Pedagogical Conditions And Technology Of Formation Of Management Competencies Of Future Specialists Of The System Of Higher Education Institutions

  • The article analyzes the main theoretical approaches to the formation of managerial competencies and establishes the degree of development of the problem. The content of the concept of "managerial competence" has been clarified, to determine the structure of managerial competencies of a future specialist in the education system and indicators of the formation of managerial competencies. The organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective process of forming the managerial competencies of future specialists are revealed. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical (analysis of regulatory documents and scientific literature on the problem under study, comparison, generalization, modeling), empirical (diagnostics of the level of formation of managerial competencies of students of the system, questioning, observation, peer review, comparative qualitative and quantitative analysis of diagnostic results the level of formation of managerial competencies).

수산·해운계 고등학교 학생의 직업기초능력 요소 개발 (A Development of the Elements on Occupational Basic Competencies of Fisheries and Maritime High School Students)

  • The aims of this study are to analysis the elements associated with a occupational basic competencies of fisheries and maritime high school students. Fisheries & maritime key competencies were defined as the abilities that include the essential knowledge, skills, attitude, and experiences required for the workforce on the fisheries and maritime job condition. This research collected preliminary data from 177 fisheries & maritime high school teachers. Data were analyzed to obtain item quality, reliability and validity analysis. The results of the study were as follows; First, largely, fisheris & maritime key competencies were divided into two parts; basic vocational skills and fisheries-maritime job skills. Second, fisheries & maritime key competencies were consisted of communicative competence, numeracy skills, thinking skills, English communication skills, self-management skills, interpersonal competency, selection & application of alternative, marine technology & information skills, marine consciousness and maritime professional ethics. Third, each key competency consisted of 2-9 sub-competencies.

디지털 신기술 교육과정 개발을 위한 역량 정의 (Defining Competency for Developing Digital Technology Curriculum)

  • 인공지능, 빅데이터, 로봇 등의 디지털 신기술 분야의 급격한 성장에 따라 정부와 교육기관들은 신기술 분야에서 요구되는 역량을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위한 교육과정들을 개발하고 있다. 그러나 교육과정 개발 및 운영의 근간이 되는 역량 개념에 대한 정의가 불분명하여 교육과정 개발에 어려움을 빚고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 신기술 분야의 교육과정을 개발하는데 필요한 역량을 정의하는 것을 연구 목적으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 문헌 연구 분석을 통해 기존 문헌에서의 역량 정의와 특성을 파악한다. 이후 신기술 분야 전문가와의 심층 인터뷰 통해 선행연구로부터 도출된 정의에 대한 검증과 추가적인 의견을 수집하고 신기술 교육과정에 적합한 역량 정의를 최종적으로 도출한다. 연구 결과, 신기술 교육과정 개발을 위한 역량은 "주어진 업무를 기대하는 수준에 맞게 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 지식 및 기술의 집합"으로 정의하였다. 또한 역량의 핵심 구성 요소인 지식 및 기술과 역량의 구성 원리를 도출하였다. 이러한 역량 정의와 특성은 신기술 분야 교육과정을 체계적이고 효과적으로 구성하는 데 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 교육과 실무 간의 격차를 줄이는 데에도 활용될 수 있다. 나아가 본 연구 결과는 지속적으로 새로운 지식과 기술이 축적되는 신기술 분야 기업들의 지식 경영 체계 구축에도 기여할 수 있다.

공업계 고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력의 수준과 개선 방안 (A Study on the Key Competencies of Industrial High School Students and Some Way of their Improvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the level of the key competencies of industrial high school students and to use it as the basic material so as to improve the key competencies. The subject was 359 industrial high school students(boys: 244, girls: 115) in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Busan. The instrument used to measure the key competencies is that developed by Cheol-Young Jeong, which was partly revised with the help of a group of experts. The results of this study showed some of skills were below an average of 3.0, which were writting skill(M=2.85) and speaking skill(M=2.96) in communication skills, logical thinking(M=2.98) in problem solving skills, leadership skill(M=2.88) in interpersonal skills, and self-improvement skill(M=2.96) and the spirit of public service(M=2.93) in self-management and self-improvement skills. But technology skills were above an average of 3.0. And it appeared that technology skills(P=.023) depended on having a certificate or not, and so did communication skills(P=.020) and problem solving skills(P=.034) on the types of a course(employment or entrance into a college). So, to strengthen the key competencies which appeared below an average of 3.0 in this study, not only does the curriculum of industrial high schools need to be reorganized, but systematic strengthening program of key competencies should also be developed.

An Evaluation of the Relationship between Origins of Corporate Competencies and Business Performance of Taiwan's SMEs

  • This study develops an exploratory model to evaluate the relationship between origins of corporate competencies and business performance, which targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan, analyzes 36 competence items in four functional dimensions: marketing, product design and development, manufacturing, and human resources management. The results from 760 valid samples from managers of Taiwan's SMEs reveal that in marketing competence and manufacturing competence were ranked high by Taiwan's SMEs managers. Elements contributed to manufacturing competence regarding reducing the number of suppliers has not been emphasized by Taiwan's SMEs managers. At the very top of the prevailing management competitive priority list are: (1) product or service quality, (2) timely delivery, (3) quality control improvement during the process, (4) increasing reliability of transportation, (5) introduction of new concepts and continuous improvement, and (6) improving after-sale services. The four competence dimensions are found highly correlated to business performance, which reflects the policy adjustments that Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises have made in the changing business environment to respond to the global market.

