In this paper, the technology of the conformance test for Broadcast Web Site Service (BWS) which is one of the data services of the T-DMB (Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) is proposed. First, the standard of the BWS Service is introduced and then the method of the conformance test of BWS bitstream and BWS receiver module is provided. A BWS bitstream analyzer is implemented for use in verifying the transmitted BWS bitstreams. To provide a means for the receiver manufactures to verify their own BWS receiver modules, a receiver test suite is developed including BWS test bitstreams and a BWS reference receiver module. The BWS bitstream analyzer includes the analysis function for the conformance test of MOT protocol, HTML, PNG, MNG, JPEG, and Ecma Script. Also, it was actually used for verifying the BWS test bitstreams. In the course of developing a HWS receiver module, 4he BWS receiver module under test can be verified by comparing the results of the BWS reference receiver module with those of the receiver module under test. when the same BWS test bitstreams are fed into the two receiver modules.

In this study, a test-bench for developing and verifying a 1- or 2-axis nanopositioner was manufactured. Using this test-bench, adesigned and manufactured flexure stage based on an analysis can configure nanopositioning systems. A breadboard and fixture were fabricated to be equipped with various types of mechanisms and sizes of stages. The test-bench has linear encoders for calibrating sensors and verifying the orthogonality and parasitic motion of 2-axis nested-type nanopositioners. The controller was developed using LabVIEW and a TI microcontroller. A case study that exemplified the test bench for developing a nanopositioner by senior undergraduate students is shown.

This test is verifying for influence of W/P ratio of investment upon dental prosthesis Firstly we made 40 MOD die and divide 4 groups, each group take 0.2 different w/p ratio grade such as 0.35, 0.37, 0.39 and 0.41. The method of data analysis applied were by ANOVA, Tukey test and Mann-Whiney and Kruskal Wallis test. The finding of this study were as follows : 1. The 0.37 w/p ratio group showed most accurte margin due to $15.8{\mu}m$ gap between margin and die which keep up with manufacture's instruction and 0.35 w/p ratio group was followed as second accuracy group o 새 $48.3{\mu}m$ gap between margin and die, 0.39 w/p ratio group showed $101{\mu}m$ gap and 0.41 w/p ratio group showed $129.8{\mu}m$ gap. 2. As to the relationship of the margin accuracy between 4 different grade of w/p ratio groups, each group was statistically significant(P<0.01). Also the all groups were statistically significant except between 0.35 and 0.37 groups between 0.39 and 0.41 groups, and between 0.35 and 0.39 groups. 3. A consequence of Mann-Whitney & Kruskal-Wallis test for marginal accuracy between 4 different grade of w/p ratio was statistically significant as same as above ANOVA test result. Also Tukey test for verifying similarity from each group showed same as above.

The breakdown Process in large gaps is greatly influenced by the gap geometry. Therefor full scale test are essential for the economical and reliable air insulation design. For switching surge design of 765 kV double circuit transmission line KEPRI is carrying the verifying tests using impulse voltage generator at Gochang test site. In this paper, the intermediate results of verifying tests are presented and the switching surge design criteria of 765 kV transmission tower flashover paths are discussed.

As the size of venture firm's operating funds continues to increase, the scope of work of the investment jurisdiction is increasing dramatically as well. However, investment decisions vary widely, depending on the competence of the judges. This follow-up study recommends verifying the validity of the effectiveness of venture investments by validating the efficacy of assessing venture investment indexes. After verifying the assessment indexes for 100 venture firms, the study noted that the efficacy of the survey as a qualitative evaluation measure was approximately 85% hit, which can act as a yardstick for investment decisions. The results of this study can contribute toward the decision making power of venture companies in terms of investments.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to: (a) develop a comprehensive communication course combined with a group program for improving communication skills; and (b) examine the effects of the comprehensive communication course on interpersonal communication, relationship change, self-esteem, and depression in nursing students. Method: The experimental group consisted of 82 nursing students, and the control group, 108 nursing students. Both groups each took communication courses from March to June, 2002 and 2003. A group program for improving communication skills was conducted for each 8 subgroups of the experimental group for 90 minutes once a week during the 6 weeks, while the existing communication lecture was conducted for the control group. Both groups were post-tested after the intervention for verifying the difference of variables between the two groups, and the experimental group was also pre-tested for verifying the difference between before and after the treatment. Result & Conclusion: Interpersonal communication score of the post-test in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group and the depression score of the post-test in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group. Interpersonal communication, relationship change and self-esteem scores were significantly increased and the depression score was significantly decreased in experimental group after the treatment. In conclusion, the comprehensive communication course that was developed in this study had positive effects on communication skills in nursing students.

