The automatic/driverless operation which are great important techniques in metro railway are required to increase higher safety, greater reliability, and transport capacity. To satisfy such demands, we must have the system design iかd testing technique for the railway system operation. These techniques are related to the onboard train control and communication systems which include TCMS(Train Control md Monitoring System), ATO(Automatic train Operation), ATC(Automatic train Control), and TWC(Train to wayside communication). These sub-systems must be interfacing with not only each others but also the signal system on the ground. We tested the train control system on Test line that has been developed on the basis of the standardized type EMU for korea railway systems. This test line which is located in Sangju, have been constructed for testing 7 ＆ 8 line of Seoul Metro railway.

This paper describes the result of endurance test of the brake system of the Korean EMU on the Sangju test track. The purpose of the test is to prove the endurance of brake system. Test conditions are more severe than actual operation on the commercial line. As of October, test result is good without severe problems. 100,000km of test operation will be continued by the end of this year to check the endurance of the brake system.

This paper describes the result of endurance test on the Sangju test track. The purpose of the test is to prove the endurance of the Korean EMU for the commercial operation. Test conditions are more severe than actual operation on the commercial line. But endurance test come to an end well without severe problem. Hereafter, Korean EMU will be applied the quality certification of railroad supplies as a testing vehicle and their components will be applied in a new line.

자동차에서 발생하는 BSR 소음은 감성품질로써 최근에 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량 시트에서 발생하는 BSR 소음에 대하여 두 가지의 시험법을 적용하였다. 첫째, sine sweep 가진 BSR 시험법을 이용하여 저주파 가진으로 인해 발생하는 고주파의 BSR 소음을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 작동 시 주요 부위 가속도를 계측하는 작동 BSR 시험법을 이용하여 시트의 여러 조절 장치 중 하이트 조절 장치의 작동 BSR 소음원을 분석 할 수 있었다. 이때 내구시험을 통해 소음원을 발생시켰으며 그에 상응하는 BSR 소음이 한 사이클 당 총 14회 발생하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 두 가지의 시험법은 시트의 BSR 소음을 보다 효과적으로 분석할 수 있다.

This paper deals with the dead operation characteristics of the earth leakage circuit breaker(ELB) caused by impulse voltages. The surge protective devices for electronic circuit and AC power lines are becoming more widely used. It is possible to give rise to the malfunction of ELB due to the operation of surge protective devices, and the interruption of AC power lines brings about several disadvantages such as low reliability of electronic and informational systems, economical loss, and etc. The dead operation characteristics of the ELB from impulse voltages were measured under the conditions of KS C 4613 and the test circuit with a varistor. As a result, the peak current value of the zero-phase sequence circuit of the ELB is increased as the surge voltage and stray capacitance increase. All of the ELBs used in this work were satisfied with the lightning impulse dead operation test condition defined in KS C 4613. However one specimen only did not cause dead operation in the condition of the test circuit with a varistor. There is high possibility that a large portion of the ELBs connected with the AC power lines having the surge protective devices bring about the dead operation.

This paper presents simulated and experimental test results of optimal control algorithm for an encapsulated ice thermal storage system with full capacity chiller operation. The algorithm finds an optimal combination of a chiller and/or a storage tank operation for the minimum total operation cost through a cycle of charging and discharging. Dynamic programming is used to find the optimal control schedule. The conventional control strategy of chiller-priority is the baseline case for comparing with the optimal control strategy through simulation and experimental test. Simulation shows that operating cost for the optimal control with chiller on-off operation is not so different from that with chiller part load capacity control. As a result from the experimental test, the optimal control operation according to the simulated operation schedule showed about 14 % of cost saving compared with the chiller-priority control.

본 연구는 수술 전 정보제공이 학령전기 편도선절제술 환아 어머니의 불안, 불확실성 및 수술 후 간호만족도에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험연구이다. 자료수집은 S종합병원에서 편도절제술을 받은 학령전기 환아의 어머니로 실험군 19명, 대조군 20명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험군에게는 수술에 따른 통상적 교육과 함께 소책자를 이용하여 연구자와 연구 보조원이 직접 간호사실에서 1:1 개별로 평균 20분 정도 정보제공을 하였으며 대조군에게는 통상적 교육만 실시하였다. 자료분석은 빈도와 백분율, ${\chi}^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, Mann-Whitney U-test를 이용하였다. 수술 전 정보제공은 대조군과 실험군의 불안(U=104.5, p=.015), 불확실성(U=83.5, p=.002)에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 수술 후 간호 만족도(U=109.5, p=.022)에도 유의하였다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 수술 전 정보제공은 학령전기 편도선절제술 환아 어머니의 불안, 불확실성 및 수술 후 간호만족도에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 추후 반복연구와 다양한 교육방법을 통한 정보제공의 효과검증이 필요할 것이다.

The purposes of this study were to test the effect of balance training and environmental enrichment on motor performance after traumatic cerebellar injury in the rat. Traumatic cerebellar injury was induced by weight drop model and after operation they were housed in individual standard cages for 24 hours. Twenty two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into control and experimental groups. The control group was housed in standard cage for 7 days. The experimental group I was housed in standard cage after balance training for 7 days. The experimental group II was housed in environmental enrichment cage after balance training for 7 days. Vestibular drop test and tilting plane test was examined at preoperation, on 1st day after operation and 7th day after operation to the rats. The results of this experiment were as follows: 1. In motor behavioral test, at preoperation and on 1 day after operation, the outcomes were not different among the groups. But on 7th day after operation, the outcomes of group I were better than that in control group, and group II were better than group I. These results suggest that behavioral motor outcome by simultaneously application of balance training and environmental enrichment in traumatic cerebellar injured rats were more improve than that by just balance training.

Rain data and water-level data are importantly used for dam operation at flood period. Because dams are directly controlled by the water-level data, the characteristic of the water-level gauges is necessary to be managed. Thus, we developed the standard test facility and method for testing the water-level gauges which are a float type, a supersonic type and a radar type. And we calculated the uncertainty of the standard test facility to maintain the accuracy of water-level gauges. Through development of this facility, we could obtain the characteristics and the calibration factor of the water-level gauges. And, this study showed that the standard test facility can be widely used for dam operation and basin management.

The contents of RF test set which can be used for checking the function and performance of 13m antenna installed in KARI site are described in this paper. For the purpose of considering RF test set as the transceiver in COMS, it is designed to retransmit the LRIT and HRIT in L-Band after receiving them in S-Band from 13m antenna. Additionally, this set has a function to turnaround raging tone used for the measurement of distance between satellite and 13m antenna. The required all equipments of RF test set are summarized with configuration. Measurements of several equipments which have already been delivered are described in this paper. The assembled RF test set will be used for the verification of 13m antenna
