고무경도계를 이용한 콘크리트의 응결시간 추정 가능성 분석 (Estimation of Setting Time of Concrete Using Rubber Hardness Meter)

  • 본 연구는 현재 작업자의 경험과 감각에만 의존하고있는 표면 마감작업시간 판정을 Durometer 측정치와 Proctor 관입저항 시험치를 비교하여 응결시간 판정에 듀로미터를 활용함으로써 실무 구조체의 과학적이고 정량적인 표면 마감시간의 추정 가능성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과로 Durometer 측정치와 Proctor 관입저항 시험치는 상관성이 높다고 판단되어 콘크리트의 경우 초결 측정시에는 Durometer C type으로 42HD전후 일 때 표면 마감작업 개시가능 시간결정에, 종결 측정시에는 Durometer D type으로 10HD 전후일때 표면마감 한계시간, 양생개시 시간 등에 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다.

압입시험의 천이 크리프 해석 (Transient Creep Analysis in Indentation Tests)

  • 재료시험기법 중 하나인 압입시험은 크리프 특성 분석에 이용될 수 있다. 그러나 많은 기존 연구들이 정상상태의 크리프 특성만을 이용하고 있기 때문에, 단축시험과 압입시험 사이에는 상당한 차이가 발생한다. 따라서 정확한 크리프 평가를 위해서는 천이 크리프 특성을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 Ogbonna 등(14)의 구형 압입자를 이용한 천이 크리프 해석을 확장, 자기 유사성을 갖는 원뿔형 압입자에 적용했다. 천이 크리프 특성을 유한요소해석을 통해 분석하여 정리하였으며, 구형 및 원뿔형 압입시험의 천이 특성을 비교했다. 또한 재료의 탄성변형률, 압입자 형상, 압입접촉면적, 대표 변형률 등 기존 평가법들에서 정량적으로 잘 고려되지 못하고 있는 부분들을 살펴보고 그 해결방안을 제시했다.

일체형원자로 주냉각재펌프의 검증시험 (Qualification Test of Main Coolant Pump for an Integral Type Reactor)

  • Main coolant pump (MCP) is a canned-motor-type axial pump to circulate the primary coolant between nuclear fuel rods and steam generators in an integral type reactor. The reactor is designed to operate under condition of 310 oC and 14.7 MPa. Thus MCP has to be tested under same operating condition as reactor design condition in order to verify its performance and safety. In present work, a test loop to simulate real operating situation of the reactor has been designed and constructed to test MCP. And then, as a part of qualification test, canned motor functional test and pump hydraulic performance test have been carried out upon a prototype MCP. Canned motor efficiency and pump hydraulic characteristics including homologous curves and NPSH curves were obtained from the qualification test.

맞벌이 부부의 성역할태도와 다중역할 경험이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Dual-Earner Couple's Gender Role Attitude and Work-family Experience on Marrital Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 맞벌이 부부의 결혼만족에 대한 이해를 위해 부부 각각의 성역할 태도, 다중역할 수행에서의 갈등과 향상의 경험이 자신과 배우자에게 미치는 상호영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 맞벌이 부부 95쌍, 총 190명을 대상으로 하여 대응표본 t검증과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 맞벌이 부부의 성역할태도, 다중역할 경험 및 결혼만족도에 있어 부부 간 차이를 살펴본 결과, 성역할태도 및 다중역할 경험에 있어 부부 간의 유의한 차이는 없었으며, 결혼만족도에 있어 남편이 아내보다 유의하게 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 맞벌이 부부의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 상호영향을 살펴본 결과, 부부 간의 결혼만족도에 영향을 주는 변인에서 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 남편의 경우 자신의 성역할태도, 자신의 다중역할 향상이 결혼생활의 만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 반면, 아내의 경우는 남편의 성역할태도가 결혼생활 만족에 있어 정적으로 영향을 미치며 아내 자신의 다중역할 갈등이 결혼생활의 만족도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 맞벌이 부부의 결혼만족에 관한 교육 및 프로그램에 있어 남편과 아내 각각의 영향과 상호간의 영향에 대한 고려가 필요함을 시사한다.

시간제 근무를 하는 정신장애인 근로자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Associated Factors of Job Satisfaction on Part-time Work of the Mentally Disabled)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of satisfaction of part-time work of the mentally disabled and the factors affecting their job satisfaction. Methods: The subjects of this study were 106 part-time workers with mental illness in the city of B and Y. The data were collected from February 1, 2012 to May 30, 2012 using self-report questionnaires including the measurement scales of job satisfaction, family support, work volition and the degree of satisfaction with work environment. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: The mean of score for job satisfaction was $61.8{\pm}13.84$. Job satisfaction was highly related to family support, work environment and work volition. The associated factor of the subjects job satisfaction were family support, work environment, work volition, and the period of employment. The combination of these four factors showed an explanation for job satisfaction at the rate of 80.2%. Conclusion: The results imply that job satisfaction needs to be increased for the job continuity of employees with mental illness. In addition to this, work environment, work volition and family support should first be improved for the increase of job satisfaction.

