 분석의 측정 불확도 (Measurement Uncertainty of Arsenic Concentration in Ambient PM2.5 Determined by Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 대기 중 PM2.5의 미량금속 중 As을 중성자방사화분석법을 이용하여 분석할 때 발생되는 측정불확도를 ISO GUM 방법과 MCS 방법을 모두 적용하여 비교, 평가하였다. 불확도의 요인은 ISO GUM을 엄격하게 준용하여 파악하였으며 특정일에 채취된 PM2.5 내 As 농도에 대해 두 방법의 계산 결과가 4% 미만으로 크게 다르지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구기간 중 채취된 총 60개의 PM2.5 시료에 대해 As 농도의 확장불확도를 역시 MCS 방법을 이용하여 산출하였는데, 연구지역에서의 As의 개별 농도값에 대한 95% 신뢰구간의 확장불확도는 대부분 10%의 범위에서 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 확장불확도에 대한 표준불확도 요인의 기여율은 계측통계오차(62.3%), 검출효율(18.5%), 시료 채취 시 유량(12.3%), flux 변동(2.3%), 특정감마선 방출률(1.8%) 등의 순으로 크게 나타났다.

  • Because of the development of digital technology, modern digital instrumentation & control systems are being innovativly developed in industrial plants. Whereas, many analog systems are still being used in nuclear plants, because of the demerits of digital equipment. As known, the demerits of digital equipment are the uncertainty and weaknesses in ambient environments such as smoke & electromagnetic interference In an Integral Reactor, a digital I&C system will be composed of microprocessor, memory and network card. Designers will apply new technique for digital equipment. Thus, it is important for digital I&C systems to operate according to designed functions & performance in the ambient environments during a life cycle. Digital I&C systems should have tolerance in such environments and environment qualification should be concluded To acquire electromagnetic interference qualification of digital equipment, this paper suggests an EMI test requirement. Designers should consider the electromagnetic compatibility and test digital equipment according to each test procedure. This paper involves an EMI test requirement and the results analysis of EUT(Equipment Under Test). Test result analysis will be used as electromagnetic compatibility design guides for Integral Reactor I&C systems.

왕수분해와 결합한 자동분석법의 토양 중 불소시험 유효성 연구 (The Validation Study of Auto Anlysis Method Combined with Aqua Regia Digestion for Fluorine of Soil)

  • The purpose of this research is to check the validation of an auto-analysis method combined with aqua regia digestion apparatus for improvement of water distillation method used as a fluorine test of soil. Fluorine contents of CaO used in the pretreatment course of water distillation method were 120 mg/kg ~ 5,064 mg/kg at the blank test, which was exceeded up to maximum 12.5 times of the soil standard, so it was estimated due to a effect of fluorine existing as impurities of CaO. The recovery test of the same samples indicated that water distillation method and auto-analysis method were 134.5mg/kg and 161.7mg/kg respectively, the recovery ratio of the latter was 16.8% higher than the formal. The validation test of two methods satisfied the standard, but auto analysis method was excellent more than distillation method. Also, auto analysis method could save a analysis time up to maximum 4.7 times by comparison with water distillation method.

풍동시험에서 사용하는 시험지지부의 동특성 해석용 툴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Tool for Dynamic Analysis of the Test Support system using Wind Tunnel Testing)

  • This paper is described the program algorithm which can easily estimate dynamics of test support system by using mathematica tool based on the finite element method. We can determine the geometry, dimensions of the test support system, through tool stated in this paper for a certain test conditions. As a result of computer simulation and manufactured test support system's experiment in oder to verify suggested program, the dynamics of the test support system was well correspondent each other.

혈액투석환자의 질병 불확실성, 우울, 생리지표와 기본심리욕구와의 관계 (The relationship between of Uncertainty, Depression, Physiologic Index and Basic Psychological Need of Hemodialysis Patients)

  • 본 연구는 혈액투석환자의 질병 불확실성, 우울, 생리적 지표와 기본심리욕구 와의 관계성을 파악하기 위한 연구로 연구대상자는 J도에 위치한 2 개의 대학부속병원과 2곳의 병원 투석센터에서 160명을 편의 추출하였다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 질문지를 이용한 일대일 설문조사와 의무기록 자료를 통한 생리지표를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0프로그램으로 t-test와 ANOVA, 다중회귀분석 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 기본심리욕구는 불확실성 (r=-.464, p<.001)과 우울증 (r=-422, p<.001) 사이에 음의 상관관계가, 기본심리욕구의 하위 요인인 관계성은 질병불확실성, 우울, 생리지표와 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 혈액투석환자의 기본심리욕구에 대하여 질병 불확실성(${\beta}=-.345$)과 우울(${\beta}=-.279$), 생리지표(${\beta}=-.117$)는 29%의 설명력을 보였다. 생리지표, 질병 불확실성 및 우울증은 혈액 투석 환자의 기본심리욕구에 영향을 주었습니다. 따라서 혈액투석환자의 불확실성을 인생관에 긍정적으로 통합시켜 삶을 재설정하고자 하는 심리적 지지와 자율성, 유능감, 관계성의 기본심리욕구 증진을 위한 간호전략과 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

국가환경시료은행 생태계 대표시료의 채취 및 분석 표준운영절차에 대한 단계별 측정불확도 평가 연구 (Evaluation of the Measurement Uncertainty from the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) of the National Environmental Specimen Bank)

