일부 외국인 산업근로자의 불안에 대한 조사 (Anxiety of Foreign Industrial Workers)

  • This study was designed to determine anxiety factors and levels of anxiety of foreign industrial workers. One hundred and seventy five workers were researched who were working in Guro Working Complex, Ansan City and Sungnam City Working Complex asking 60 questionnaires from Feb. 25, 1996 to April 12, 1996. The results were as follows ; 1. The 30.3% of foreign workers were from Nepal, 17.7% from Bangladesh, 10.9% from SriLanka, 14. 9% from Philippines, 1.1% from Ghana. 80% of foreign workers were male, 11.1% were single and most of them were in the age from 25 to 34. 37.1% of foreign workers had not lived in Korea less than 12 months, 58.8% graduated from college, 33.7% from high school, and more than half lived in a dormitory. 2. On the anxiety level related to subject workers' general characteristics, the anxiety level from Nepal recorded the highest point 2.70 statistically showing a significant difference(p=0.0003). On the physical anxiety level, the workers from Nepal recorded a significantly low point comparing with Jamaica, Burma, Vietnam and Nigeria(p=0.01). 3. Emotional anxiety level marked the highest on the workers living as a tenant comparing with the workers in dormitory. 4. On anxiety factors, the emotional anxiety recoded the highest, the social anxiety and the somatic anxiety. 5. On the relation between the anxiety factor, the somatic anxiety factor had a relation with emotional, environmental, and occupational factors and on the other relation between the anxiety factor and emotional factor had a relation with environmental, social, cultural factors. Moreover, the environmental factor had a relation with the cultural factor, social factor had a relation with the cultural factor, and cultural factor was related to the occupational factor.

산업단지 입주특성에 따른 기업 경영 및 혁신성과 분석 (An Empirical Analysis of Management and Innovative Performances by the Characteristics of the Industrial Park Tenancy)

  • 본 논문은 산업단지라는 정책적 집적환경에 입주한 기업들의 입주 특성이 기업경영 및 혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 목적을 둔다. 분석을 위해서 2012년 기준 kis-value 기업재무자료와 FEMIS 산업단지 입주현황자료를 활용하여 회귀분석과 선택편의를 고려한 성향점수매칭을 적용하였다. 산업단지 입주여부는 전반적으로 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 수도권내 산업단지 입주가 기업의 경영 및 혁신성과에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 산업단지 장기입주는 기업의 1인당 매출액에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치나 다른 성과변수에 대해서는 유의한 영향을 발견할 수 없었다. 또한 산업단지 복수입주기업은 1인당 영업이익에서 오히려 낮은 성과를 보였다. 이는 산업단지 장기입주와 복수입주기업은 연구개발과 성과향상을 위한 학습이나 추가적인 수요시장의 개척, 다른 기관 및 기업과의 연계 및 네트워크 구축에 한계를 가지고 있음을 의미한다.

다지점 오픈플로우 사이트들을 위한 자동화된 연동 도구의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of an Automated Inter-connection Tool for Multi-Point OpenFlow Sites)

  • 미래형 서비스 실증을 위해서 실험자들에게 소프트웨어-정의 네트워킹(Software-Defined Networking: SDN)과 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing: CC) 기반으로 융합된 컴퓨팅/네트워킹 자원들을 유연하게 제공하는 통합된 시험/실증 환경의 중요성이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞춰서 OF@TEIN(OpenFlow @ Trans Eurasian Information Network) 시험/실증 환경에서는 국내외 다수 지역들에 가상화를 지원하는 융합형 자원인 SmartX Rack들을 설치하고 이들을 오픈플로우(OpenFlow) 기반의 SDN에 의해 연동하여 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 다지점에 설치된 오픈플로우 사이트들을 2계층 이더넷(Ethernet) 차원에서 연동할 때 원하는 토폴로지에 부합하도록 NVGRE(network virtualized generic route encapsulation) 터널링을 자동으로 설정하고 관제하는 관리도구를 소개한다. 제안한 관리 도구를 활용하면 운용자는 다수의 오픈플로우 사이트들간의 네트워크 연동을 신속하고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있고, 이와 동시에 실험자들은 원하는 가상화된 사용자 네트워크(virtual tenant network)를 최대한 자율적으로 구성하고 활용할 수 있다.

