뮤지컬 보컬 코치의 기능과 역할 (Functions and Roles of Musical Vocal Coach)

  • 뮤지컬은 제작부터 연출, 작가, 작곡가, 작사가를 비롯하여 안무가, 음악감독, 배우 등 많은 전문가들을 통해 이루어진다. 이처럼 하나의 뮤지컬이 성공하기 위해서는 그 모든 분야의 사람들이 다 함께 창의력을 발휘해야 한다. 라이센스 뮤지컬이 아닌 이상 먼저 작가, 작곡가, 작사가를 통해 한 작품의 기초 틀이 만들어진다. 이들을 크리에이티브 팀(Creative Team)이라 하고 연출가, 안무가, 배우, 스텝 등을 프로덕션 팀(Production Team)이라고 한다. 그리고 이 두 팀을 합쳐서 크리에이티브 스텝(Creative Staff)이라고 한다. 이후 제작 규모에 따라 2차 크리에이티브 스텝들이 참여하게 되고 실제 연습에 들어가게 되는데 음악감독, 무대 디자이너, 음향 디자이너 등 각 팀의 세부 구성을 이루게 된다. 뮤지컬 크리에이티브 팀에서의 음악 관련 스텝들은 사실 작품의 음악적 색깔과 장르를 결정하는 음악 슈퍼바이저로부터 시작되어 세분화되고 분업화 된다. 하지만 국내에서는 작곡가 또는 음악감독이 그 역할을 모두 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 해외 뮤지컬 제작 과정 시스템의 사례를 분석하여 작업 공정의 세분화에 따른 보컬 코치의 역할과 개념을 정립하고, 국내 뮤지컬산업에서 보컬 코치의 역할과 필요성을 고찰해 보고자 한다. 일반적인 보이스 티쳐들과 뮤지컬 보컬 코치의 역할과 기능의 공통점과 차이점을 살펴보고, 인터뷰를 통한 국내 뮤지컬 보컬코치 사례를 함께 알아보았다. 그와 더불어 국내 뮤지컬 음악 크리에이티브팀 시스템에 관해 고찰해 보았다.

농작업자의 근골격계질환 예방과 작업 효율성 향상을 위한 농작업 편이장비의 평가 (Evaluation of Convenience Equipment for Improve Work Efficiency and Preventing of Farm Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders)

  • The packing and sorting processes of grape are required repetitive movements to need considerable physical load for a long time. And thereby, there is strong possibility to cause musculoskeletal disorders. In this study, ergonomically designed convenience equipments of worktable and handcart are introduced for improvement of the working movements and less physical load to increase the work efficiency. For objective analysis of the movements and the workload between the ones before and after the improvement, we measured heart rate, OWAS, RULA, REBA, LMM, moving Line and work time. Also, we used a checklist of physical fatigue regions to confirm the subjective evaluation of physical load of workers. As the result of study, it showed lower heart rate, value of Working Postures (OWAS, RULA, REBA) and LMM in the work after introduction of those convenient equipments than the work of before the introduction. The work time and moving Line were shortened and the number of grape boxes packed within the same work time was increased, too. Also the overall load as the subjective evaluation was reduced.

소방공무원의 직무유형에 따른 불면과 신체화증상과의 관계 (The Relationship between Insomnia and Somatization According to Types of Work of Firefighters)

