Purpose: This study aims to address the overlooked micro-level aspects within Smart Manufacturing (SM) research, rectifying the misalignment in manufacturing firms' estimation of their technological adoption capabilities. Drawing upon the Social-Technical Systems (STS) theory, this paper utilises innovation capability as a mediating variable, constructing a human-centric organizational model to bridge this research gap. Research design, data and methodology: This study collected data from 233 Chinese manufacturing firms via online questionnaires. Introducing innovation capability as a mediating variable, it investigates the impact of social-technical system dimensions (work design, social subsystems, and technical subsystems) on SM adoption willingness. Smart PLS 4.0 was employed for data analysis, and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) validated the theoretical model's assumptions. Results: In direct relationships, social subsystems, technical subsystems, and work design positively influence firms' innovation capabilities, which, in turn, positively impact SM adoption. However, innovation capability does not mediate the relationship between technical subsystems and SM adoption. Conclusions: This study focuses on the internal micro-level of organisational employees, constructing a human-centric framework that emphasises the interaction between organisations and technology. The study fills empirical gaps in Smart Manufacturing adoption, providing organisations with a means to examine the integration of employees and the organisational social-technical system.

정부의 범위와 역할이 확대되고 그 활동내용이 다양해지면서 정부차원에서 생산되는 정보량도 지속적으로 증가하게 되었을 뿐만 아니라 정부가 생산한 정보는 국민이 국가정책을 이해하는데 중요한 정보원이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 정부간행물의 발간정책과 최근 발간경향을 살펴보았으며 정부가 생산한 정도의 합리적 배포체계를 위해 법적 제도적 기술적 측면에서 분석하였다.

The location based service means the service using the location information and the service used based on the location information comes into the spotlight as the critical information of the future mode townsman ubiquitous-City construction. LBS settles down as the core element of ITS or the telematics as the cutting edge technology appearing according to the power generation of the mobile communication technology and recently gradually broadens a range to the public safety service including the distribution management, the asset management, a children and old and the weak protection means, the disaster preparation rescue service like the E-911 of U.S. In the national, the technical regulations about the ground wave LBS was established at November 2005 for the first time in the country. but it actually operated and problems were deduced. Therefore, in this paper, domestic and foreign LBS usage trend and technical standards case try to be analyzed for the revision of the technical regulations of the ground wave LBS serviced in the national and the national technical standards bill for the revision tries to be prepared based on this.

Future e-Trade RFID/USN distribution should satisfy the new needs of reasonable customers such as efficient supply of goods, presentation of information, and communication by developing intermediate and long-term strategies through analysis of industrial conditions and customers' needs. Through preferential application of new technology, knowledge-based e-Trade RFID/USN distribution environment and DB of industrial portal sites should be developed, RFID/USN infra such as Supply Chain Management(SCM) should be expanded, future-oriented knowledge-based services should be developed to prepare specific and realistic plans for proper UT(Ubiquitous Technology). Such change in e-Trade distribution environment should have historical and environmental backgrounds to suggest specific tasks and directions as a conversion of structural concept of engineering and trade theory for new u-Trade. Accordingly, this study is to present all the problems available in RFID/USN distribution, develop an organized and technological estimate model and provide a foundation to apply it efficiently. This study aims to present an interpretational foundation of RFID/USN distribution, rather than technical directions.

Quench characteristics of HTS tapes, which are applied over-current were investigated. When the applied current exceeds the critical current of HTS tapes, the superconductor of HTS tape comes to be changed into normal conductor so that the current begins to flow through the metal sheath, which is made of good electrical conductor. In this study, the current, corresponds to 10 times $I_c$ was fed to HTS tapes. Using the V-I curves and resistance with temperature variation of HTS tapes, the distribution of the applied current between superconductor and metal sheath was analyzed. As the results, we could acquire the duration and magnitude of current to reach to thermal quench.