프리미엄 아웃렛 쇼핑몰의 공간지각 및 이용 특성분석 -방문자의 탐색적 요인분석을 중심으로- (Analysis of Space Cognition and Use Characteristics on Premium Outlet Shopping Mall -Focused on Exploratory Factor Analysis on Visitor's Behavior-)

  • 최근 들어 부동산시장의 변화 중 리테일 분야의 변화에 주목할 필요가 있으며, 아웃렛 쇼핑몰은 새로운 소매 환경변화를 보여주는 주요한 공간적 대상이다. 대도시 내부에 위치하고 있는 팩토리형 아웃렛과 스트리트형 아웃렛과는 달리, 프리미엄 아웃렛은 대도시 교외에 입지가 관찰되고 있다. 본 연구는 경기도 파주에 입지하고 있는 신세계 첼시 프리미엄 아웃렛을 방문한 쇼핑객들이 지구차원의 단지형쇼핑공간에 대한 지각된 공간요소와 이용특성을 탐색적 요인분석을 통하여 실증 분석하였다. 사례지 방문자 설문 중 292부의 유효설문을 바탕으로 7개의 주된 공간지각 요인을 도출하였고, 각 구성요소는 시각적, 입지적, 쇼핑지원, 인적, 분위기, 통행편의, 테넌트 요인으로 분석되었다. 도출된 요인은 단지형 아웃렛쇼핑몰의 물리적 구성 요소와 비물리적 요소로 구성되며, 방문객들이 상품구매 욕구와 장소애착에 영향을 줄 수 있는 단위요소로서의 잠재력을 가질 것으로 판단된다. 향후 이용자 특성과 지각을 고려한 아웃렛 쇼핑몰의 기획과 설계에 본 연구결과는 장소마케팅전략으로서의 의미가 있다고 판단된다.

함라마을 부농주거의 건축특성 연구 (The Study on the Architectural Characteristics of the Wealthy Farmhouses in Ham-Ra)

  • Ham-ra is a village that belongs to Ham-yuel Ri, Ik-san city and also known as the village where 4 millionaire modem age rich farmer households are residing in the center of the village. Originally, central point of the village was Gaeksa and Hyanggyo that is in Suodong, but early 1900s, rich farmers found new Places beside Suodong and built large-scale houses and around it, houses of tenant and commercial places were formed and became the new center of the village. Therefore, Ham-ra village shows well about the changes of the traditional village in the end of Chosun Dynasty aspect that of existent village space according to rich farmer's growth. Especially, the large scaled Korean traditional houses which were built newly in the year between 1917 to 1939 shows main road and Natural stream surrounding the village which are not found in any other village. 3 rich farmers (Lee Bae-won, Jo Hae-young, Kim An-gyun house) and Lee Jib-cheon's houses built a large scaled Sarang-chae and An-chae to compete and to show off there wealth. This residing imitated High-classe house yet accommodated social changes and through a voluntary experiment, is expressing modernity of Han-ok very well. Similarity and creativity in residing form appears well in buildings similar time and village. This research analyzed space composition change of the village and characteristic of Architecture who appear at modern process of typical farmer houses which make a strong resolution to Ham-ra hereupon.

프로세스 유사도 분석과 메타 저장소를 이용한 서비스 재사용 기법 (A Method of Service Reuse using Analysis of Process Similarity and Meta Repository)

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅에서 SaaS는 소프트웨어를 서비스로서 제공하는 프레임워크이다. 테넌트와 용도의 차이에 따라 서비스 제공자가 서비스를 다시 구축한다면 비용이나 관리적 측면에서 많은 자원을 요구하게 된다. 이에 우리는 기존 소프트웨어를 재사용 할 수 있도록 프로세스 알제브라를 이용하여 분석하는 기법을 제안한다. process algebra는 소프트웨어의 구조를 분석하고, 이를 다른 언어로 표현할 수 있으며, 재사용할 수 있는지 검증할 수 있다. process algebra 중 CCS(Calculus of Communicating Systems)는 비즈니스 프로세스나 XML로 변환하기 유용하므로, 이를 이용하여 프로세스를 프로세스 뷰로 구조화하고, 구조화된 명세를 비교 및 관리를 위한 메타 저장소를 제안한다.

