This article analyzed maritime territorial policies in Korea. Marine territory originally refers to the topography of the subsoil in a country's territorial sea. From a political perspective, it is a broad concept that includes islands and polar regions beyond the jurisdiction of Korean sovereignty or sovereign rights, such as territorial waters, EEZs, and continental shelves. Also, Korean researchers use "maritime territory" as a term for maritime zones that stretch from Ieodo (Korean EEZ) to Dokdo Island. The purpose of this study is to review the concepts of various domestic maritime territories and examine the formation and change of policies. The article is structured as follows. Chapter 2 reviews past discussions on maritime territories and analyzes the concept of maritime territory based on them. The term "maritime territory" is used indiscriminately with islands due to the lack of discussion on this matter between academic circles in the past. Therefore, this chapter provides an in-depth analysis of the concept of maritime territory. Chapter 3 tracks the formation and change of maritime territorial policies. Today, the concept of domestic maritime territory has been completed in the public domain. The activities of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, the control tower of domestic maritime territorial policies, are summarized to explain this concept. Chapter 4 analyzes the concept of maritime territory by comparing it with China's blue state territory (藍色國土). As China's concept of blue state territory has many similarities with maritime territory as a political base for China's maritime activities today, comparing these two concepts would be significant. Based on the above, Chapter 5 derives suggestions to promote maritime territorial policies.
Landfill has been a long pending issue in the Seoul Metropolitan Region since it was created. Adopting Painter's notion of "territory-effect," this paper analyzes the network formation and change of diverse actors and territory as an effect of networked relations according to four periods from the creation of the landfill to current extension of landfill use. The results are as followed. First, the network formation and composition of major actors has been changed together with historical-geographical conditions. Second, these networks created territory as an effect and re-articulated the configuration of conflicts and solidarity of diverse actors. Third, territory created as an network-effect are different in each period, and is continuously reterritorializing. These findings suggest that territory is never complete and always in the making.

Over the last years several studies have been carried out in the welfare facilities for the elderly in Japan. These have mainly focused on small scale projects, multi-functional houses and on the improvement of specifically designed equipments. This study examines the residents' life patterns and using patterns in group living having various space constitution and, does it for the purpose of looking for the formation of well state places, life patterns and the domains to use spaces for the aged who became independent. I intend to grasp their life patterns by physical space constitution and to show a direction of the house form that they can live in while feeling relieved in areas.
It has been suggested that chromatin is organized into the stable structures that provide fundamental units of chromosome architecture in interphase mammalian cells. The stable structures of chromatin can be visualized as replication foci when replicating DNA is labeled with thymidine analogs. Previously, we showed that the chromosome territory expanded after BAF53 knockdown. In this study, we found that BAF53 is required for the formation of replication foci. DNA replication was not impaired in BAF53 knockdown cells, suggesting that the decrease in the number of replication foci is due to disintegration of replication foci, but not suppression of DNA replication. The attractive forces that maintain structural integrity of replication foci could be disrupted by BAF53 knockdown, and it may be responsible, at least in part, for the expansion of chromosome territories after BAF53 knockdown.

The high school credit system is a system in which students select complete various subjects, depending on their career, and graduate when their accumulated credit reaches the standard. It is expected that the high school credit system, which guarantees the individual's right of choice, will bring an educational effect that can respond to the student's career aptitude. However, it is expected that problems in the aspect of school life, such as the weakening of class belongingness or difficulty of securing a stable base venue within the school building would be accompanied. This research analyzed students' usage condition depending on the living base space environment feature in schools that are implementing moving-selective class in the aspect of activity domain formation and contemplated the venue evaluation. The purpose is to provide the basic data of an architectural plan of a stable living base space within the school building through this. 'Living base center type' and 'living base dispersion type' school buildings among Japanese integral department high schools were used as the target to analyze the usage condition in the aspect of domain formation. As a result, a conclusion was deducted that student's securement of territory consciousness about the base space and venue construction for the community of various studying groups affects life satisfaction.
