Critical information infrastructure designations for cloud service providers continue to spread around the world as energy, financial services, health, telecommunications, and transportation sectors move to the cloud. In addition, in the case of Ukraine, the removal of restrictions on the use of cloud for national critical facilities and the rapid transition of critical data to the cloud enabled the country to effectively respond to cyberattacks targeting Russian infrastructure. In Korea, the ISMS-P is operated to implement a systematic and comprehensive information protection management system and to improve the level of information protection and personal information protection management in organizations. Control items considering the cloud environment have been modified and added to the audit of companies. However, due to the different technical levels of clouds between domestic and global, it is not easy to obtain information on the findings of cloud providers such as Microsoft for the training of domestic certification auditors on hyperscale scale. Therefore, this paper analyzes findings in hyperscale clouds and suggests ways to improve cloud-specific control items by considering the compatibility of hyperscale environments with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC(System and Organization Control) security international standards.

Recently, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) have been utilized in various fields, including surveys, mapping, and spatial analysis, depending on the increase in demand for spatial information and UAV is receiving a lot of attention due to rapid data acquisition and economic viability. In this study, the applicability of UAV image images was analyzed for urban disaster prevention. UAV images were acquired for the study area and digital surface model and ortho image were generated through data processing. Also, the process using PPK(Post Processed Kinematic) GNSS method is compared with existing method. Through the research, it was able to effectively deploy urban disaster prevention information about the target area, and displayed the effectiveness of the methods for efficient comparison with existing unmanned aerial photogrammetry. If the PPK technique is applied to thethe disaster prevention field, it is expected that the work flow in the field of rapid data acquisition and disaster prevention data construction can be greatly improved.

Due to the conversion from the existing address system to road name address system, the versatility of the road name address from the public and private sectors is increasing gradually. Therefor, the reliability of the road name address basic map, of the default data is also an urgent need, this means the accuracy of the data. But, road name address basic map is production time due to the use of different map accuracy is to fall, so is also the situation insufficient of utilization. This study Construction of identify each attempt by the road name address basic map and analysis the location accuracy of road name address basic map. As a result, the RMSE of cadastral survey results showed that appears lower than the RMSE of digital map survey results. The judgment can be utilized as the basis for the proposed improvements for the road name address basic map.

Information system development projects are increasingly enlarging in size and are becoming more complex in the development environment. The traditional approaches for the development of information system, however, haven't shown the expected performances in the management for them and many researchers have been trying to find a new approach for overcoming this challenges. And one of the new approaches is the PMO and it is introduced to solve the problems of project management and the related organizational, technical, and administrative problems. This study attempted to find the efficient information system establishment plan. In particular, this study wants to research the practicality of PMO and the detailed utilization plans. As a result, this study proposes the structure of project implementation, the requirements, the direction of the basic system design, the scope of system development, and the budgeting for the systems. It is expected to contribute the successful implementation of the project.

Cultural heritage institutions need to construct a cooperative network beyond an organization and a region based on products that cultural experiences and _expressions of human beings. They should serve as primary social agencies which need to create various information services of cultural heritage through integrated system management that social members are accessible to cultural contents such as _document resources of holding libraries, rich inheritance of museums, and works of art museums. This study indicated acts and considerable facts that have clauses the cooperative background of cultural heritage institutions which are libraries, museums, art museums and archives, and also intro! duced the cases of cooperative networks as an integrated system of libraries, museums, and art museums in North America and EU. Based on the analysis, this study suggested cooperative plans of cultural heritage institutions for political and systemic aspects, technical aspects, and human resource aspects.

