현재까지 실감 기술이 3-D 오디오나 비디오를 통하여 발전되어 왔지만, 단순히 시청각만을 통해서는 사용자에게 진정한 실감을 느끼도록 하기 힘들다. 사람은 오감을 통하여 모든 사물을 인지하므로 진정한 실감을 얻으려면 미디어를 통하여 인간의 다양한 감각을 모두 느낄 수 있도록 해 주어야 한다. 본 논문은 사용자 주변의 다양한 실감 디바이스들을 오디오, 비디오 콘텐츠와 동기를 맞추어 제어하므로 실감을 높일 수 있는 미디어 서비스 개념인 SMMD(Single Media Multiple Device) 미디어 시스템과 SMMD 미디어를 생성하기 위한 저작툴에 관하여 설명한다.

본 연구는 대학 도서관 사서들이 컴퓨터 통신망을 이용한 정보서비스를 도서관 업무에 어느 정도 활용하고 있는가를 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상으로 11개 대학도서관의 사서 215명을 표본집단으로 선정하여 정보서비스별 이용도와 이용목적, 정보서비스에 대한 만족도, 정보서비스 이용과 도서관 업무간의 관계 및 활용도 등에 관하여 분석한 결과를 제시하였다.

음성 합성이란 기계적인 장치나 전지회로 또는 컴퓨터 모의를 이용하여 자동으로 음성파형을 생성해 내는 것으로 정의한다. 음성 합성에 대한 연구는 다른 음성에 관련된 기술들보다 가장 먼저 연구된 기술이다. 음성 합성기는 PC의 보급이 확대되고 통신 시장이 컴짐에 따라 그 응용 분야가 점차 확대되어 가고 다양한 방식의 음성 합성 기법에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 일반적으로 자연스러운 대화를 할 때나 글을 읽을 때의 음성에는 퍼지, 지속시간, 에너지 등의 운율 정보가 포함되어 있다. 따라서, 문장을 합성하는 경우 운율정보를 합성음에 반영하면 보다 명확한 의미 전달과 다양한 발성변환이 가능해 진다. 본 논문에서는 시간영역에서 PSOLA 합성방식에 의한 피치 변경과 지속시간 변경을 이용하여 다양한 발성변환에 따른 다중음성 합성기를 구현하였다.

A new Complex Image Method based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed to calculate the Green's functions of CPW (coplanar waveguide)-type microwave components and antennas. The closed-forms of the spectral-domain integrals are obtained by the GA, avoiding the conventional procedures of the tedious linear algebra and the sampling conditions sensitive to the complex-variable sampling paths adopted in the Prony's and GPOF methods. The proposed method is compared with the numerical Sommerfeld Integral, which results in good agreement.

The telecommunications market is expanding rapidly and becoming more substitutive. In this environment, demand forecasting is very difficult, yet important for both practitioners and researchers. in this paper, we adopt the modeling approach proposed dy Jun and Park ［6］. The basic premise is that demand patterns result from choice behavior, where customers choose a product to maximize their utility. We apply a choice-based substitutive diffusion model to the Korean mobile telecommunication service market where digital service has completely replaced analog service. In comparison with Bass-type multigeneration models. our model provides superior fitting and forecasting performance. The choice-based model is useful in that it enables the description of such complicated environments and provides the flexibility to include marketing mix variables such as price and advertising in the regression analysis.

This paper Is concerned with a new techno-economic model Ing of ATM based h19h-speed networks. Coupled with advances of technology, the rapid development of new telecommunication services significantly increases the magnitude of risk in making an Investment decision. Naturally, the success of techno-economic modeling depends on how effectively we manage underlying risk factors such as cost and technology To deal with risk factors, we need to rely on modern decision and risk analysis while Implementing mathematical optimization for solving a complex capacity expansion problem of telecommunication systems during the planning period. We provide a case study that will enhance our understanding of the techno-economic analysis for emerging telecommunication systems.

This study examines the international competitiveness of the Korean information and telecommunication industry by using competitiveness index such as the RCA index, the Trade Specialization index, and the Total Factor Productivity. The results of this study show that the industry's competitiveness slightly decreases since 1995, but not its the total factor productivity. In conclusion, the industry has kept the competitiveness over all. Therefore, to keep or improve the competitiveness continuously, the industry is required the government's intensive investment and administrative support. And the industry should bring up by venture and small-medium-size-enterprises to have great economic impacts on other industries. Also, the increasing production and export promoting policy will be enhance the industry and improve nation's balance of trade.

이 논문에서는 비접촉 방식의 심박 및 호흡 검출이 가능한 FFT를 이용하는 새로운 검출 방식의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 FFT 방식은 주파수 도메인에서 필터링을 수행한 후 IFFT 후 특징점 추출 알고리즘을 수행하여 심박 및 호흡을 추출한다. 이 논문에서는 제안된 FFT 방식을 사용하여 기존의 FFT 방식과 달리 FFT를 한 후 주파수 영역에서 바로 심박수 및 호흡수를 추출할 수 있음을 제안한다.

In a motion estimation method for use in encoding a moving picture, a full-pixel motion vector is estimated by stochastically sampling a pixel to be processed in a predetermined-sized block of a previous frame or a next frame as a reference frame for each of a plurality of equal-sized blocks in a current frame. Then, a half-pixel motion vector is estimated based on the full-pixel motion vector. Accordingly, both the calculation amount and the calculation time required for the motion estimation are effectively reduced. Further, it can be prevented that the hardware becomes complicated. .

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.
