  • Planarity geotechnical exploration missions were actively performed during the 1970s and there was a period of decline from the 1 990s to the 2000s because of budget. However, exploring space resources is essential to prepare for the depletion of Earth's resources in the future and explore resources abundant in space but scarce on Earth, such as rare earth and helium-3. Additionally, the development of space technology has become the driving force of future industry development. The competition among developed countries for exoplanet exploration has recently accelerated for the exploration and utilization of space resources. For these missions and resource exploration/mining, geotechnical exploration is required. There have been several missions to explore exoplanet ground, including the Moon, Mars, and asteroids. There are Apollo, LUNA, and Chang'E missions for exploration of the Moon. The Mars missions included Viking, Spirit/Opportunity, Phoenix, and Perseverance missions, and the asteroid missions included the Hayabusa missions. In this study, space planetary mineral resource exploration technologies are explained, and the future technological tasks of Korea are described.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in early 2020, became an opportunity for unprecedented global reflection and change. And it served as an opportunity to promote a new paradigm in all areas of society, including politics, economy, culture, and industry. In the midst of this upheaval, the 2022 IAA exhibition, which was held in four years, was held as an exhibition that even proposed new concepts of smart logistics and mobility services. Among them, various concepts were also proposed in exhibitions related to last mile mobility, the focus of this study. As a result of this study, the main trend of last mile mobility shown in the IAA 2022 exhibition is that the property of physical products with functions as social interfaces is expanding into the PSS (Product-Service System) ecosystem in which products and services are systematically linked. As a result, the need for a methodological approach that can organically link the design planning of social services and the development of products corresponding to it was derived.

  • Research on employee commitment to the organization is necessary for human resource management, and the result is applied in practice to improve organizational effectiveness. The aim of the present study is to explore factors affecting organizational commitment at the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. Besides, the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance is examined as well. The research was conducted on a sample consisting of 67 white-collar workers and 260 blue-collar workers at SMEs. A total of 327 valid complete questionnaires were input into SPSS 20 database for processing to provide evidence. The research model and hypotheses were tested using the technique of the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The research resultsrevealed that income, reward and welfare, direct manager, working environment, coworker, and promotion opportunity tended to associate positively with organizational commitment. Besides, the finding also showed that, when the employee has a high organizational commitment, it would lead to high job performance. The main findings of this study provided some managerial implications for SMEs, in general, and managers, in particular. It implies that Vietnam's small and medium-sized enterprises should improve these six factors to retain employees as well as enhance their job performance.

  • With increasing technology, requirement to car noise and related dynamics are getting competitive keypoint. Unfortunately, vibro - acoustic behavior of a car is nowadays only possible after development of prototypes. But, obviously, in the Area of Research, many of Industrials, Universities and research centers try to codevelop the design tools to predict the vibro-acoustic behaviors. At this stage, it is more realistic to represent the existing technologies in order for the engineer to get their own know-how to design and to Integrate existing techniques, to setup their test facility, and to develope some tools with which they can successfully predict noise levels of car in the design phase. Moreover, most of the theories which will be represented in this paper can be used in the design phase. At any way, finding the cause of trouble shooting is more urgent than the design of a car to the test engineer. In this paper, transfer path analysis, noise source identification, and the key test method of modal analysis is introduced. Later, if I get the opportunity to present in KSNVE, the approach method of modal analysis is introduced. Later, if I get the opportunity to present in KSNVE, the approach method of finding characteristics of joint and welding part will be introduced. Most parts of this paper was quoted from the papers of LMS.

  • An insider threat is a threat that comes from people within the organization being attacked. It can be described as a function of the motivation, opportunity, and capability of the insider. Compared to managing the dimensions of opportunity and capability, assessing one's motivation in committing malicious acts poses more challenges to organizations because it usually involves a more obtrusive process of psychological examination. The existing body of research in psycholinguistics suggests that automated text analysis of electronic communications can be an alternative for predicting and detecting insider threat through unobtrusive behavior monitoring. However, a major challenge in employing this approach is that it is difficult to minimize the risk of missing any potential threat while maintaining an acceptable false alarm rate. To deal with the trade-off between the risk of missed catches and the false alarm rate, we propose a unified psycholinguistic framework that consolidates multiple text analyzers to carry out sentiment analysis, emotion analysis, and topic modeling on electronic communications for unobtrusive psychological assessment. The user scenarios presented in this paper demonstrated how the trade-off issue can be attenuated with different text analyzers working collaboratively to provide more comprehensive summaries of users' psychological states.

  • Interactions are intrinsic part of what we do. We interact when we work, when we learn, when we visit a doctor, and when we play. With the advent of information and communications technology we can collect rich data (video, audio, and various transcripts including text chat) about such interactions. This opens an opportunity to monitor the dynamics of interactions and to get deeper insights of how they unfold and deliver this information to the interacting parties. This paper presents the design of a technology for visualising information about the dynamics of unfolding of interactions and presenting it in an ambient display on mobile devices. The purpose of this technology is the delivery of such information to the point of decision making.