This paper presents a generation method of test streams for verifying conformance of an UHD broadcasting receiver including decoders for video and audio as well as parsers for PSIP and closed caption data. The proposed test streams for video/audio signals can evaluate conformance of HEVC, AC-3 and DTS-HD standards. Especially, test streams for HEVC video compression standard can be used for testing syntax compliance and error resilience for a HEVC decoder. Moreover, the proposed test streams for system/program and closed caption can be applied for verifying parsers for PSIP and CEA-708 standards.

This paper presents a performance analysis of the GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver on board in LEO satellites, based on the comparison of its in-orbit performances and corresponding ground test results. An extensive ground tests on the subject GPS receiver has been performed in diverse conditions under the right frame of ground test environments and the analysis of in-orbit performances has also been performed with the huge amount of accumulated GPS data which has been in operation for 6 years since its launch on 2006. For this analysis, we chose three sets of in-orbit data; the data during the early mission period, the data at the 3-year mission completion time, and the most recent in-orbit data. As the performance measures, we selected the position and time synchronization accuracy, and the comparative analysis shows the concurrency between the in-orbit performances and the ground test results with in these performance measures, verifying the validity of the ground test. It is expected that the test configuration and analysis method presented in this paper can be applied to developing and verifying the future Koreanized satellite GPS receivers.

Purpose - Current study aimed at investigating the effects of the choice easiness as a thought triggered at the time of making decision and the goal achievement emotion as a prediction of how consumers feel in the state of achieving consumption goal on brand purchase intention. And It also explored moderation role of incidental pride type such as ambient hubris pride and ambient authentic pride felt before the event in the effects of message type such as self-verifying message and self-enhancing message on the choice easiness and the goal achievement emotion. Research design, data, and methodology - Message type was divided into self-verifying message and self-enhancing message. Incidental pride type was divided into hubris and authentic pride. Smart mobile phone was selected for empirical study. And the experiment was performed with 2(pride type: hubristic versus authentic) × 2(message type: self-verifying message versus self-enhancing message) between-subjects design. Questionnaires from 215 undergraduate students were used to test hypotheses by Macro process model 7. The hypotheses were tested at each of self-verifying message group and self-enhancing message group. Results - First, both choice easiness and goal achievement emotion positively influenced on the purchase intention at both self-verifying message group and self-enhancing message group. Second, at self-verifying message group, the positive effects of self verification on both choice easiness and goal achievement emotion were higher to the customers under incidental hubris pride than to those under incidental authentic pride customers. Third, at self-enhancing message group, the positive effects of self enhancement on goal achievement emotion were higher to the customers under incidental authentic pride than to those under incidental hubris pride. However, at self-enhancing message group, the positive effects of self enhancement on choice easiness (goal achievement emotion) were not higher (higher) to the customers under incidental authentic pride than to those under incidental hubris pride. Conclusions - Focusing on the results of this study, to promote their brand purchase intention, brand managers should use self-enhancing message to induce goal achievement emotion from incidental authentic pride customers. And the brand managers should develop and use self-verifying message to induce choice easiness as well as goal achievement emotion from hubris pride customers, which in turn, promote their brand purchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to develop a test and verifying the validity and reliability for measuring a effectiveness of e-earning course in cyber university. Twenty-five items were developed based on literature review and were examined by experts in the field. For item analysis, EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis) was performed with 768 students in first study. In order to validate the test, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was conducted with 791 students in second study. The result of the study yielded five factors with 25 items: 1) contents and design, 2) instructor, 3) system, 4) evaluation, and 5) overall course satisfaction. And this research reports the reliability and validity of new test.
