본 연구는 대한민국 청소년 배드민턴 국가대표 선수를 대상으로 그들의 경기력과 성취목표성향의 하위 요인인 자아성향과 과제성향에 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이에 배드민턴 청소년 대표 선수들의 경기력 수준에 따라 자아성향과 과제성향은 차이가 없을 것이라는 두 개의 영가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상으로는 2018년도 청소년 배드민턴 국가대표 하계 합숙훈련에 소집된 중,고등학생 92명으로 하였고, 이들의 학교급별 단식 전체리그 결과를 토대로 하여 경기력 상,하 집단으로 구분하여 자아성향과 과제성향의 차이를 각각 알아보았다. 검사도구로는 스포츠 성취목표지향성에 관한 검사지(Task & Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire, TEOSQ)를 사용하였다. 자료의 경향을 파악하기 위해서 빈도분석을 실시하였고 검사지의 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해서 신뢰도 분석(Cronbach's α)을 실시하였으며 마지막으로 경기력 집단 간 성취목표성향의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 독립 t검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경기력 상집단과 하집단 간에 자아성향과 과제성향 두 요인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 연구결과를 토대로 논의하였다.

We review the modeling and simulation of fiber orientation during injection molding processes of short fiber reinforced thermoplastics. Generally, a group of fibers are described in terms of probability distribution function or orientation tensor. Various closure approximation models to express higher order tensor in terms of Bower order tensors are reviewed. Rheology of fiber suspensions, multiple fiber-fiber interaction and numerical technique for the prediction of fiber orientation are also considered for concentrated situations.

In this study, a method is presented which can be used to measure the fiber orientation distribution for thickness direction during injection molding using image processing. The intensity method in used for measuring the distribution. And the effects of fiber content, injection molding condictions on the orientation function are also discussed.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate the moderating effects of social capital on antecedents factors path of export performance in the materials and components SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) of Busan and Kyungnam region. In case of materials and components SMEs, they are always trying to achieve business performance including export sales and market share, but it is difficult for them to increase performance due to the limitation of inner & tangible resources. Therefore intangible asset such as technology capability and its antecedents factors which are technology innovation and learning orientation are getting more important to SMEs. In addition, it is supposed that social capital such as local network including distribution channel in overseas market plays an essential role to enhance export performance. Accordingly, the main goal of this study is to find out the relationship between export performance and antecedents factors and the validity of social capital as a moderating valuable. Research design, data, and methodology - Technology innovation, learning orientation and technology capability have been used as antecedents factors for export performance and social capital such as network diversity and intensity has been used for moderating effects analysis. In order to select these valuables mentioned above, this study examined the existing researches on a basis of Resources Based View, Organizational Learning Theory and Social Capital theory. To achieve the objective of this paper, 7 hypotheses including the moderating effects have been proposed with 6 potential variables measured by 24 questions. The survey was carried out from December 2014 to March 2015 and 137 samples out of total 175 were selected for the analysis. PLS(Partial Least Squares) has been used for the methodology of empirical analysis for both antecedents factors path and moderating effects. Results - Research findings are as follows. First, technology innovation has a significant impact on learning orientation, learning orientation has a positive effect on the technology capability and technology capability also has a significant impact on export performance. Therefore 3 valuables are proved as antecedents factors of export performance. Second, the social capital(both network diversity and intensity) plays a moderating role with learning orientation to technology capability. However, there is no moderating effects between both of social capital and technology capability regarding export performance. Conclusions - According to path analysis results, it is suggested that the materials and components SMEs should raise technology innovation and learning orientation in order to improve technology capability and export performance. Meantime, the moderating effect analysis shows that SMEs should consider local network diversity and intensity along with learning orientation to add up technology capability. But local network diversity and intensity does not work systematically with technology capability for export performance and it means that SMEs should find the appropriate local partners for the purpose of establishing concrete distribution channels based on marketing perspective, not for improving technology capability.