  • 국가환경시료은행에서는 과거 환경 재현을 목적으로 다양한 생태계를 대표하는 시료를 채취 저장하고 있다. 지난 5년간 8종의 생태계 시료종이 엄격한 표준운영절차(SOP)에 따라 채취되어 왔으나 수행절차에 대한 비용효율성이나 시료의 대표성에 대한 논리적 통계적 검증은 이루어 진 바 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시료채취 및 분석과정으로 구성된 표준운영절차의 각 단계에서 비롯되는 불확도(uncertainty) 수준에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 표준운영절차에서 규정된 채취방법에 의해 채취된 두 지역의 침엽수 시료를 대상으로 중복시료(duplicate sample)를 채취하였고, 이에 대한 중복분석결과를 대칭설계(balanced design)하여 분산분석을 실시하였다. 시료채취 및 분석의 각 단계에서 산출된 불확도 수준은 각 해당지역 대표시료에 대한 측정불확도로 통합되었다. 그 결과 시료채취단계와 분석단계 중 측정불확도의 대부분은 시료채취단계에서 비롯되고 있음이 확인되었다. 또한 측정불확도 수준을 저감하기 위해서는 표준운영절차에서 규정하고 있는 시료채취방법이 개선되어야 하는데, 본 연구에서 확인된 채취지역의 상대적으로 큰 국지적 이질성(small-scale heterogeneity)으로 말미암아 지역내에서의 채취대상 개체수를 확대하는 것보다 각 개체에서 채취되는 시료량을 늘리는 것이 비용효율적인 개선에 대한 기준이 되었다. 또한 채취방법이 채취지역에서 분포하는 개체들의 이질성을 충분히 극복하며 대표성을 확보할 수 있는가에 대한 검증으로서 분산분석을 적용한 결과, 지역전체의 변화량보다 국지적 변화량이 더 커야 하는 조건을 제시할 수 있었다.

초기 유방암 환자의 심리사회적 적응 구조모형 (A Structural Model for Psychosocial Adjustment in Patients with Early Breast Cancer)

  • Purpose: This study was done to propose a structural model to explain and predict psychosocial adjustment in patients with early breast cancer and to test the model. The model was based on the Stress-Coping Model of Lazarus and Folkman (1984). Methods: Data were collected from February 18 to March 18, 2009. For data analysis, 198 data sets were analyzed using SPSS/WIN12 and AMOS 7.0 version. Results: Social support, uncertainty, symptom experience, and coping had statistically significant direct, indirect and total effects on psychosocial adjustment, and optimism had significant indirect and total effects on psychosocial adjustment. These variables explained 57% of total variance of the psychosocial adjustment in patients with early breast cancer. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate a need to enhance psychosocial adjustment of patients with early breast cancer by providing detailed structured information and various symptom alleviation programs to reduce perceived stresses such as uncertainty and symptom experience. They also suggest the need to establish support systems through participation of medical personnel and families in such programs, and to apply interventions strengthening coping methods to give the patients positive and optimistic beliefs.

혈액 투석 환자의 불확실성, 극복력, 간호사의 의사소통 유형이 자가간호에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Hemodialysis Patients' Uncertainty and Resilience and Nurse's Communication Style on Self-care)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of hemodialysis patients' uncertainty and resilience and the communication styles of nurses on the self-care of the patients and to improve their quality of life. Methods: The study was conducted from June 13 to July 12, 2019, with patients receiving hemodialysis more than three times a week at five medical institutions located in G metropolitan city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The factors influencing self-care were resilience (β=.43, p<.001) and marital status (β=.27, p=.001), which explained 30.8% of the variance. Conclusion: The resilience of hemodialysis patients was confirmed to be the main variable influencing self-care. Therefore, to improve the self-care of hemodialysis patients, it is considered that the development of interventions and programs to improve resilience is necessary.

Modelling land surface temperature using gamma test coupled wavelet neural network

  • The climate change has made adverse effects on land surface temperature for many regions of the world. Several climatic studies focused on different downscaling techniques for climatological parameters of different regions. For statistical downscaling of any hydrological parameters, conventional Neural Network Models were used in common. However, it seems that in any modeling study, uncertainty is a vital aspect when making any predictions about the performance. In this paper, Gamma Test is performed to determine the data length selection for training to minimize the uncertainty in model development. Another measure to improve the data quality and model development are wavelet transforms. Hence, Gamma Test with Wavelet decomposed Feedforward Neural Network (GT-WNN) model is developed and tested for downscaled land surface temperature of Patna Urban, Bihar. The results of GT-WNN model are compared with GT-FFNN and conventional Feedforward Neural Network (FFNN) model. The effectiveness of the developed models is illustrated by Root Mean Square Error and Coefficient of Correlation. Results showed that GT-WNN outperformed the GT-FFNN and conventional FFNN in downscaling the land surface temperature. The land surface temperature is forecasted for a period of 2015-2044 with GT-WNN model for Patna Urban in Bihar. In addition, the significance of the probable changes in the land surface temperature is also found through Mann-Kendall (M-K) Test for Summer, Winter, Monsoon and Post Monsoon seasons. Results showed an increasing surface temperature trend for summer and winter seasons and no significant trend for monsoon and post monsoon season over the study area for the period between 2015 and 2044. Overall, the M-K test analysis for the annual data shows an increasing trend in the land surface temperature of Patna Urban.

일사계 교정기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Calibration Techniques for Thermopile Pyranometer)

  • The major purpose of this paper is to develop an uncertainty estimate for the calibration of thermopile instruments used to measure solar radiation parameters. We briefly describe the solar radiation parameters most often measured, instrumentation, reference standards, and calibration techniques. The bulk of the paper describes elemental sources of error and their magnitude. We then apply a standard error analysis methodology to combine these elemental error estimates into a statement of total uncertainty for the instrument calibration factor. Our results allow one to evaluate the accuracy of a radiometric measurement using thermopile instrumentation in the light of the application, such as engineering test evaluation or for validation of theoretical models.
