Effective acquisition technology is an important factor determining the competitiveness of companies(Roxas et al., 2011). Since the importance of technology transfer has been increased, there has been a growing interest in company, government, university and research institutes (Bozeman et al., 2015). Despite the national efforts for activating technology transfer, a lot of technology is still in universities and R&D center(Ockwell et al., 2009). The barriers of technology transfer are a main reason to inhibit the technology transfer. In order to be lower technology transfer barriers, it is necessary to derive the technology transfer broker based on social network analysis. However, most studies related to technology transfer broker had been focused on empirical study(Bozeman et al., 2015). Therefore, it is needed to suggest the method to grasp the opportunity that can lead to technology innovation based on analyzing and visualizing the network of technology transfer. The method in this study provides the company with the connectable path, technology transfer broker and strategy to classify the technology actor within the network. Finally, the method is applied to Global MVP for verifying the feasibility of method.

The tacit knowledge transfer cultivate the value and mount of tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge transfer plays the most important role for improving the competitiveness of the organization. Despite the tacit knowledge transfer is very important, the research related with tacit knowledge transfer has not been actively carried out. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer interfere with the tacit knowledge transfer. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer are lack of understanding knowledge experts, heavy over-work, insufficient compensation, trust shortage and knowledge stickiness. In order to overcome the barrier of the tacit knowledge transfer, it is necessary to promote knowledge broker. The knowledge broker is the foundation for the tacit knowledge transfer and the critical success factor for efficient tacit knowledge transfer. However, most research related on the knowledge broker had focused on the degree, centrality and density of the knowledge network. The framework is needed to performance indicator for diagnosing the tacit knowledge transfer. Therefore, we suggest the knowledge broker framework based on the social network analysis.

The major electron transfer cofactors in photosystem II have been studied by pulsed EPR, pulsed electron electron double resonance (PELDOR) and laser excited spin polarized electron spin echo envelope modulation (ESEEM) methods, in non-oriented and oriented photosystem II membranes. Distances between radical pairs were determined trom the observed dipole interaction constants to be 27.3 A for P680-QA, 30 A, etc. with the error within 1 A. Angles between the distance vector and membrane normal was determined by orientation dependence of oriented membranes with the accuracy of 5˚ The results were compared with the recent structural data by X-ray analysis.

Recently, accumulation of technology, transfer, absorption, and commercialization is being significantly recognized as a key factor for sustainable growth of the 21st century global economy. The government established "Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act" In order that the technology developed at public research institutions can be transferred to the private sector and commercialized; the technology developed in the private sector can be traded and commercialized. Also, the Article 14 of "Technology Transfer and Commercialization Promotion Act" is concerning technology transfer agents' registration, promotion, and support: it introduced the special status system of technology transfer agents and the government registers, manages, and supervises it. In most developed countries, the technology transfer agency is transferred to the private sector and it is referred as a technology transfer agent or technology broker. In the domestic market, despite the introduction of the above special status system and the building a various organization and transfer medium system for boosting the market's revitalization, some problems occurred; because the registration system of a technology transfer agent and legal basis and system about its following-up control fall short. For example, recently technology transfer-related performance exemption has brought the activation of technology transfer agent's registration, but there was the limit of selecting the expert above a certain level. Therefore, some countermeasures for this are urgent, In addition, through a compulsory training completion system before the technology trade agent registration is prepared, a short period of curriculum was not sufficient to provide applicants various specialized knowledge. In this research, it is considered about the reform of technology transfer agent through its comparative study in China and Korea. Some improvements are suggested for expanding the market of technology transfer commercialization, assuring the agents' service and strengthening the competitiveness.

We are currently able to share not only the information from humans but also the data from connected things on the Internet. We are getting close to IoT era because of progress of Information Communication Technology. Therefore, the ways of data transfer are offered between things to things. One of typical way is the HTTP protocol. However, The field of Internet of Things platforms requires more fast and more stable communication protocol to handle massive data. The system supporting HTTP protocol, there is a problem of transmission efficiency in a relatively large header compared to data. also HTTP protocol system overload situations and the problem of data compatibility happens due to each standard of many organizations. Thus, To solve these problems, I suggest the data collection solution based on MQTT protocol for the operation of the stable IoT platforms.
