The facility diagnosis technique of past subjective judged the technical expert and interpreted stably mainly. The facility the periodical civil official becomes indispensability consequently with the law and the system and objectivity inspection which relates with a this and development of diagnosis technique were necessary. Currently the evaluation elements which relate with an inspection and diagnosis technique depended to the subjectivity of each facility quality, data statistics, diagnosis know-how, various circumstance and the technical expert and the evaluation item came to decide. But the evaluation score distribution of marks of each item depended plentifully in data analysis result and experience. The past method is weak in logically because the objection theoretical background and basis are insufficiency. Consequently in order to apply a data analysis result and an experience logically, it used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method from this research. It is visible with the fact that the application result reconfirmation and complement process will be necessary the technique which is suitable in the multi facility management. Also it is expected with the fact that the application characteristic from the next relation technique will be excellent.

This study is aimed to investigate the application of DITA(Defense Information Technical stAndard) on the weapon information systems and defense management information systems in order not only to update the current DITA version 4.0, but also to develop SoS(System of systems) interoperability policy in the armed forces of Korea. For this study, 18 information systems were considered, their development products(System/Sub-system Specification, Technical architecture View, System Interoperability Test and Evaluation products) were reviewed and analysed. As a result of the investigation and analysis, it was found that the 44% of the DITA standard profiles were used for the development of the defense information systems. We conclude that DITA should be updated to be a minimal set so that all the defense information systems should be DITA-compliant. And it should be reviewed periodically to reflect the new information technology.

본 논문에서는 건축물 전기설비의 운용실태를 조사하였으며 기술기준에 준하여 시공된 국내 설비를 IEC60364에 적용할 시 문제점을 검토하였다. 국내 기술기준에 준해 시공된 건축전기설비는 TT계통과 유사하나 건물내 모든 금속도체를 보호도체(PE conductor)에 접합하여 등전위시키는 IEC60364와 차이점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 건축전기설비 중IEC60364를 적용하여 시공된 설비에 대한 실태조사를 통해 이해 부족 및 기술기준과 IEC60364의 혼용으로 인한 문제점을 도출하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Inventory survey is process collecting data about cut slope. It's different from inspection. It contains not only basic information about cut slope, especially location, GPS positioning, height, length, weathering, joint direction, water conditions but also level of danger and damage. Collected data are being used get at status about cut slope along national roads. And It helps judging about priority of detailed investigation. According to results of analysis, we found better method about maintenance of cut slope. Later on, if inventory research is finished, we will understand characteristics of collapse slopes.

We have peformed an investigation about the present geodetic VLBI observation problems and a study about the trend of technical development in the future. We investigated experimentally the influence of the generation efficiency for excited Xe atoms on ultra-fine horizontal cell pitch AC PDPs. In the case of a 0.1 mm cell pitch, the sustain voltage increased; however, the generation efficiency was equal to or higher than for the conventional 0.22 mm cell pitch.

A finite element algorithm for consideration of contact constraints is presented. It is characterized by introducing the geometric constraints, resulting from contact conditions, directly into the algebraic system of equations for the incremental displacements of an incremental iterative solution procedure. The usefulness of the proposed algorithm for efficient solutions of contact problems involving large displacements and large strains is demonstrated in the numerical investigation.