본 연구는 국내 중소벤처 제조기업의 조직성과를 달성하는데 있어 전략지향성의 선행변수와 기업가정신을 조절변수로 하여 이들이 기업성과와의 구조적 관계를 고찰하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 중소벤처기업 중에 수출실적이 있는 205개사를 대상으로 구조방정식모형으로 실증연구를 실시한 결과 첫째, 경쟁지향성과 기술지향성은 각각 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 고객지향성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신에 따라 전략지향성이 기업성과로 연결되는 경로에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 부분적으로 있음이 검증되었다. 이는 중소벤처기업의 경우 고객지향성보다는 경쟁지향성과 기술지향성이 조직의 성과에 매우 큰 역할을 담당하고 있다는 시사점을 제공한다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 향후 중소벤처 제조기업들은 경쟁지향성과 기술지향성을 더욱 강조하고 이와 관련된 기업가정신의 조절변수의 작용을 이해함으로써 더 높은 기업성과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Bladed disk (BLISK) is a vital part in jet engines with a complicated shape which is exclusively machined on a five-axis machine and requires high accuracy of machining. Poor quality of tool orientation (e.g., false tool positioning and unsmooth tool orientation transition) during the five-axis machining may cause collision and machine vibration, which will debase the machining quality and in the worst case sabotage the BLISK. This paper presents a reference plane based algorithm to generate a set of smoothly aligned tool orientations along a tool path. The proposed method guarantees that no collision would occur anywhere along the tool path, and the overall smoothness is globally optimized. A preliminary simulation verification of the proposed algorithm is conducted on a BLISK model and the tool orientation generated is found to be stable, smooth, and well-formed.

This paper presents the results of a visualization analysis of the correlation between the fiber orientation and flow pattern in injection molding using the Gate-magnetization method developed for the precise visualization of melt flow. The results of the comparisons of the fiber orientation angles with the flow patterns by the Gate-Magnetization method for GPPS mixed with glass fibers show the strong correlation between the flow patterns and fiber orientation angles. This paper is aim to test how market orientation is related to the investment decision making. After controlling for firm-specific factors, this study finds a significantly positive relationship between market orientation and R&D expenditures, especially firms with high ratio of intangible assets and low ratio of abnormal inventory assets. Under conditions of low quality of earnings, the negative relation between market orientation and R&D expenditures is enhanced in electronic related industries. This indicates that the relation between market orientation and R&D expenditures may exhibit more reasonable patterns for investment decision of firms in technology driven business environment.

본 연구의 목적은 기업이 제품개발 위해 활용하는 기술협력요인을 분석한 후에 기술과 시장지향성이 기술협력과 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 구분된 기술협력요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 파악하여 경영자 및 정책결정자의 기술협력에 관한 의사결정을 돕도록 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 첫째, 기업의 기술과 시장지향성 요인이 기술협력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기술협력은 기술과 시장지향성요인에 의해서 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 기업이 기술과 시장지향성을 추구할 때, 기술과 시장의 다차원적인 요인을 고려함으로써 전략적으로 기술협력이 필요함을 의미한다. 둘째, 기업의 기술협력이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기업은 기술협력 정도에 따라서 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 경영성과의 질을 높이기 위해서는 기업의 기술협력 체계를 구축하는 것이 중요함을 의미한다. 셋째, 기술과 시장지향성이 경영성과에 어떠한 구조적인 관계를 통해서 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기술과 시장지향성은 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어, 이는 기업의 경영성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 기술과 시장지향성 추구할 수 있는 관심과 환경을 조성해야 함을 의미한다.

The surface and edge structure of OSB is defined by surface strand orientation and strand mat thickness variation parallel to the length of the panel using video-microscope. The bending strength of OSB was correlated with surface strand orientation and decreased with increasing the orientation angle in the direction parallel to length of the panel. Average strand mat thickness variation parallel to the length of the panel did not influence the bending strength, but the bonding characteristics among the outermost strands affects the bending strength of OSB. Hankinson formula can be used to predicts the MOE according to strand orientation in the surface of OSB, and more precise strand alignment and reducing thickness variation should be important in the structural performance of OSB panels.