전문직 간 핵심역량 중요성 인식 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 (Reliability and Validity of Perception on Importance of Interprofessional Core Competencies(PI-ICCP) Scale)

  • Objectives: This study evaluated the perception on importance of interprofessional core competencies (PI-ICCP) scale. Methods: Data were collected from 353 college students of health. Content validity was tested using the content validity index for individual items(I-CVI) and for scale(S-CVI). Criterion validity was tested using the professional competencies scale developed by Choi. Reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's coefficient alpha. The goodness-of-fit of the construct validity was determined through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Results: The I-CVI of each item was .8 or higher for all items, and the S-CVI was .98. The reliability of the PI-IPCC was Cronbach's α=.98. The goodness-of-fit indices of the model were χ2=1811.54(p<.001), the comparative fit index (CFI)=.91, and root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA)=.08, which satisfied the criteria. Conclusions: The construct and criterion-related validity of the perception for PI-ICCP scale were a good fit, so the instrument is appropriate for measuring perception on importance of interprofessional core competencies. Further research will be required using this instrument to investigate perception of interprofessional core competencies of health professionals.

EA 전문가 역량모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on Competency Model for EA Experts)

  • 본 연구는 EA 전문가의 역량을 정의하기 위해 국내외 교육과정을 살펴보고, EA 전문가의 기초적이고 공통적인 역량을 도출하였다. 특히 EA의 다양한 이해당사자들이 공통으로 참조하고 활용할 수 있는 역량을 정의하여 향후의 지속적인 발전모델의 기초로 삼고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 EA의 공통, 개발, 분석, 관리 등 4개 핵심역량을 정하여 각 역량의 정의를 제시하였으며 경력 단계별(아키텍트, 엔터프라이즈 아키텍트, 수석 아키텍트)로 역량의 중요도를 구분하였다. 본 연구결과는 EA 전문가와 정보화 담당자의 EA 이해도를 제고하고 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육과정의 표준 역량과 커리큘럼 작성에 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

4년제 대학생의 NCS 직업기초능력 진단문항 개발 - 자기개발능력, 조직이해능력, 자원관리능력을 중심으로 - (A Study on Developing and Validating NCS Core Competency Tests for University Students: Focused on the Self-development Skill, Organizational Skill and Resources-management Skill)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 가속화로 인하여 노동시장에서는 전공실무능력과 더불어 빠른 기술의 변화에 능동적이고 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 직업기초능력을 갖춘 인재가 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라 4년제 대학생의 직업기초능력 진단과 배양에 대한 필요성이 증가하였음에도 불구하고, NCS 직업기초능력을 포함한 여러 직업기초능력으로 4년제 대학생의 직업기초능력을 정의하고 진단하기에는 일부 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 4년제 대학생을 위한 NCS 직업기초능력에 대한 재정의 및 K대학교의 재학생 498명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 요인분석을 실시하여 진단문항을 개발하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자기개발능력은 학업관리와 실행, 자기개발개념이해와 설명, 긍정적 자기인식, 책임감과 소명의식, 체력관리, 자기관리개념이해와 설명으로 하위영역을 구분하고, 진단문항을 도출하였다. 둘째, 조직이해능력은 조직환경이해, 조직내부이해, 조직구조이해, 업무이해, 국제감각으로 하위영역을 구분하고, 진단문항을 도출하였다. 셋째, 자원관리능력은 시간관리이해, 시간관리실행, 물적자원관리, 인적자원관리로 하위영역을 구분하고, 진단문항을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 제언 및 시사점을 도출하였다.

소프트웨어 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 자원역량에 관한 연구 (The Resource Competencies affecting on the Software Firm Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the factors effecting on the software firm performance through RBV(Resource-Based View) perspective. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the multiple regressions between 3 performance indexes, which are revenue, operational income rate and employment, and 7 independent variables. Results: The results show that company age, capital intensity, training expense, marketing expense, and export revenue effect on the firm performance, whereas R&D expense and debt ratio do not so. Conclusion: This study can contribute the decision process of the investment priority of resources and competencies at the software firms to maximize the return on investment.

IT프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 역량 : 팀 내 사회적 자본 관점에서 (Leadership Competencies of IT Project Managers : from Team Social Capital Perspective)

  • This study explores the applicability of social capital theory in IT project management. Specifically, an empirical model is developed using different types of leadership competencies (emotional, cognitive, and social) as independent constructs impacting IT project performance. Social capital shared among team members are measured and placed as a mediating construct between leadership competencies and performance. Using PLS analysis of 120 data points collected through a survey of IT project participants in two large electronic manufacturers, direct and indirect impacts of leadership competencies are explicated. Research results reveal that emotional leadership competency seems to directly influence the project performance but not through team social capital, while social leadership competency seems to indirectly influence the project performance through team social capital but not directly onto the project performance. Cognitive leadership competency is the only leadership competency that maintains direct and indirect influence on project performance. Total effect of cognitive competency on project performance is almost two times larger than the total effect of emotional leadership competency and six times larger than the total effect of social leadership competency. Implications of findings are discussed at the end, and further studies are suggested.