Shopping Mall Motivation: Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Approach

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate young consumer motivation in regards to shopping mall. Young adults are an emerging age group that has economic autonomy and power of making independent decisions. In addition, this young segment providing an interesting challenges and opportunities for marketing professionals. Therefore, it is pertinent to analyse their shopping motivations, so that the marketers can understand and influence the consumption behaviour of this specific group. A survey using self-administered questionnaire was conducted to assess the mall-directed shopping habits and shopping orientations. A total of 164 usable surveys were obtained. In addition of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was applied to prove the hypotheses. We have found that young Australian shoppers were motivated to visit malls primarily by the role enactment and exploration dimensions. They were the strongest motivators which explaining why young Australian consumers patronize malls. Young consumers of Australia enjoyed the mall environment, exploring new things, socializing with friends, comparing prices and the variety of products and services offered. The results of our study have several implications that should be of benefit to the retailing industry and mall management. Developers of malls must develop their mall more than simply a place for buying products. As such, mall management should make sure that their mall atmospherics offer a mall environment that is pleasing to multiple senses, to ensure it is conducive for shoppers to stay and spend more of their time and money. Mall management must execute strategies to maintain their attraction to younger consumers, perhaps by including stores that are futuristic and offer the most advanced styles or technologies, and appeal to somewhat older adults by offering the tenant, entertainment, and experience mix they will prefer. It is recommended that future research utilize random sampling methods to ensure the generalizability of results.

Internationalization and Performance of SMEs in Masan Free Trade Zone (Korea): The Direct and Moderating Effects of Firm Size

  • Purpose - This study analyzes the effect of internationalization represented as exporting on firm performance on the subject of SMEs operating in Masan Free Trade Zone which has shown poor performance recently despite its status as the oldest and largest free trade zone in Korea. We also analyze the effect of firm size on firm performance, and the moderating role of firm size in relation to internationalization and firm performance. Design/methodology - This study uses multiple regression models for unbalanced panel data as the empirical tools for the estimation of the effect that internationalization has on firm performance (ROA or ROS). Our sample consists of 91 manufacturing SMEs among all 110 companies located in Masan Free Trade Zone as of 2017. Findings - The degree of internationalization has a negative impact on firm performance. However, firm size turns out to have a positive effect and play a positive moderating role in the relation to internationalization and firm performance. This seems to be because most tenant companies operating in Masan Free Trade Zone are small firms whose costs of internationalization may exceed the benefits. Empirical results also show that longer CEO tenure has a greater negative effect on firm performance. Originality/value - The originality/value of this paper can be found in 3 aspects. First, we conducted an empirical analysis on the relationship between the internationalization and firm performance of SMEs in a specific region, namely, Masan Free Trade Zone. Second, while most previous studies focused on listed medium companies, most of the sample of this study are small and medium non-listed enterprises. Third, it is witnessed that firm size has a positive moderating effect on the relation between internationalization and firm performance.

공공임대주택과 민간임대주택의 주거복지 성과 차이 (The Difference of Housing Welfare Outcomes Between Public Rental Housing and Market Rental Housing)

  • 본 연구는 공공임대주택과 민간임대주택의 주거복지 성과에 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 2016년 주거실태조사를 활용하여 주거의 구조적 물리적 적절성, 주거비의 저렴적절성, 주거의 안정성으로 정의한 주거복지에 있어 공공임대주택과 민간임대주택이 차이가 있는지, 이러한 차이가 가구의 인구사회경제적 특성을 통제한 상태에서도 유지되는지를 검토하였다. 분석결과 공공임대주택 중 일부는 여전히 최저주거기준미달, 주거비과부담의 문제를 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공공임대주택과 민간임대주택을 비교하면 공공임대주택은 주거복지에 있어 통계적으로 유의미한 성과가 있었으며, 이는 인구사회경제적 특성을 통제하면 더욱 일관되게 나타났다. 민간임대주택은 최저주거기준미달, 주거비과부담, 주거안정성에 있어 열악한 상황에 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 공공임대주택정책의 개선방안과 민간임대주택에 대한 적절한 규제의 필요성의 근거를 도출할 수 있었다.