절차공정성과 직무중요성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 일가치감과 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과 검증: 간호사를 대상으로 (The Mediating Effects of Perceived Value of Work and Psychological Ownership for Effects of Procedural Justice and Job Significance on the Employees' Job Satisfaction: Focused on Hospital Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of procedural justice and job significance on value of work, psychological ownership, and job satisfaction. Secondly, to examine the mediating effect of the value of work, psychological ownership on the relationship between procedural justice, job significance and job satisfaction. For the study, the data was collected from convenient sample of 273 nurses at university hospital in a city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: first, the relationship between the procedural justice and the value of work is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the procedural justice and the psychological ownership. Third, there was also a positive correlation between the job significance and the value of work. Fourth, the relationship between the job significance and the psychological ownership is positively related. Fifth, there was also a positive correlation between the value of work and the psychological ownership. Sixth, there was also a positive correlation between the procedural justice and the job satisfaction. Seventh, the relationship between the job significance and the job satisfaction is positively related. Eighth, there was also a positive correlation between the value of work and the job satisfaction. Ninth, there was also a positive correlation between the psychological ownership and the job satisfaction. Finally, the value of work and psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between procedural justice and job satisfaction. Also, the value of work and psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job significance and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study and some directions for future studies were presented.

대형 자동차 하이브리드 유압 구동시스템의 회로구성과 특성해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Circuit Composition and Characteristics Analysis for Heavy-Duty Vehicular Hybrid Hydraulic Driving System)

  • An accumulator in hydraulic systems stores kinetic energy during braking action, and then that controls hasty surge pressure. An energy recovery system using accumulator seems to be advantageous for ERBS due to its high energy density. This study suggests a method to decide suitable accumulator volume for ERBS. The method is based upon energy conservation between kinetic energy of moving inertia and elastic energy of accumulator. The energy conversion was analyzed and a simple formula was derived. Also accumulator tests were conducted for different load mass and motor speed. A series of test work were carried out in the laboratory and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic motor system, such as the surge pressure and response time, were investigated in both brake action and acceleration action and these results show that the proposed design is effective for decision accumulator volume in ERBS.

GPS 지오이드고를 이용한 측설시공 (Setting Out of Construction Works Using GPS Geoid Height.)

  • This investigation aims at calculating the geoid height, distance between the ellipsoidal height and the orthometric height by GPS/Levelling data for nationwide 58 Bench Marks, and calculating the effect of geoid height to engineering public works. The accuracy of the results from baseline analyses and adjustment of a network. using GPS surveying data by nationwide 58 BM show 4mm for horizontal direction and 7cm for vertical direction. The 58 geoid height was calculated by GPS/Levelling. For a construction work field GPS/Levelling for distributed 4 BM in test area can calculate the orthometric height in 20 ppm relativity accuracy with 95% reliability. Besides the calculated geoid height in the investigation was 0.367m higher than EGM96 model. The test results of a engineering work site, the result by EGM96 model was 1.8cm in 10km and it was also 3.6cm in interpolation method. The results show that it is equivalent to levelling of $20mm\sqrt{S}$.

한국 농촌여성의 문제경험도와 관련변인 연구 (The Level of Experienced Problem and Related Variables Among Rural Women in Korea)

  • This study examined the level of experienced problem and related variables of farming women as a part of study on problem diagnosis and status enhancement of rural women. The subjects were 980 married farming women living in rural area. Data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan-test, and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows : 1) Rural women experienced five categorized problems(farming work & health problem, institution & facilities problem, personality differences & communication problem with husband, child & in-law relatives problem, and husbands violence & sexual problem. 2) The significant variables that influenced on experienced problems were conflict coping behaviors, husbands housework participation, farming work time, age, the level of health, and income etc. Additionally socio-demographic factors, their vocational consciousness, housework sharing, and couples difference of sex-role attitude as related variables of the level of experienced problem of farming women were exmained and discussed the implication.

보강 점성토의 워커빌리티 특성 (Workability Characteristics of Reinforced Clayey Soil)

  • This study was performed to find the basic data, as needed on the reinforced clayey soil construction work, by estimating job difficulty and optimum moisture content of the reinforced clayey soil, according to its slump test and workability test. As a result, it has been found that the more increasing reinforced clayey soil's moisture content, the higher its slump value. Its 25% moisture content: the reinforced clayey soil except the fiber reinforced soil was able to work with hand; the fiber reinforced soil with the 0.5% or 1.0% of fiber ratio was poor cohesion because of surplus quantity of fiber. Its moisture content between 30% and 35%: shoveling is somewhat difficult but troweling is possible. This study will be needed to modify and add by another.
