Pedagogical Conditions for Formation of Design Competence of Qualified Workers with the Use of Information Technologies

  • Modern production requires production staff who have design competence, experience and skills to work in various types of work integrated into professional activities. Possession of digital design methods significantly expands the opportunities for professional activities of qualified workers. The purpose of our study was to study the impact of pedagogical conditions on the formation of design competence of future qualified workers in a group work. We have identified a set of pedagogical conditions that promote the development of professionally oriented artistic and technical creativity of workers in the conditions of curricular and extracurricular activities, which include motivational-target, procedural-semantic, organizational-technological, and subject-oriented. It is shown that the formation of design competence is determined by motivational, informational-active and reflection criteria, which are aimed at motivational-value, cognitive, operational-active, creative, social and emotional components of this competence. The methodology of the research is highlighted, which includes the use of the following methods: determination of the personality's motivational sphere in order to identify strong and weak motives of students activity; multiple intelligence to identify students talents in the direction of practical intelligence, which is important for design competence; determining the level of creative activity to identify manifestations of students creative abilities; identifying the type of students innovative thinking in order to develop motivation for success; factor-criterion model, developed on the basis of a qualimetric approach, which is used to identify the level of design competence formation in accordance with its components. The results of the study showed that the creation of separate pedagogical conditions in the institution of vocational education and training (VET) had a positive impact on the development of design competence, which shows the potential of artistic and technical design in the development of professional creativity of future qualified workers taking into account the environmental approach.

의학전문직업성의 개념과 발전 방향 (The Concept and Development Direction of Medical Professionalism)

  • This paper summarizes the concept of medical professionalism and presents its direction. Toward this end, the authors compare the characteristics of a professional with those of a craftsman and a technician. The authors describe the construct of medical professionalism on the assumption that knowledge and technical competence are necessary but not sufficient conditions for the professional. The construct of medical professionalism could be defined variously, depending on the time, place, or collectivity. The authors furthermore summarize cases for the development process of medical professionalism and then compare Korean medical professionalism with that of the West. Finally, the authors present the development direction of medical professionalism in Korea.

  • 본 연구는 사회적 기업가의 경영역량과 경험특성이 공공시장 성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. 정부는 2007년 사회적기업 육성법을 제정하여 사회적기업을 통한 지속 가능한 일자리 창출과 제반 사회 문제 해결을 도모하였다. 그러나 기대와 달리 사회적기업 육성 성과는 양적 성장에 치우쳐 사회적기업의 본원적 경쟁력과 사회적 순기능 확산이라는 내실 있는 정책목표 달성은 다소 미흡하다는 비판을 받고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 사회적기업의 본원적 경쟁력이 어떻게 높아질 수 있는지? 특히 정부가 지원하는 공공시장에서의 사회적기업 경쟁력 강화 방안에 초점을 맞추어 사회적기업의 공공시장 성과와 사회적 기업가의 경영역량 및 경험특성의 매개 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 사회적 기업가의 경영역량 중 전략적 역량, 기술·전문적 역량, 마케팅역량이 사회적기업의 공공시장 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 관리적 역량은 공공시장성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 사회적 기업가의 경영역량특성 중 기술·전문적 역량, 전략적 역량, 마케팅역량이 경험특성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나, 관리적 역량은 경험특성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 사회적기업의 공공시장성과와 경영역량 및 경험특성 간의 매개 효과 검정에 있어서 전략적 역량, 마케팅역량은 공공시장성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 기술·전문적 역량은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 사회적 기업가의 전략적 역량, 마케팅역량과 공공시장성과 간 관계에서 경험특성은 부분 매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 기술·전문적 역량과 공공시장과 간 관계에서 경험특성은 완전 매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 정부가 기대했던 사회적기업 육성을 통한 일자리 창출 및 제반 사회 문제 해결을 위해선 사회적기업이 본원적 경쟁력을 갖추고 지속 성장 발전할 수 있도록 제반 정책적 지원이 확대되어야 하며 특히 사회적기업의 공공시장 성과를 촉진하는 다양한 정책적 지원과 함께 사회적 기업가의 다양한 사회적 경제활동 경험 축적과 경영역량 강화에 도움을 주는 여러 정책적 방안에 대해 고민해야 할 것이다. 최근 정부가 육성하고 있는 소셜벤처 기업들의 사회적 기업도약과 지속 기능을 위한 정책에도 공공시장 강화정책을 필수적으로 도입해야 한다.

