Excavation nearby the existing structures is being performed vigorously to get the greatest use of land along with fast economic growth in the downtown area. The application of soil nailing system gradually increases because of an advantage of soil nailing system adjacently constructed in the existing structures. In this study, friction resistance by pull-out is considered as main resistance except resistance formed by flexural rigidity of nail observing that resistance of flexural rigidity is about $0{\sim}15\;%$ of whole safety factor according to degree of flexural rigidity in general soil nail wall and application of geosynthetic fiber soil nailing system is evaluated through laboratory tensile strength test and field pull-out test.

In this paper, we have provided the measurement technique of the grounding mesh resistance by field measurements. The standard of measurement is specified in the IEEE Std 81.2-1991 and JEAC 5001-1988, which is the the fall-of-potential method by test-current injection, but this method is difficult to apply at field, where is small around a electric power substation of domestic. For the convenient measurement method, space of assistant probe and quantity of test-current injection are changed step for step. As the result, ' the proposed measurement technique of grounding mesh resistance is that the space of current and potential probes must be fixed at 150rn from a grounding mesh, the test-current injection has to keep 5A or more.

This paper describes the general considerations and operational applications of aircraft night vision goggle(NVG). The operators should recognize the NVG characteristics, natural night light sources and interoperability between them. And they have to keep attention to the method to take steps to avoid misperceptions, illusions during flight, and the negative impact on the effectiveness and safety of the mission. The considerations based on the interoperability between NVG and night operation suggest the evaluation items of NVG field test and flight test.

DTV 필드테스트를 위해서는 다양한 계측장비와 운용장비를 통한 매우 많은 측정항목의 측정이 필요하다. 따라서 한 지역을 측정하는데 많은 시간이 소요될 뿐 아니라 측정자의 숙련도에 따라 측정결과의 정확도와 신뢰도가 떨어질 수 있다. 또한, 매체에 따라서는 수 천 지점 이상의 측정을 하게 되는데 이들 측정결과에 대한 체계적인 관리가 절실하다 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 다양한 계측장비와 운용장비를 체계적으로 관리하고, 측정절차를 일반화하며 측정결과 데이터를 데이터베이스화하여 측정결과를 용이하게 파악할 수 있는 통합 측정 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 DTV 뿐만 아니라 DMB, DAB 등의 다른 디지털 신호 측정에도 활용할 수 있으며, 실제로 KBS에서 실시한 DTV 필드테스트에 적용하여 기존의 수동측정 시스템보다 정확성과 시간의 효율성 면에서 우수함을 증명하였다.

일반적으로 전자파 환경시험은 외부 전자기 환경의 영향을 배제하기 위하여 전자파 차폐룸에서 시험을 수행하지만, 시험체의 크기가 너무 크거나, 배기가스를 방출하는 등의 제약이 있을 경우 전자파 차폐룸에서 시험이 어려울 수 있으며, 야외 시험장을 이용할 수 밖에 없다. 야외 시험장은 측정 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 전파 반사체, 전파 잡음 등이 시험장 내에 존재하지 않는 것이 이상적이지만 IT, 무선 통신 산업이 발달됨에 따라 기존의 야외 시험장은 수많은 생활전자파노이즈에 오염되어 있는 실정이다. 고흥 항공센터의 경우 도심과 떨어져 있고, 주변이 농경지로 둘러싸여 있어 전자파환경이 청정할 것으로 예상되며, 따라서 대형시험체의 전계강도를 측정할 수 있는 야외 시험장으로 활용이 가능할 수 있다. 이를 확인하기 위해 고흥 항공센터의 전자파환경을 측정하였으며, 30 MHz 이상의 주파수대역에서는 라디오, TV, 핸드폰 등 소스가 분명한 주파수를 제외하고는 대체적으로 깨끗한 결과를 보였으며 야외 시험장으로 좋은 역할을 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in social play, cognitive play, and social-cognitive play patterns as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles. Sixteen field independent and sixteen field dependent children were selected from a group of 79 young children with the use of Preschool Embedded Figures Test(PEFT). Their social play, cognitive play, and social-cognitive play patterns were observed. The data collected for this study were analyzed by using SPSS/$PC^+$; frequency, percentage and ${\chi}^2$ test. The results of this study were that (1) difference of social play patterns as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles was not found, (2) differences were found in cognitive play patterns as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles, and (3) differences were found in social-cognitive play pattern as related to young children's field independence-dependence cognitive styles.

■ Objectives The purpose is to report the case of Korean medicine in the treatment of bilateral superior altitudinal hemianopia after a stroke. ■ Methods The patient was treated with acupuncture, electroacupuncture, bee venom, and herbal medicine. The visual field defect was assessed using humphrey visual field analyzer and confrontation visual field test. ■ Results After treatment, humphrey visual field analyzer and confrontation visual field test showed improvement in field of vision ■ Conclusion This study suggested that Korean medical treatment could be an effective option for treating visual field defect after stroke.

The special amendment agent used in this study is mainly composed of inorganic metal salts such as sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, thus is friendly to the environment, and has a function of soil-cement-agent solidification. In this study, a series of laboratory and field experiments including unconfined compressive strength, permeability, pH test, constituent analysis, leaching test were carried out to analyse engineering and environmental characteristics of solidified sludge. The results of this research showed that the solidified sludge could be efficiently used in covering, filling, and planting materials.