Purpose: Research focuses on private universities' professional education in a competitive educational environment. Due to increased competition in the higher education industry, private universities are under pressure to improve their marketing strategies and better understand their prospective students. This study intends to investigate how information sources are used and modified by Indonesian university students when making decisions. Research design, data and methodology: This research is a case study in Riau province, which includes active university students registered in the government database. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to students at a private university, and 164 students completed the questionnaire. Results: The results show that the influence of technical quality, functional quality, and image cannot affect word of mouth, and technical quality cannot affect consumer attitudes. The results show that the distribution of high service quality and high image will encourage people to share their experiences by word of mouth to build evaluation attachment in college selection. and found that a good campus image has no direct impact on word of mouth. The spread of an excellent campus image only attracts students to evaluate it. The more talk about the distribution of service quality, the higher the decision to choose the service.

산업현장에서 직업 특성상 무거운 자재를 옮기는 일이 많다. 이때 과도한 무게로 인한 넘어짐, 신체적 피해와 끼임 사고 등 각종 일어날 수 있는 사고에 대해 개인이 조치할 수 없는 일이 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 안전화에 IoT 기술을 적용해 작업자의 발의 압력분포도를 수집 저장하여 그 데이터를 통해 관리자가 작업자의 행동을 모니터링하고 그에 따른 무거운 자재를 들었을 때의 치우침과 균형을 판별할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

Purpose: With the rapid information distribution of sport-related SNS, sport industry has utilized SNS as technical solution to distribute sport and health-related information. The current study examined the effect of SNS information use for running-specific content on running engagement and psychological well-being. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected via online survey of participants in marathon events of United States. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square test were conducted to compare demographics and psycho-behavioral outcomes among SNS information users and non-users for running-specific contents. Multivariate hierarchical regression was next employed to examine research hypotheses. Results: A mass-participant running event was used to test seven hypotheses related to the potential role of SNS for running content in promoting running engagement and life satisfaction. In general, findings revealed that use of SNS for running content along with frequency of use can perhaps facilitate running intensity and influence participation in running-related outdoor activities. Furthermore, while overall life satisfaction did not appear to be influenced by use of SNS for running content, there was a demonstrated influence on the individual satisfaction domains. Conclusions: The findings of current study suggest that sport SNS is information distribution media enhancing users' engagement and their six life satisfaction domains. Further implications were discussed.

최근에 WWW의 등장과 함께 인터넷 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하고 웹 지리정보시스템의 필요성과 중요성이 크게 대두되어 인터넷을 통한 공간데이타 유통 환경을 구축하기 위하여 여러 기관 등에서 많은 기술개발 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 공간데이타를 인터넷상에서 접근하기 위해서는 WWW상에 공간데이타를 등록하고 필요로 하는 사람에게 판매할 수 있는 공간데이타 전자유통 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 WWW과 연동하는 공간데이타 전자유통 시스템을 구축하기 위한 효율적인 공간데이타 전자유통시스템의 모델을 설계하고 제시한다. 또한 시스템의 각 모듈에 대한 기능과 구현 방법을 제안한다.

Measuring the similarity of given samples is a key problem of recognition, clustering, retrieval and related applications. A number of works, e.g. kernel method and metric learning, have been contributed to this problem. The challenge of similarity learning is to find a similarity robust to intra-class variance and simultaneously selective to inter-class characteristic. We observed that, the similarity measure can be improved if the data distribution and hidden semantic information are exploited in a more sophisticated way. In this paper, we propose a similarity learning approach for retrieval and recognition. The approach, termed as LDA-FEK, derives free energy kernel (FEK) from Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). First, it trains LDA and constructs kernel using the parameters and variables of the trained model. Then, the unknown kernel parameters are learned by a discriminative learning approach. The main contributions of the proposed method are twofold: (1) the method is computationally efficient and scalable since the parameters in kernel are determined in a staged way; (2) the method exploits data distribution and semantic level hidden information by means of LDA. To evaluate the performance of LDA-FEK, we apply it for image retrieval over two data sets and for text categorization on four popular data sets. The results show the competitive performance of our method.