The freshwater goby, Micropercops swinhonis ($G\"{u}nther$) was studied on the spawning behavior and egg develeopment at the two areas of Chollabukdo, Korea from March to May 1995. Egg mass attached to a layer under stones and the inner wall of waterplant, Cyperus. Spawning behavior was divided in to 1) premating stage: selecting spawning sites and formation of territory by male, 2) mating stage: enticement with zigzag-like dance and intermittant shaking of head by male and fertilization, 3) postmating stage: fanning, guarding and cleaning the nest by male. The eggs were transparent and spherical in shape, measuring $0.9\times1.4mm$ with yellowish yolk sac and many oil globules. Hatching began in about ten days after fertilization at water temperature $16~20^{\circ}C$. The newly hatched larvae were 3.8~4.0 mm in total length with 30 myomeres and their mouths and anuses were opened. Melanophores appeared at the air-bladder and the ventral side of caudal region.gion.
The Program from modern architecture is an indispensable condition which must put in all buildings today and it is a relationship setting of a various functions. According to changing society consequently, a complicated form and program in modem appear again. Through this background from, we intend to observe the meaning which the program is having in the construction in this manuscript. Sejima is the architecture who try to use variously special formation of the program. Specially, we are planning to research the quality which his program is haying form Sejima's architecture and how it is reflected ill this construction. Resultantly, each program which appears from Sejima's architecture makes a gap space and irregular arrangement. The characters of the space which is put each through the gap don't have a deceptive plan each other and they are compounded. Also, each character to have their territories is intersected and putting out of the various features in the program coat. First, form of the maze plane, Intersecting each territory. Second, forming the territory as fitting their act oneself in the space where can be existing. Third, having more interest in the event that happens inside than existence problem of thing.
In the nowadays years our city's housing environment which progresses rapidly social-economical development is posited the role in the nowadays multi-family housing brings about the individualism of the nowadays city, and makes muddy neighborhood meaning, and the quality of the nowadays city dwelling house environment becoming worse. This study was started with the cognition of the need of intermediate-space, in the our life in the neighborhood city. Intermediate-spaces, has same meaning to come into the action of consciousness of the neighborhood. For the improvement of the quality of city housing, we should cleary recognized the individual territory after we set the proper in intermediate-zone in the multi-family housing. Therefore, this study inquires ito the meaning of intermediate-zone, and catches the formation technique of intermediate-zone and the method of plan through the investigation of the use cases of the multi-family housing which is established intermediate-territory. and then I analyze the role of the formative space by this method. By this method, I grope for the effect of the use through the alternative plan of the design method of the intermediate-zone. If the methods of play use the role in the nowadays multi-family housing, high quality will build up.
When DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) were induced in mammalian cells, many DNA damage response proteins are accumulated at damage sites to form nuclear foci called IR-induced foci. Although the formation of foci has been shown to promote repair efficiency, the structural organization of chromatin in foci remains obscure. BAF53 is an actin-related protein which is required for maintenance of chromosome territory. In this study, we show that the formation of IR-induced foci by $\gamma$-H2AX and 53BP1 were reduced when BAF53 is depleted, while DSB- activated ATM pathway and the phosphorylation of H2AX remains intact after DNA damage in BAF53 knockdown cells. We also found that DSB repair efficiency was largely compromised in BAF53 knockdown cells. These results indicate that BAF53 is critical for formation of foci by $\gamma$-H2AX decorated chromatin at damage sites and the structural organization of chromatin in foci is an important factor to achieve the maximum efficiency of DNA repair.
after using dom die, this sheet pressed from a variation condition of size, of die holder power,of rpm speed, accordingly the kind of material, the conditionof deformation movement between both sheets is analyzed, is investigated in the Press machine. even if the change quantity which formed raises a blank holder pressure, the change quantity which is special is not visible from the segment where there is not a bead, the segment where there is a bead to the other side does change quantity schedule to initially and the features of press holding power which the change quantity diminishes is showed consequently from pressurization change quantity it is visible but until a rupture territory from the rpm, it goes but the features where the change quantity does not change a lot is observationd, from the CR2-sheet the quality comes out though well but a possibility of getting a result under same conditions of AL-sheet does not become the formation which stands is. It is like that though press-die which uses the drawing-sheet it exchanges the sheets, when AL-sheet with doing, the conclusion for maintain which have a formation sincerity healthy characteristic is same with afterwords.
