  • The polymerization of title compound (MCEC, I) with phenols led to give corresponding resole type polymer. Phenol and p-methoxyphenol polymer had a relative higher molecular weight and a property of elastomer, but p-chloro-and p-nitrophenol polymer had a lower ones. Also, phenol and p-meth-oxyphenol gave to crosslinking polymer by elongation of reaction period and rising of temperature.

  • We proposed a new cross-coupled level shifter circuit using low temperature poly-Si(LTPS) TFT. The proposed level shifter can operate on low input voltage in spite of low mobility and widely varying high threshold voltage of LTPS TFT. Also, the proposed level shifter operates at high frequency and reduces power consumption for having fast rising and falling time and shortening period flowing short-circuit currents.

  • La-modified PbTiO3 Powders and ceramics were prepared by coprecipitation and salt decomposition method. In this process, fine and homogeneous single phase of La-modified PbTiO3 was synthesized at lower temperature than oxide mixing method. And these powders contributed to lowering calcination temperature and rising sintering properties. The properties of these powders and the change of properties with themperature and the effect of powder properties on sintering were investigated.

  • We demonstrate a high color gamut liquid crystal display (LCD) system (>100 %) by using a precompensated tri-chromatic LED-backlight module over a temperature range of (25 to $70^{\circ}C$), whose pre-compensated optical characteristic balances the spectral redshift and intensity decrease due to the temperature rising during operation.

  • ALC(Autoclaved lightweight concrete) 제조공정 중에서 예비양생이 완료된 반 경화제품(cake)인 상태에서 탈형을 실시할 때 적절한 탈형 시기가 지난 후에 탈형을 하게 되면 보습력이 떨어지고 절단 시 피아노선이 절단되어 제품에 균열이 발생할 우려가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 탈형 시기의 관리기준이 되는 경도(hardness)에 관한 예측을 하기 위해 관련된 변수들 간에 상호관련성을 찾고자 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 이용한 연구를 진행하였다. ALC 제조공정의 V/T(Vibration Time)대기, V/T동작, 발포 높이, 경화시간, 타설 온도, Rising, C/S비의 독립변수(Independent variables)들이 종속변수(Dependent variables)인 경도(hardness)에 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 다중 회귀분석을 이용한 연구를 진행하였다.

비 살상 무기 개발을 위한 생분해성 발포 폴리우레탄에 대한 연구 (Study on Biodegradable Polyurethane Foam for Non-lethal Weapon)

  • 본 연구에서는 불법 조업 어선 제압 및 장비 불용화를 위한 접착형 퇴치제 개발의 일환으로 발포형 생분해성 폴리우레탄 연구를 수행하였다. 발포형 폴리우레탄 접착제는 폴리에스터계 및 폴리에테르 폴리올을 포함하는 주재와 고분자형의 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 경화제를 혼합하여 반응이 완결되는 2액형으로, 단기간의 생분해성을 위해 주재에 starch와 dextrin 및 amylase 등을 첨가하여 4주간 약 34%의 생분해도를 OECD 301C법에 의해 얻을 수 있었다. 주재와 경화제의 온도에 따른 점도를 $0{\sim}50^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 측정하여 혼합 시 참고할 수 있도록 하였으며, 또한 신속한 발포 및 접착성능을 위해서 $0{\sim}50^{\circ}C$의 온도 범위에서 발포형 폴리우레탄 접착제의 반응 완결 속도(rising time)를 조절하여 1 min 내외로 제어하였다. 또한 면 직물에 대한 T-peel 시험을 수행한 결과 최대 20.78 N/cm, 평균 11.95 N/cm의 접착력을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • This paper addresses the issue of Renewable Energy for Electricity Storage device is one of the NAS (Sodium-Sulfur) battery will be about the module. For safety reasons, not the actual battery cells using a dummy cell in the module's operating temperature setting to examine the characteristics of the insulation vacuum of the wall temperature and external temperature changes measured over time. Upper and lower boundaries of the wall vacuum insulation characteristics cotton C intervals over time, average $5^{\circ}C$, but the temperature is rising, 4C section with little temperature change did not occur. On the other hand, about $3^{\circ}C$ in section 4D, and it was confirmed that the temperature rises. Wall vacuum insulation characteristics over time to look at the experiments and measurements are described.

Simulation for the effect of vertical groundwater flux on the subsurface temperature distribution

  • Subsurface temperature is affected by heat advection due to groundwater advection. Temperature-depth profile can be perturbed especially when there are significant vertical groundwater flux caused by external force such as injection or extraction. This research is to clarify the change of subsurface temperature distribution when the 40m x l0m sandy aquifer is stimulated by two different vertical flux($case1:\;{\pm}10^{-5}m^3/s,\;case2:\;{\pm}4{\times}10^{-5}m^3/s$) using a program called HydroGeoSphere. The resulting temperature distribution contour map shows pumping causes vertical attraction of water from deeper and warmer place which result in rising up isotherm. Additionally more injection/extraction rate, more vertical groundwater flux leads to faster Increase in temperature near the pumping well.

  • Instantaneous temperature probes were manufactured by pressing method. By using these probes, the instantaneous surface temperature and unsteady heat flux in the cylinder liner of DOHC engine were measured. The main results are as follows; ⅰ) the instantaneous surface temperature of cylinder liner are affected by the contact of piston ring as well as burning gas. ⅱ) the wall temperature of the siamese portion is much higher than other parts. ⅲ) it was shown that the rising trend of heat flux by burning gas are nearly limited to the 1/2-stroke distance from the top of cylinder liner.