Academic library 2.0 which is adapted from Web 2.0 is expected to reform library services. This study analysed the librarian's tasks in the new environment of academic library 2.0 to provide a base of new task development that combined traditional and new works. The analysing of a librarian's tasks resulted in some changes to the concept of traditional tasks like that of : 'Collection Development and Acquisitions' changed to 'Resource Development', 'Cataloging and Classification' changed to 'Technical Development', 'Circulation' changed to 'Information Literacy'. 'Reference Work' changed to 'Service Development', 'Preservation' changed to 'Archiving'. The Tasks of a Librarian is expanding and the important issues for 'Expanding the Professional Role of the Librarian' are cooperation, educational culture and technological ability.

Purpose: Live commerce is a new type of electronic commerce in combination with live streaming services. It is expected to increase virtual presence in the context of online shopping by overcoming a lack of social interactions between sellers and buyers which have been raised as a limitation in electronic commerce. Drawing on the studies of communication media, this study examines how live commerce contributes to the increase of virtual presence which consists of telepresence and social presence. Telepresence refers to a buyer's perception that he or she is present at the physical shopping mall during live shopping streaming whereas social presence refers to a buyer's perception of social interaction with a seller which is human warm, social, sensitive, and personal. In this study, we verify key determinants of virtual presence and its consequences. More specifically, this study proposes virtual presence contributes to the increase of buyers' trust in products and further purchase intentions. Furthermore, we verify influential factors of virtual presence from the technical and influencer perspectives of live commerce. Design/methodology/approach: To test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares (PLS) analysis is conducted with a total of 250 data collected on users with experience in the TaoBao live streaming shopping platform. Findings: The results show that first, telepresence and social presence are increased by visibility, media richness and attractiveness in the context of live shopping streaming. Second, buyers' trust in product trust and purchase intentions are positively influenced by telepresence and social presence. Finally, buyers' trust in product has a direct, positve effect on their purchase intentions. Overall, the findings offer new insights into the studies of electronic commerce by introducting the concepts of virtual presence and media richness from the literature of communication media in the field of live commerce.

The logistics information system has been recently attracting a great deal of attention for its importance in the national economy. It should be noted, however, that the degree of the system utilization differs by the capabilities of the logistics firms such as logistics management skills, robustness of the organization, technical sophistication, and administrative abilities. A survey was conducted in the Busan and Kyungnam area for 174 companies in the logistics and manufacturing industry. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, the degree of utilization of the logistics information system varies depending upon business-type details. Secondly, utilization of the logistics information system is equally important for both manufacturing and logistics companies. Thirdly, it was found that the executives of the companies with logistics management skills can play a key role in utilizing the logistics information system. Finally, the degree of utilization has positive relationships with the logistics performance as the companies benefit from the system not just for saving costs, but more importantly for providing higher-quality services for their customers.

The Korea Post is providing postal, savings, and insurance services to the public. Although it has been automated due to the development of the industry, the risk of industrial accidents is high. As technology advanced dramatically in the late 20th century, a new era of science arrived. The emerging era of scientific discovery, variously described as e-Science, cyberscience, and the fourth paradigm, uses technologies required for computation, data curation, analysis, and visualization. The emergence of the fourth research paradigm will have such a huge impact that it will shake the foundations of science, and will also have a huge impact on the role of data-information infrastructure. In the digital age, the roles of data-information professionals are becoming more diverse. As eScience emerges as a sustainable and growing part of research, data-information professionals and centeres are exploring new roles to address the issues that arise from new forms of research. The functions that data-information professionals and centeres can fundamentally provide in the e-Science area are data curation, preservation, access, and metadata. Basically, it involves discovering and using available technical infrastructure and tools, finding relevant data, establishing a data management plan, and developing tools to support research. A further advanced service is archiving and curating relevant data for long-term preservation and integration of datasets and providing curating and data management services as part of a data management plan. Adaptation and change to the new information environment of the 21st century require strong and future-responsive leadership. There is a strong need to effectively respond to future challenges by exploring the role and function of data-information professionals in the future environment. Understanding what types of data-information professionals and skills will be needed in the future is essential to developing the talent that will lead the transformation. The new values and roles of data-information professionals and centers for 21st century researchers in STEAM are discussed.
