조직 내 정보보안 기술스트레스 완화와 준수의도 (The Mitigation of Information Security Related Technostress and Compliance Intention)

  • Purpose As information management grows in importance around the world, organizations are investing in information security technology. However, the higher the level of information security technology in an organization, the higher the techno-stress of employees. The purpose of this study is to suggest stress factors related to information security technology that affect the reduction of employees' intention to comply with information security and to suggest ways to alleviate stress. Design/methodology/approach The research presented a model for mitigating technical stress related to information security based on technical stress theory and person-organization fit theory. 346 questionnaire data were analyzed from the members of the organization who applied the information security technology, and the research hypothesis was verified through the structural equation modeling. Findings The hypothesis test confirms that security-related techno-stress reduces the information security compliance intention of employees, organizational technical support mitigates technical stress, and person-organization fitness mitigates the negative relationship between techno-stress and compliance intention. The results of the study contribute to the organization's strategy for minimizing the reduction of the information security compliance intention of employees, and are meaningful in that the theoretical basis for mitigating techno-stress is provided in the field of information security.

  • This study aims to investigate and improve the present state of technical standard on building mechanical system in Korea. At this point be tormented the energy depletions are big problem on the rise. Building mechanical system is configured air conditioning, sanitation, urban equipment. In the design of equipment, installation, maintenance, applies to all devices in the field of industrial equipment and general engineering equipment field are within bounds to say that all of the equipment field. However, domestic technology level is still fly short of international standards in architecture, we spent much energy. Because of this, find the current situation and identify the problems look up ways to improve them.

  • Comparison of behaviour of shear connections by means of shear-connection strips (perfobond and comb-shaped strips) and headed studs under static and repeated loading, possible failure modes of concrete dowels and ways of the quantitative differentiation of some failure modes are described in the paper. The article presents a review of knowledge resulting from the analysis of shear-connection effects based on tests of perfobond and comb-shaped strips carried out in the laboratories of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Kosice (TU of Kosice) in Slovakia and their comparison with results obtained by other authors.

  • Technical high school aims at educating students to acquire fundamental skill and technology required for being competent technicians, to be creative in adjusting themselves to the changing industrial society, and to do self-realization and find their ways toward the future on their own. To attain that goal and maximize learning effect, mathematics education is very important as prerequisite learning for technical subjects, as most technical courses in technical high school are basically based on mathematics. The purpose of this study was to discuss how mathematics education could be successfully linked to technical courses in an attempt to make it function properly as prerequisite learning for major subjects and facilitate students' technical learning. For that purpose, what problems the mathematics components of major subjects and the curriculum had was examined and the way to offer better education was presented. And there are some suggestions regarding mathematics education: First, technical mathematics should be newly inserted into technical high school curricula to help students learn major subjects in more efficient way. Second, most technical high schools are expected to just require tenth graders to complete a 10-stage mathematics course. In that case, they might find difficulties in learning major subjects when they are in their 11st and 12th grade. The curriculum should be designed to have 11st and 12th graders take mathematics education. Third, many students find a job after graduation, but the growing number of students go on to university to receive more education in the same field. Accordingly, there is a need to enlarge continuous progress plan, rather than completion-type one, to make students well-grounded technically. And mathematics should be taught in more classes as prerequisite subject for major courses. Fourth, mathematics elements necessary for each major subject should be outlined and announced to schools so that they could reorganize mathematics and major courses appropriately.

침윤소화약제의 효과성 증대를 위한 기술기준 개선방안 (The Ways of Improving Technical Standards to Increase Effectiveness of Wetting Agent)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 석탄 심부 화재 발생 시 대응과 침윤소화약제의 실효성 확대를 위한 기술기준 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 석탄 8톤과 침윤소화약제 3종, 소화용수를 활용하여 침투 실험을 수행하고, 국내·외 기술기준 및 해외 사례를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 소화용수는 높은 표면장력으로 인해 석탄 심부로 침투하지 못하였고, 침윤소화약제는 5~25cm 깊이까지 침투되었다. 국내 기술기준은 침투성에 대한 간접 측정 방식인 표면장력만 언급되어있고, 소화능력시험도 목재를 활용하는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 해외에서는 면직물을 활용한 심부 화재 실험, 헵탄을 이용한 B급 화재 실험이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 그 외, 미 광산국에서는 모세관 상승 시험, 침전시험, 접촉각 측정이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 미국 NFPA 및 광산국의 기준과 사례를 토대로 국내 기술기준도 침투성을 직접적으로 측정할 수 있는 기준을 추가하여 실효성을 확대할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Study on the Influencing Factors of TFP of Low-carbon Tourism Distribution

