According to the Article 4(Confirmity Assessment)of the Electrotechnical Regulation, Confirmity Assessment for the Electrotechnical Regulation decides confirmity of Electrotechnical Regulation; whether to satisfy performances and requirements(determined from Electrotechnical Regulation). It evaluates technical requirements, new technology and standards. However, it does not evaluate technical content stated from Electrotechnical Regulation & Conformity Criteria. From Confirmity Assessment, the technology will be decided whether to fulfill performances and technical requirements. Which is predetermined by contents related to Electrotechnical Regulation. Test standards and test conditions will be overlooked to determine its performances and technical requirements for safety. This paper will show that, studies have been done to determine the guideline for Confirmity Assessment, which is evaluated from performances and technical requirements associated with Confirmity Assessment of electrical installation for new technology of wireless power transfer.

In this paper the Korean standards of clothing for firefighters were examined and analysed to improve the uniform's effectiveness. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. The Korean standards for firefighters' uniforms first established in 1949 and were amended eleven times before 1983. The standards were reestablished in 1983 and had been amended four times by 1995. Recently there have been different causes of fire, and fires have become bigger and bigger. For these reasons, it is necessary to review the Korean standards for firefighters' uniforms. 2. The Korean standards are very different from those of Japan and USA. In Japan, firefighters' uniforms are classified by factors such as season and working conditions, while in Korea they are classified by factors such as sex and position. Furthermore, there are many items which are not mentioned in the Korean standards, such as ear covers and gloves. Textile materials are specified by brand names or company-designated item names. Classification of clothing items also needs to be esamined. 3. Such words as fire-proof, water-proof and heat-proof clothing just mean that the clothing blocks fire, water, or hear, and do not specifically include the meaning of protecting firefighters. Some word such as "firefighters' clothing" must be developed to imply all these types of blockage and protection. 4. Considering the rules of Korean orthography, the rules of romanization of borrowed words, and technical terms for clothing many technical words in the Korean standards for firefighters' uniforms are not appropriate, and need to be corrected and improved.

국가간 무역거래가 활발해 지면서 통일된 국제규격의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 세계무역기구(World Trade Organization, WTO)와 APEC(Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation)에서는 각국의 무역에서 기술장벽에 관한 협정(Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, TBT협정)과 무역투자위원회(CTI)회의를 통해 점진적으로 국가표준을 국제표준에 부합시키도록 결의하였다. 또한, ISO(International Organization for Standardization)에서도 ISO/IEC Guide 21을 작성하여 국제규격을 국가규격으로 채택하도록 지침을 마련하였다. 이러한 대외 환경의 변화에 따라 국내에서도 건설시장 개방에 따른 건설분야의 표준 정비와 함께 국제규격과의 부합화에 대한 대비가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국산업규격의 토건부문(KS F)규격 중 콘크리트 시료채취와 시험방법에 대한 규격을 ISO/IEC Guide 21과 통상산업부 부합화 지침서를 기준으로 대응규격인 ISO건설 분야 규격의 구성체계와 내용에 대해서 상호 대비하고, 이에 따른 문제점 도출 및 대안을 제시함으로써 국내 건설분야 표준규격의 부합화 방향을 설정하고자 한다.

Standardization work for the ocean data produced by a variety of national oceanographic research projects was conducted in order to establish a national ocean data sharing system. For this work, we first prepared standard proposals for the national research ocean data by reviewing and analyzing of existing international and domestic ocean-data standards. The proposed standards were reviewed and revised by experts in the field of oceanography and academic societies for documentation. The 125-page technical report on the standards of 25 data items was prepared as an output of this research work, which is available free of charge for the public and interested parties. This paper explains the proposed standards of metadata and codes regarding the common properties of all the oceanographic data items. Especially, the standards for the metadata, codes and data formats of 4 physical data items were described in detail. In order to be adopted as the national standards for ocean data, however, the standards suggested here require further development and/or modification based on additional reviews of and ample feedbacks from the relevant academic and technical communities.