AHP기법을 활용한 간호사의 NCS직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priorities Analysis of NCS Vocational Key Competence of Nurse using AHP Method)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

도서관 업무와 전문사서간의 윤리적 관계에 관한 이론적 고찰 (A study on the professional ethical relationship between librarian and library work)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate typical ethical problems found in the technical and public services areas. The followings are the summary of the study. There are three distinct elements that govern ethical problems. One element is legal laws. The copyright law and the privacy act are exact examples. The copyright law has strong influence on the inter library loan service where the majority requests from the users are reproduction of copies. The privacy act also creates difficulties for librarians. Most requests for circulation records infringe on the privacy of library user. And advance online access systems also violates the privacy of library users. The second element is the code or rules that private organization has created. American Library Association created many statements that regulate the conduct of librarians. The bill of right, the professional code of ethics and policy on the confidentiality of library records have strong implications in the obligation of librarian. In the case of censorship at the selection of library materials, the code is a defensive tool against intellectual freedom. Yet self-censoring are prevailing practice among librarians. The thirds element is the competence of librarians. The analyzed table 3 showed that beside two elements, the rest of matters are competence required by librarians. The one aspect of it is humaneness and the other one is technical aspects. Technical aspect of competence are:(l) managerial and operational ability (2) communication skill (3) leadership (4) structure of knowledge and (5) self developing professionalism. Humanity aspect of competence are:(l) trust(fiduciary relationship) gained by diligence, objective judgement, ability, belief, rationality, integrity, kindness) (2) objectiveness (free from bias) (3) user-oriented consideration (need, interest, equal treatment, information gap) (4) caution in providing information (5) pride and (6) ability to distinguish advice and guidance specially in medical and law library.

  • The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

  • The article considers general tendencies in world and education, and also both principles and methods of forming professional, communicative, intercultural competences and in the process of teaching foreign language for professional purposes in the conditions of engineering, economic and other non-linguistic specialties at technical university. The article views some essential issues of this competence including awareness of pedagogical values, the construction of the pedagogical process, pedagogical communication and behavior; pedagogical technology, its essence, structural components, understanding of innovative components of professional activity, requirements for the design and engineering of pedagogical technologies.

  • 본 연구에서는 "기업 공고 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램"에 참여하고 있는 공고와 중소기업의 담당자의 설문 조사를 통하여 프로그램 운영 실태와 문제점 등을 조사 분석 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "기업 공고 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램"의 목적에 대하여 교사들은 '산 학 연계를 통한 직업교육의 활성화'를 목적으로 인식하였고, 산업체 담당자들은 '중소기업에 전문 인력공급'이라는 목적으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 교사들은 프로그램 운영이 학생들의 직무수행능력 향상 정도에 대하여는 대체로 긍정적으로 응답하고 있었으나, '우수학생 유치'에 있어서는 도움이 되지 못하고 있다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 산업체 담당자들은 프로그램을 통해 중소기업의 인력 확보, 수익 창출, 취업생의 직무수행능력의 향성 정도, 현장 적응력 및 학교와의 연계 및 상호 협력 관계를 유지하는데 긍정적이라고 인식하고 있었으나, 졸업생들의 기능 숙련도, 문제파악과 해결능력, 설비유지 보수 능력에 대해서는 부족한 면이 있다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적으로, 참여 학교 교사들과 산업체 담당자들은 "기업 공고 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램" 운영의 효율성과 발전 가능성에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • We are studied the improvement syllabus of subjects in demtal technological curriculum that those are Tooth Morphology, Science of Dental Materials, Inlay Technology, Occlusal Anatomy and Dental Orthodontic Technology. Those improvement syllabus will be contributed to the achievement of national educational standards and arrangement to the technical performance of medical imaging procedure with the smallest exposure dose and the personal attributes of compassion, courtesy and concern in meeting the needs of the patients, and have a good knowledge of the dental technician professional competence.

Jacques Perret: Visionary Architect, Practical Engineer, or Connoisseur? A study on the identity of a controversial figure of the 17th century through the projects of his fortified towns

  • This research started from the premise that Jacques Perret, "Savoyard gentleman" of the 17th century - whose only legacy consists of Des fortifications et artifices, a book of fortified town designs - is still an elusive figure in the history of architecture and deserves to be further investigated. In particular, attention needs to be paid to the lack of any attempt by scholars to define his actual professional status and cultural background: was he an architect, an engineer, a professional or an amateur? The intention of this paper is therefore to shed some light on this question by examining selected contents of his book describing five projects of fortified towns. Plates and descriptions are carefully analyzed related to the engineering (defensive structures) and architectural (city layouts, buildings) content. The figure that emerges is that of an articulate personality who does not fit either in the architectural or in the military engineering professional world. In the field of engineering, he simultaneously demonstrated the competence of a professional and the na$\ddot{i}$vety of an immature technician, while in the field of architecture he showed an advanced creativity alongside several technical and theoretical misunderstandings. From the analysis in this study, the assumption is formulated that Jacques Perret was a connoisseur, i.e. an erudite without any direct involvement in real professional activity. This work is intended to provide a hypothesis for further researches that, hopefully, will deepen our understanding of several other aspects of Perret's complex identity and work.