  • 연구목적 소방공무원은 직무 환경 상 항상 비상대기를 해야 하는 스트레스 상황에 처해있으며, 지속적인 외상적 사건에의 노출로 인해 불면, 우울을 포함한 다양한 정신질환에 취약 해지기 쉽다. 이에 소방공무원들의 직무 유형별 정신건강요인의 차이 유무를 살펴보고, 특히 그 중에서도 업무의 지장 및 불편을 줄 수 있는 불면과 신체화 증상과의 관련성을 보고자 한다. 방 법 충청북도 소재 지역 소방서에 근무하는 소방공무원 1264명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문지를 통하여 일반적 특성 및 관련 검사를 수행하였다. 불면증 심각성 척도(ISI), 신체화 증상 척도(PHQ-15), 사건 충격 척도(IES-R-K), 스트레스 척도(PSS-10), 회복탄력성 척도(K-CD-RISC-2), 알코올 의존 선별검사 척도(AUDIT-K), 역학연구센터 우울 척도(CES-D) 및 국제 신경정신평가(MINI-plus)의 자살 척도를 활용하여 정신건강상태 현황 조사 및 요인 간의 관련성을 평가하였다. 결 과 정신건강요인들 중 불면증과 신체화증상의 관련성은 직무 유형에 따라 유의한 차이가 있으며 구급 직군이 화재진압 직군과 구조 직군보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 보고되었다. 사건 충격, 우울, 음주도 직무 유형에 따라 유의한 차이가 있으며, 사건 충격은 구급 직군이 화재진압 직군보다 높고 우울은 구급 직군이 구조 직군보다 높으며 음주는 행정 직군이 화재진압 직군, 구급 직군보다 높은 것으로 보고되었다. 회복탄력성은 구조 직군이 구급 직군보다 유의하게 높았다. 스트레스, 자살위험성은 직무 유형에 따라 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 보고되었다. 또한 소방공무원 신체화증상의 유의한 예측 인자로 불면증, 스트레스, 사건 충격이 있었으며, 특히 불면의 영향이 큼을 보여주었다. 결 론 본 연구를 통해 지역 소방공무원들의 직무 유형에 따라 다양한 정신건강 변인에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 구급 직군의 경우가 타 직군에 비해 불면, 신체화 증상, 큰 사건 충격, 취약한 회복탄력성 등 여러 정신건강변인에서 취약한 상황으로 보고되었다. 그 중 불면의 경우 모든 직무유형에서 신체화 증상에의 의미 있는 예측인자임을 확인할 수 있었다.

개인과 집단의 특성이 지식창출에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Individual and Team Characteristics on Knowledge Creation : An Analysis by Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM))

  • This paper investigates the effect of stress on knowledge creation. The goal stress of resource inadequacy and job stress had negative influences on knowledge creation. However, the cohesion and mastery climate of team had positive influence on knowledge creation. Therefore this paper verifies the moderate role of the cohesion and mastery climate of team on the relationship between stress and knowledge creation. The model developed was tested using data collected from knowledge based industry with 375 members in 69 teams in 12 different firms. A Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM) was used to test the hypotheses generated from the model. Results show that job stress had a negative influence on knowledge creation as we expected but the goal stress didn't. The mastery climate of team affected knowledge creation positively and moderated the relationship between the goal stress and knowledge creation. Furthermore, the team cohesion had a positive influence on knowledge creation. The study provided some implications that practitioners should consider the stress when they design jobs for team members and suggest them the way to manage their job stress when they work.

혼합학습(Blended Learning)을 적용한 디자인 수업 실증사례 연구 -팀 프로젝트와 스마트디바이스 앱 기반 학습을 중심으로- (A Case Study on Design Classes using Blended Learning -Focused on Team Project and Smart Device App-based Learning-)

  • This study presents the educational utility of blended learning by analyzing the effectiveness of learning after class by blending team project learning and smart device app-based learning methods. Qualitative analysis and survey analysis were conducted and the results were as follows. First, team project activities based on task resolution were conducted freely through detailed activities such as sharing roles, planning meetings, and coordinating opinions. Team activities were carried out with respect and consideration, team member bonding, and a sense of responsibility. Second, the smart device app is recognized as a medium for work and communication, and fast feedback has been made, making it highly impactful on classroom activities. Third, in terms of learning satisfaction, most learners showed an interest in the course and were satisfied with the project results. The smart device app was used as a learning and communication medium for personal and team activities and was analyzed as a blended method applicable to classes that conduct practical activities as an efficient tool to further activate project activities.

중소벤처기업 스마트워크 특성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리터러시와 세대 간 조절효과 (A Study on the Effects of Smart Work Characteristics of Small and Medium Venture Businesses on Organizational Innovation : Digital Literacy and Intergenerational Moderation Effect)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소벤처기업 구성원을 대상으로 스마트워크 특성요인 중 지식공유행동, 자기효능감, 팀 협업, 직무자율성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향과 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준에 따른 차이를 연구하고, 중소벤처기업의 조직혁신에 반영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하기 위함이다. 분석결과 지식공유행동과 팀 협업은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치고 있고, 자기효능감, 직무자율성은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조절효과로, 디지털 리터러시 수준에 따라 자기효능감과 팀 협업에서 차이를 보였고, 세대별로는 지식공유행동과 자기효능감, 팀 협업에서 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소벤처기업의 스마트워크 환경 변화에 따른 조직혁신성의 중요한 영향 요인을 확인하여, 기업경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준의 차이에 따른 스마트워크 특성과 조직혁신성의 관계를 확인하고, 이를 통해 차별적인 역량개발과 활용방안을 강구하여야 조직혁신이 강화될 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

