자동차 전장품의 환경시험규격에 관한 연구 (Environmental Test Specifications for Automotive Electrical Units)

  • Purpose: Using international specifications, this study classified international standards and automobile manufacturers' test items based on the kind of test used and determined the test order for ISO 16750. Methods: The effects of international standards' environmental factors were examined, based on the major impacts of the product and the results of product failure. Automobile manufacturers' test items were compared with the test item in the ISO 16750. A generic algorithm was then used to determine the test sequence for ISO 16750. Results: International standards and automobile manufacturers' common test items were classified. The test sequence of ISO 16750 was determined for five cases. Conclusion: Although mechanical and environmental tests share many common features, there are differences in the details of the tests. There is a common sequence of tests, but weights are allocated tests differently.

  • The required standards for environmental tests for communication and electronic equipment used currently are not standards into which the Korean climate and use environment are taken into consideration. But the most used environmental testing standards of the U.S. army(MIL-STD-810) has been used without taking into consideration the Korean domestic situation and conditions by simply translating the US standards. Adherence to these standards may increase in the manufacturing costs according to excessively strict standards. Therefore, this paper will propose a new environmental test standards for temperature.

슬랙스 동작 적합성 평가의 정량적 평가 기준 설정 (Establishing Quantitative Evaluation Standards for the Mobility test of Slacks)

  • This study presents quantitative evaluation standards for they mobility test, conducted in the process of a slacks fit test. This study quantified the subjects' evaluation on the wearability of slacks to provide objective qualitative evaluation methods for existing mobility tests. The subjects were women of standard bodytype between the ages of 18 and 24 wearing slacks designed to test their mobility based on differences in ease in waist girth, hip girth, crotch length and knee length. A qualitative evaluation tested the wearability of slacks. Clothing pressure and gap area between the body and slacks were measured based on a quantitative evaluation. The clothing pressure and the gap area between the body and slacks (which reflect the results of the wearability test) were presented in this study as quantitative evaluation standards. Clothing pressure tended to increase as the ease of slacks decreased; however, clothing pressure standards, that induce discomfort, differed by body parts. The hip, crotch, and knee area were relatively less sensitive despite the waist and the abdominal area sensitivity to clothing pressure. This study suggests the minimum ease for the appropriate wearing comfort of slacks by region and motion as standards for the quantitative evaluation of mobility tests. These was reset in accordance to the limits of clothing pressure when the minimum ease was considered as wearable but exceeded the clothing pressure limits.

조립형 비계 및 동바리 부재 기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Standards for Components for Tied Post System Scaffolding and Shoring)

  • System scaffolding and shoring are temporary structures in which vertical members, horizontal members, bracing members and trusses are assembled and installed. In order to ensure quality and safety, the quality test shall be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for Quality Management of Construction Works (MOLIT Notice No. 2020-750). The quality test method (national standard) for Components for tied post system scaffolding and shoring is based on the Korean standards (KS F 8021) and the Safety certification standards (MOEL Notice No. 2021-22). However, the two standards differ in some aspects such as performance standards and etc, so cause confusion when applying them on-site. In addition, the standard for truss are applied only to trusses for shoring and cannot be applied to trusses for scaffolding. Therefore, this study aims to unify the two national standards and establish realistic standards.

국제표준에 대비한 국내 비자동저울의 품질평가에 관한 연구 (Quality Assessment of Domestic Non-automatic Weighing Instruments for International Standards)

  • As the result of reduction of the barrier of national economy on matters of quality assurance of weighing instruments in recently, it is considering in domestic as well as international matters. Therefore, this study is to analysis and compare with international md national measuring standards on the electric self-indicating scale, to improve the quality of electronic machine by providing a reformation plan on currently problems of domestic manufactured, and to identify to introduce in domestic criteria from international standards. I had compared KSC 1313 to OIML R 76-1 as the performance assessment items, such as metrology Properties test, static temperature test, temperature effect testing under the un-load, electronic wave disturbance test, high-tempereature and high-humidity stability test and durability test. Therefore, only one company is passed all items of the test according to the international (reference) standards, but it is possible to improve the quality in general if it should be use the load cell and electric components which is stability of temperature change in order to supplementation to the static temperature test and temperature effect testing under the un-load. It is also possible to apply in the domestic with the OIML 76-1 after correcting the design.

