The use of nanotechnology materials and applications in the construction industry should be considered for enhancing material properties. However, in this paper, the technical and economical assessment of applying silica nanoparticles for construction of concrete structure is studied. In order to obtain the equivalent material properties of the structure, the Mori-Tanaka model is used considering agglomeration of nanoparticles. The effect of using these nanoparticles on mechanical properties of concrete, such as the modulus of elasticity, compressive strength, as well as its indirect effect on armature percentage is investigated. Finally, the price of silica nanoparticles and its effect on the price increase of concrete structure is investigated. The results show that increasing the volume percent of silica nanoparticles up to 10% improves elastic modulus 111% and reduces amateur percentage up to 72%.

본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 프로세스 기획 역량이 신제품 개발 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 특히, 프로세스 기획 역량이 개별적인 프로젝트의 성과가 아닌 제품군 전체의 성과에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 둘째, 개발 역량 간 상호작용이 신제품 개발 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 국내 103개 제조기업으로부터 수집한 설문응답 분석에 기초하였다. 제품군 개발은 크게 두 가지 유형의 프로젝트 (플랫폼 및 파생제품 개발)으로 구분된다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 프로젝트 유형 중, 제품군 성공의 중심적인 역할을 수행하는 플랫폼 제품을 중심으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 제품군의 기술적 성과 및 상업적 성과 향상을 위해 우수한 프로세스 기획 역량이 필요함을 보여준다. 또한 기술개발 역량은 기술적 성과에 직접적으로 유효한 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 프로세스 기획 역량과 상호작용을 통해 기술적 성과 향상에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.

This study examined the impact of the social features (identification, interaction, information value) and technical features (visibility affordance, metavoicing affordance, social connecting affordance) in live commerce on consumers' attachment, which in turn affects consumers' continued intent to watch live commerce and intent to purchase from the platform. Consumers' attachment was represented by emotional attachment to the live shopping streamer and functional dependence on live commerce. Furthermore, this study investigated the effect of attachment on continuous watching intention and purchase intention. Using a web-based survey and consumers in their 20s and 30s (average age: 30.32) as a sample, this study collected 274 usable responses. The results showed that among the live commerce social system constructs, identification and interaction positively affected emotional attachment to the live commerce streamer. Among the live commerce technical system constructs, visibility affordance and social connecting affordance positively influenced functional dependence on live commerce. Both emotional attachment to the live streamer and functional dependence on live commerce were positively related to a continued intent to watch, which influenced the intent to purchase. This study empirically investigated live commerce based on the socio-technical systems framework and confirmed that both social and technical factors have a significant effect on consumers. This study also identified the impact of live commerce on consumers' attitudes through attachment theory. In addition, it has proved the antecedents and effect of continuous watching of live commerce on purchase behavior by focusing on continuous watching intention where less attention was paid in live commerce research.

본 연구대상은 S지역을 중심으로 헤어 국가기술자격증 취득자 미용인 남·여 118명을 대상으로 2021년 6월 28일부터 7월 11일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS.WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식이 직무활용성 및 자격증취득 만족도에 미치는 영향, 헤어살롱 현장에서의 직무활용성이 자격증취득 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 첫째, 헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식의 필요성, 효용성이 직무활용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 헤어 국가기술자격증에 대한 인식의 필요성, 효용성이 자격증취득 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 헤어 국가기술자격증의 직무활용성이 자격증취득 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구결과 현장에 투입될 수 있는 요건을 갖추게 해주며, 헤어살롱 현장에서 활용성이 자격증 취득만족도에 미치는 영향으로 중요함을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 결론을 바탕으로 연구의 제한점을 고려하여 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구 연구에 참여한 헤어 국가기술자격증 취득자 미용인이 S지역으로 한정되었다는 점이다. 추후 표본 집단의 규모와 지역을 다양하게 확대하여 전반적으로 폭 넓은 연구가 반영되어야 필요성이 있다.

In this paper we analyse performance of value strategy and moving average method among the non-financial listed companies whose fiscal year ends at December in the Korean Stock Exchange between 1996 and 2005. And we analyse combination investment performance of value investment and moving average method. After the analysis objective enterprises divide with the value stock and the growth stock, in accordance with moving average method we divide ascending stock and descending stock. And we compose 6 portfolios with combination of value stock, growth stock, ascending stock and descending stock. Using the difference of investment performance of these portfolios, when fundamental analysis and technical analysis method all considering we measure investment performance. The major findings of this research are as follows: First, the value strategy of buying value stocks and selling growth stocks were effective in the long-term investment. Second, using the moving average method, technical analysis were effective in the case of the short-term investment. Third, the portfolios combined fundamental analysis and technical analysis were more effective than investment performance of technical analysis.