  • Purpose - Performance appraisal has a significant influence on the development of low-carbon tourism distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - Data of this study are collected from 27 provinces (cities) of China. SBM-Malmquist model is used to measure the TFP and its dynamic changes of low-carbon tourism distribution; TOBIT model is used to discuss the factors of TFP of low-carbon tourism distribution. Results - The results show that, there are obvious differences among regional TFP of low-carbon tourism distribution, the average change tends to grow positively in general, and the western region grows fastest on average due to the improvement of technical efficiency and technical progress, while there are technical efficiency improvement but technical regresses in eastern and central regions. The economic scale, economic strength, structure of energy consumption, location quotient and government regulation have a significant positive effect on the TFP of low-carbon tourism; energy intensity, industrial structure and opening degree have a negative effect; investments in fixed assets, intensity of R&D fund and urbanization rate have no significant influence on the TFP of low-carbon tourism. Conclusions - Improving the productivity of low-carbon tourism and reducing regional differences are effective ways to develop low-carbon tourism and enhance tourism competitiveness.

효율적인 기술문서화를 위한 콘텐트 재사용성 접근방법 (Approaching Content Reuse for Efficient Technical Documentation)

  • 기업에서 수백 또는 수천 개의 문서를 작업해야 하는 다수의 프로젝트를 수행할 때, 여러 개의 문서에 포함된 동일한 콘텐트나 본질적으로 유사한 콘텐트를 변경하지 않아도 되기 때문에 콘텐트의 싱글소성은 커다란 이득이 있다. OASIS의 DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture)는 기술문서들을 저작하고, 생성하고, 배포하기 위한 XML기반의 아키텍처이다. 이 기술은 정보타입에 따라 분류한 토픽 모듈들을 생성한 다음 다양한 방식으로 이런 콘텐트를 이용하는 설계 규칙들의 집합이다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 정보제품을 제작할 때 기존의 콘텐트 콤포넌트의 재사용성을 향상시키기 위해, DITA기반의 기술문서 개발을 위한 접근방법을 연구하였다.

빛의 반사를 응용한 패션디자인 연구 (A Study on Fashion Design Applying Reflection of the Light)

  • A dress is commonly designed and worn as a work of art. It is developed through various ways to show the expression of our bodies with functional aspects. Light plays a role in everyday life functionally and aesthetically. We can use the light in many different ways in order to enhance the beauty of the designs. The purpose of this study is to suggest sensible designs with the active expression of light reflection. The designs are especially focused on utilizing light that shows the combination between natural human body's movement and reflection of the light. The use of reflective materials shows the character of movement when it exposes to light. The methods allow to amplify the aesthetic effects of the designs. Reflective materials were used in the resulting design to show the various effects of light by applying the movement which is artistic and aesthetic pleasing aspect for the clothing. The movement is accentuated when the wearer moves, or the air flows through the adding materials on the clothing. In addition, the beads attached to the end of the springs to show the movement of the light. The combination of the spring and the light movement resulted in a dazzling effect. I hope in the future, more studies will be conducted to further use of fiber optics and other innovative ways to use light in fashion.

텍스타일디자인 분야의 적정기술 활용 (Utilization of Appropriate Technology in Textile Design Field)

  • Technical advances contribute to the affluent life of human society. However, many people in underdeveloped countries live in poverty. Hence, many social groups are making efforts to improve their quality of life. The concept of appropriate technology is central to this endeavor. Utilization of appropriate technology in the textile design sector is one of the most efficient ways to make a living, while maintaining traditional skills and tools. It differs from the supply mechanism of advanced technology and products to people in the underdeveloped countries. In this study, we aimed to explore the fundamental ways toward self-reliance among citizens of substantially underdeveloped countries by integrating appropriate technology in the field of textile design. Application types were analyzed by researching cases that incorporate appropriate technology in textile design. These are classified into three ways based on underdeveloped regions, developed countries, and collaborative case with designers and companies. Improvement of the 3 aspects was approached in terms of product development, ongoing management and expansion popularity.