철도차량 기후환경시험을 위한 국제 규격(UIC, EN, IEC) 및 국내 규격(시험방법) 분석 및 고찰 (Analysis and Investigation of International(UIC, EN, IEC) and Domestic Standards(Test Methods) for Climatic Wind Tunnel Test of Rolling Stock)

  • 국내에서 제작되는 철도차량의 해외 시장 개척을 위하여 다양한 기후환경에서도 최고의 성능을 유지하기 위한 철도차량의 기술개발이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 혹독한 기후환경시험 모사 시스템 구축에 필수적으로 적용되어야 할 국제·국내 규격을 조사 및 비교 분석하였으며, 국내 규격의 향상 방안을 고찰하였다. 기후환경시험 풍동내에서 풍속 및 온도 규정은 UIC, EN 및 IEC 규격에 규정되어 있으며, EN 50125-1에서 가장 큰 풍속인 180km/h까지 시험하도록 되어있다. 극저온 시험은 UIC 및 EN 규격에서 가장 낮은 온도 -45℃를 제시하고 있으며, IEC 62498-1에서 55℃까지의 고온시험을 규정하고 있다. 태양광 복사 시험은 UIC, EN, IEC 규격에서 최대 1200W/m2 복사 강도까지 규정되어 있다. 강우시험은 IEC, EN 및 KS R 9145 규격에서 규정하고 있으며 살수량, 살수 압력 및 살수방법 등에서 차이점이 있다. 강설시험의 경우는 국내외적으로 상세히 규정되어 있지 않다. 여압 시험은 KRTS-VE-Part31 국내 기준에서 규정되어 있다. 고속 철도차량 기밀시험은 UIC 660 및 779-11에서 객실내 압력 변화율 규정이 있으며 차량 기밀도가 규정되어 있다. 국내 규격에서는 풍속에 대한 규정은 매우 미비하며, 태양광 복사 시험 및 강설 시험 규격은 존재하지 않는다. 철저한 기후환경 시험을 위하여 국내 철도 완성차 관련 기술기준 및 시험 규격을 국제수준으로 향상시킬 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

비계공사 안전기준 개정에 따른 현장적용 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual Condition of Scaffolding Construction in Accordance with the Revision of Safety Standards)

  • Scaffolding works are demolished after this structure is completed, and safety accidents often occur because they are installed differently from legal standards or frequently change during work. Therefore, in order to strengthen the safety of scaffolding, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport required a need for design standards for temporary facilities that can systematically prevent and solve large-scale safety accidents that are repeatedly increasing during temporary construction. It has been enacted, and some contents have been revised for the past three years. However, construction site personnel do not know or know the revised matters, but often install scaffolding by the installer's experience rather than complying with relevant laws and regulations. It is the situation that the ground strength test of the foundation ground for the load applied to the floor of the column is omitted in most sites. Therefore, this study grasped the actual situation on the degree of recognition of the revised laws and regulations of the construction site and the foundation-based treatment of the floor working load of the scaffolding column, and derived problems. In addition, we intend to provide reference materials for the endurance test according to the ground conditions to small-scale small sites where it is difficult to conduct the test by carrying out the endurance test of the scaffolding ground according to the revised standards.

쇼어경도표준의 확립에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Shore Hardness Standards)

  • Shore hardness test was developed in 1906 to overcome the limit of Brinell hardness test. However, the detailed requirements on the tester was not clearly specified except the scale, i.e., 100 HS for high carbon steel and 10 HS for soft brass. As a result, the shore hardness was used for quite long time without well established standards. For the establishment of hardness standards, standard tester, standard procedure, and standard hardness block must be provided. So far the standard of Shore hardness was maintained by correlating Shore hardness scale to Vickers hardness through converting equation. This is the so called converted Shore hardness and it is not the true Shore hardness standard strictly. In this paper, the possibility of establishing Shore hardness standard based on the Shore standard hardness tester is reported.

  • In this study, test standards were developed for performance verification of the high speed(350km/h) rolling-stock. The performance test system consist of three type tests; the component test for core item, the completed car test for combined function & operation and the trial driving test for compatibility & interrelationship with infrastructure.

Proficiency Test for the Dosimetry Audit Service Provider

  • Purpose: The proficiency test was conducted to assess the performance of the dosimetry audit service provider in the readout practice of the dose delivered to patients in medical institutions. Methods: A certain amount of the absorbed dose to water for the high-energy X-ray from the medical linear accelerator (LINAC) installed in the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) was delivered to the postal dose audit package given by the dosimetry audit service provider, in which the radio-photoluminescence (RPL) glass dosimeters were mounted. The dosimetry audit service provider read the RPL glass dosimeters and sent the readout dose value with its uncertainty to KRISS. The performance of the dosimetry audit service provider was evaluated based on the En number given in ISO/IEC 17043:2010. Results: The evaluated En number was -0.954. Based on the ISO/IEC 17043, the performance of the dosimetry service provider is "satisfactory." Conclusions: As part of the conformity assessment, the KRISS performed the proficiency test over the postal dose audit practice run by the dosimetry audit service provider. The proficiency test is in line with confirming the traceability of the medical institutions to the primary standard of absorbed dose to the water of the KRISS and ensuring the confidence of the dosimetry audit service provider.
