이 연구의 목적은 전자분야의 국가기술자격 운영현황 및 문제점을 검토하여 전자분야 기술사, 기능장, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 자격의 새로운 발전방향을 제시하는데 있다. 전자분야 자격이 발전되기 위해서는 전자분야 자격에 대한 직무분석 작업을 실시하여 산업현장의 기술변화 내용을 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 전자분야 자격에 대한 명확한 직무분석 작업을 통하여 시험과목과 출제 기준이 재정비되어야 할 것이며, 검정 내용이 산업현장의 변화를 지속적으로 수용할 수 있도록 지원되어야 한다. 또한 전자분야의 자격종목이 효율적으로 그리고 효과적으로 개선될 수 있도록 하는 정책적 지원 및 노력이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 국가기술자격검정의 정보처리분야 실기시험 평가방법 개선을 목적으로 수행된 연구에 대한 내용을 기술한 것이다. 현행 정보처리분야의 실기시험의 내용을 체계적으로 분석한 후 최신 정보기술 동향을 반영하고 국가직무능력표준의 능력단위, 수행준거 등을 접목하여 정보기술 분야 실기시험의 새로운 평가방법을 제시하였고, 시범평가를 통해 그 효과를 검증하였다. 향후 한국산업인력공단 기술자격출제실에서는 본 연구를 기초로 세부직무분야 전문가를 통한 출제 기준 개정을 완료 한 후 정보처리분야 국가기술자격검정에 실제 적용할 예정이다.

Recently domestic youth unemployment rate has increased continuously. The cause is due to construction recession. As a result, the youth unemployment rate was approximately 8.0% in 2013. In particular, graduates of civil engineers and architecture engineers are difficult to find a new job. Major construction companies also prefer new employees rather than career employees. Therefore, the employment rate of construction-related university graduates is continuing decline. Accordingly, construction and technical engineers will be aging. Therefore, this study was looking for ways to promote the overseas expansion of young construction engineers. And this research has suggested the ways which young engineers can find a new job through improving the system.

본 연구는 IT서비스 기술인력의 경력지향성에 따른 교육요구 분석을 실시하였습니다. 첫째, IT서비스 기술인력에 대한 5가지 경력지향성 유형을 제시하였다, 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성(연령, 학력)과 직업적 특성(직무, 업무경력, 조직규모, 근속년수)이 IT서비스 기술인력의 경력지향성과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보았다. 마지막으로, IT서비스 기술인력의 5가지 경력지향성 유형이 교육요구와 어떠한 관련이 있는지 살펴보았다. IT서비스 기술인력 133명을 대상으로 한 자료분석 결과, 인구통계 및 직업적 특성은 그들의 경력지향성과 유의한 관련성이 있었으며, 또한 경력지향성 유형은 그들의 교육요구와도 유의한 관련성이 있다는 점을 밝혔다.

For the flow facing high1y informationized age, there is a flow from fixed communications connecting fixed places such as offices and homes to mobile communications connecting mobile objets such as automobiles, ships and aircraft. This flow has added to diversifying communications Including data and images. While the axed mode is diversifying information media by digitalization of communications network and computers, the mobile mode has brought higher sophistication of communication modes by a higher degree of electric wave utilization. The following descriptions outlines the mobile communication which is utilizing the electric wave phenomena. In sequence the following items are described: a brief history of mobile communications, the technical object and various kinds of services, propagation of electric wave signal.

After participating in the 2nd, Asian Civil Engineering Conference which is subjected by Japan, a trip of site during construction recent was done. The Otto Cycle of conventional gasoline engine has no difference between compression ratio and expension ratio. because of the same length of 4 strokes : Intake, compression, expension, exhaust. On the other hand, miller cycle engine achieves both low-compression ratio and high-compression ratio by shortening the length of compression stroke among 4 strokes. Therefore miller cycle engine is essential for lessening knocking and improving heat efficiency. This paper Is designed to discribe not only principle and the development trend of miller cycle engine but also the control system and the technical characteristics of it.

The nondestructive tests(NDT) are widely applied at various industrial job sites to detect defects and flaws early and thus to diagnose the quality and integrity of components, structures and systems. This paper discusses the R&MD history of various nondestructive testing techniques, their applications and many technical as well as safety issues identified, particularly in the performance of radiography. Also discussed are the principles of inspection methods and NDT qualifications that should be applied at the industrial job sites. As a result, this paper provides suggestions for improvement in Government programs to promote th NDT industry, for more systematic operation through a direct with the owner, and also for improvement in working conditions for NDT workers.