간호단위의 팀 효과성에 대한 고찰 (A Literature Review of Team Effectiveness on Hospital Nursing Units)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze literature related to nursing team effectiveness and to summarize the definition variables included, measurement tools, and findings. Basic data on operation and research for team effectiveness in nursing units was sought. Methods: A literature search was performed to identify all studies published between 2003 and 2016 from periodicals indexed in PUBMED, CINAHL, SCIENCE DIRECT, RISS, KISS, and NAL databases. The following keywords were used in the search: 'team effectiveness', 'nurse', 'nursing', and 'hospital'. Ten studies were analyzed. Results: The analysis included domestic and international literature on nursing team effectiveness. The foreign literature included studies of various organizations including nurses, use of various research tools, leadership programs and/or new nursing delivery systems. In the Korean studies, most of the research on team effectiveness surveyed nurses on team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance in general nursing units, operating rooms, and intensive care units. Conclusion: The findings show the necessity to develop a definition of team effectiveness that can be accepted comprehensively in nursing organizations in Korea. The definition should reflect team effectiveness that includes all cooperating units not only nurses of the nursing unit but also all other related health care teams.

Experience of Disaster Response Team in Jecheon Sports Center Fire

  • Purpose : This study aimed to determine the experiences of the disaster response team 9 participants who participated in the disaster after the fire incident occurred in Jecheon Sports Center and their meaning and essence. Methods : Nine disaster response teams were the subjects of the study, and Individual in-depth interviews were conducted. Data were collected online between January 6 and April 30, 2021, from the software ZoomTM. This study was conducted as a qualitative study by applying Giorgi's phenomenological experiential research method, which has an advantage in revealing the essential structure and meaning of experience. Results : Three major themes were derived from the study results: the stimulus through unfamiliar experiences, the grievances due to work environment and regional characteristics, and dullness resulting from hiding and enduring. The following 17 sub-themes were identified: learning through unfamiliar experiences, frustration due to unexpected circumstances, shock from unfamiliar experiences, doing my best in the present, confidence due to increased experience, disunified system, intervention of various interests, the atmosphere that puts responsibility on others, inactive help, unforgettable regional characteristics, working without time to settle, tolerating it in my own way, memories left in the unconsciousness, sudden suffering from memories that come to mind, movement in anxiety and tension, dullness, work with colleagues in the same situation. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in that it attempted to provide basic data in preparing a long-term strategy for effective policy direction and institutional protection based on the systematic mental health management of the disaster response team. Additionally, this study's results can be used as primary data for future research among Disaster Response Team.

Oyster Shell waste is alternative sources for Calcium carbonate (CaCO3) instead of Natural limestone

  • In this paper, we investigated the alternative sources of limestone. Oyster shell waste originated from aquaculture that causes a major disposal landfill problem in coastal sectors in southeast Korea. Their inadequate disposal causes a significant environmental problems araised. Bio mineralization leads to the formation of oyster shells and consists $CaCO_3$ as a major phase with a small amount of organic matter. It is a good alternative material source instead of natural lime stone. The utilization of oyster shell waste for industrial applications instead of natural limestone is major advantage for conservation of natural limestone. The present work describes the limestone and oyster shells hydraulic activity and chemical composition and characteristics are most similar for utilization of oyster shell waste instead of natural limestone.

일본의 가정방문사업에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Japanese Home Care Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the Japanese home care service and analyse the necessity for the home care service and the team approaching. The subjects of this study were 23 Korean students who visited on the Japanese home n due to the curriculum of university. The data were collected from sep. 1 to nov. 30, 1999. The main results of this study were as follows : 1. There was consisted of some nurses, physical therapists, medical doctors, occupational therapists as a team of home care service. They visited patients as multidisciplinary team. 2. The qualities of service was good, and the attitude of patient was positive. 3. There was necessity for rehabilitation home care service in Korea. 4. There was necessity for team work through the rehabilitation home care service in Korea.
