This study is focused on the developing of the telecommunication industry for the analysis on the social changes. We predict, the role increase greatly inpotant foundational society structure of coming twenty-one century. In the scope and method of this study there must invalve following five items: constructed global society, developing economic, limit resources, change personal behavior, security of living, This problem to find a solution to the change of telecommunication industry policy in Korea.

This paper presents an algorithm for acquisition of linear segments of building from edge pixels using Kalman filtering. We can obtain the accurate position of building corners from the linear segments of building. The corner points are used to calculate the position of building corners in world coordinate using stereo vision technique. The algorithm has been applied to pairs of stereo aerial images and the result showed accurate linear segment detection from edge pixels of roof boundaries.

Anisotropic diffusion is a selective smoothing technique that promotes smoothing within a region instead of smoothing across boundaries. In anisotropic diffusion, the rate of smoothing is controlled by the local value of the diffusion coefficient chosen to be a function of the local image gradient magnitude. El-Fallah and Gary E. Ford represented the image as a surface and proved that setting the inhomogeneous diffusion coefficient equal to the inverse of the magnitude of the surface normal results in surface evolving speed that is proportional to the mean curvature of the image surface. This model has the advantage of having the mean curvature diffusion (MCD) render invariant magnitude, thereby preserving structure and locality. In this paper, the proposed MCD model efficiently reduces diffusion coefficient at the thin edges using the smoothness of the surface.

Recently, the mobile telecommunication industry is increasing rapidly: nevertheless it is competing severely with other mobile telecommunication industries in the world and it is projected that in the future the mobile telecommunication industry will compete more fiercely and increase more rapidly. By means of looking into the relationship of the mobile telecommunication service characteristics and satisfaction, therefore, it can be said that it can help the companies which want to survive in such a competitive society. And then we investigated how these classified characteristics on mobile service could influence on customer satisfaction.

본 논문은 정보검색을 위한 형태소분석기를 소개한다. 검색엔진의 속도향상을 지향한다면 형태소분석 알고리즘과 참조하는 사전의 구조를 어떻게 구성하는가에 따라 처리속도에 상당한 변화를 기대할 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 알고리즘으로 최장일치법을 이용하고, 사전내부구조로 AVL+Trie 구조를 이용하여 사전참조의 속도향상을 기대하였다.

기계 구분이 어려워 집배원의 수작업 구분에 의존하던 우편물의 배달순로 작업을 인식 기술과 자동 처리 기술의 발달로 인하여 세계 각국은 우편번호에 배달개소를 표현 할 수 있는 코드로 확장하여 배달순로 구분 자동화틀 시도하고 있다. 우편물 순로구분을 위한 주소코드 연구는 국가별 순로구분 자동화 현황에 대한 분석하고 우리나라의 사용하는 우편번호와 주소 지번 체계의 분석을 통하여 우편물 구분 적합한 주소코드와 순로코드를 설계하고 주소코드를 이용한 우편물 처리방법을 제시하였다.

전통적인 멀티캐스트는 유니캐스트 방식에 비해 네크워크자원 이용 및 전송 측면에서 매우 효율적이지만 라우터에서 각 멀티캐스트 그룹의 상태 유지, 복잡한 네트워크 운영, 멀티캐스트를 위한 준비된 IP 주소 공간의 부족, 네트워크 변경의 제한 등의 문제점이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 멀티캐스트의 문제점을 최소화하기 위하여 효율적인 호스트 기반의 멀티캐스트 트리 알고리즘을 적용하여 호스트 기반 멀티캐스트 시스템을 설계 한다.

VOD 시스템이 상업적으로 성공하기 위해서는 많은 사용자에게 우수한 질의 다양한 컨텐츠를 스트리밍 서비스하는 것이 중요하다. 최근 대규모의 사용자와 사용자들의 다양한 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 클러스터 서버 환경에서의 VOD 시스템이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 클라이언트 플랫폼 사용자들의 모든 요청을 지원하기 위한 통합 VOD 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 고화질의 WMV 미디어와 표준 수준의 미디어들에 대한 스트리밍 서비스를 제공한다. 또한, 무선 네트워크 환경의 사용자들을 위한 네트워크 적응적 스트리밍 미디어 서비스를 제공하기위한 방안을 제시한다.

Telecommunication services are distinctive in that their adoptions are influenced by network effect resulting in 'the late take-off phenomenon' and the 'critical mass' problem. In this paper we examined, so called, 'the late take-off phenomenon' in the diffusion process of telecommunication services. We compared the parameters of the diffusion process of consumer durables with those of fax services in the US and Korea. By analyzing the parameters of a new diffusion model based on the threshold model proposed by Markus, we found that 'the late take-off phenomenon' resulted from the low heterogeneity of the threshold distribution for the potential adopters. A simulation approach was proposed for the theoretical implication of the 'critical mass' problem in the start-up telecommunications services.

The goal of this article is to stress the importance of good quality in telecommunication services and to introduce two basic concepts on the service quality in the telecommunication industry: QoS(Quality of Service) and NP(Network Performance) Based on these notions, presented is an integrated scheme for quality improvement in telecommunication services. Tn particular , proposed with this framework Is an efficient and effective establishment of a balanced set of parameters for continuous monitoring and correct ions of service performance.