각 국의 법령에서는 원자력발전소에서 발생할 수 있는 사고로부터 국민의 건강과 재산을 보호하기 위해 원자력발전소의 압력경계 주요 용접부 등에 대해서는 주기적으로 열화의 정도를 파악하기 위한 가동중 비파괴검사를 수행하도록 규정하고 있으며, 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 가동중검사 기술기준을 제정하여 이행하고 있다. 최근 리스크를 반영한 가동중검사 프로그램을 개발하여 적용을 시도하고 여지만, 기존의 결정론적 검사대상 선정 프로그램은 아직도 상당한 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 가동중검사에 관한 선진국 즉 미국, 프랑스, 캐나다, 일본 등의 기술기준과 IAEA에서 제시하는 안전지침의 비교검토를 통하여 현재 국내 가동중검사 기술기준의 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the practical evaluation method used to determine the national technical qualification in field of flower design to improve its development. First, an advisory committee was formed, after which comparisons, an analyses and matching were conducted of the currently used national technical qualifications and competency units and the competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards in an effort to strength practical skills and industrial field abilities in the field of flower design. Second, we visited an industrial site to understand the practical and technical aspects as well as the facilities and equipment used in the flower design field. The status of workers in the industrial field in the field of flower design was then analyzed. Through this process, practical examination questions were developed for improve the evaluation method. In addition, to ensure a properly configured result, a pilot test was conducted involving those majoring in the field of flower design. To investigate the feasibility of the developed exam, a survey focusing on targets related to flower design was conducted. Based on the results, by suggesting an improvement plan for the practical evaluation method of national technical qualifications in the field of flower design, it is possible to improve knowledge, technical aspects, and literacy, allowing us to train outstanding technical professionals. In the end, this study can be expected to contribute to the improvement of the flower design industry.

Given the lack of suitable quality evaluation standards for educational serious games (designed for both entertainment and instruction), we designed a development framework for evaluation standards of educational serious games and proceeded to develop standards in accordance with our proposed procedure. Our standards were designed to evaluate the quality of both technical and non-technical elements of educational serious game software products. We conducted a survey on the need for individual elements of the standard. Participants rated the need for each element on a five-point Likert scale. We then performed a reliability analysis of the survey results. Based on the survey results, we established a final standard for quality evaluation composed of 9 main elements and 31 sub-elements. The results of our research will contribute useful information to users as well as to the developers of educational serious games.

This paper describes domestic technical standard of Photovoltaic(PV) PCS(Power Conditioning Systems)-Characteristics of the utility interface. This standard tests utility compatibility and personnel safety and equipment protection of PV inverter performance functions. Especially utility compatibility part includes test items of 1)voltage, current and frequency, 2)normal voltage operating range, 3)DC injection, 4)normal frequency operating range, 5)harmonics and 6)waveform distortion, 7)power factor of PV inverter. Therefore in this paper each test item of domestic technical standard is studied and analyzed and finally full tested by PV inverter performance function.

The purpose of this paper is to develope a training model and to make a syllabus for electro-technical officers(ETOs) on ship. In order to complete the purpose, firstly we study on qualification for electro-technical officers and also examine the foreign, domestic cases. Secondly, through the STCW convention and the IMO Model Course 7.08, we have compared the standards of competence for officers in charge of an engineering watch and ETO, and analyze the additional standards of competence to acquire the ETO's licenses. Finally, based on the results of this, we will suggest the development of a training model that officers in charge of an engineering watch must complete in order to obtain an ETO's license. This paper is expected to be useful in the educational institution preparing for training course.

ISO(the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies, from some 120 countries. The technical work of ISO is highly decentralized, carried out in a hierarchy of some 2,700 technical committees(TC), sub-committees(SC) and working groups(WG). The results of the ISO work are published as International Standards. In this paper, main fields of work at the ISO/TC43/SCI are described.
